pov: you catch me thinking about the bay ending a little too much
#ive been having some thoughts#like yeah its accepting what you did but its also#“whoops i did a bad thing now im just gonna erase it and deal with less consequences” ((horrible simplified i just did btw))#y’know??#its also just so cruel to max and chloe#the fact that its undeniably canon makes me want to kill#i wouldnt say that the bay ending is more sad. but more cruel and tragic.#tragic as in chloe dies thinking that nobody loves her and max is forced to live with all the trauma with no one to share it with PLUS#now she has no chloe in her life#which is a whole other in the tags spiral on its own#god the fact that max cant share that shit with anyone lest she get put in a fucking psych ward or smth#the most she can talk about is chloe and all of her problems unrelated to hell week#idk i just kind of hate the bay ending.#BUT THATS ALSO WHY I FIND IT FUNNY HOW PEOPLE WHO HATE CHLOE LOVE THE BAY ENDING#like GIRLS. that ending is 100x worse for max. trust me
