So. I've been in a slump these past few months where all I've done is work and work and work. I've barely had free time for myself, and I lost that spark I had been feeling to read sc fics in part bc of how lonely I've been feeling and reading about two people intensely in love can make me really sad and envious (which sounds lmao so sad?? But also genuinely sc fics bring me insane amounts of joy so I've been missing them). Anyways, I kept seeing updates for the shape of soup and I kept wanting to read it but just couldn't bring myself to find the energy. Anyways, I just pulled it up today and have read through the first 7 chapters. The way you wrote them has got to be one of my favourite characterizations of kara and lena and i'm actually a little heartbroken that I'm starting the final chapter. But I just really wanted to share w you how much I have enjoyed your fic and how happy its made me to read. I really appreciate you sharing your works!
