I don't think I'm gonna refer to it as Scum not donating/failing to donate the money any longer.

That's a bit too polite of a way to say it and what I realised the other night (as sloppily expressed in my pigback on to this post) is the gravity of what she actually did, so let's get all the spades out and call them what they are, fucken spades. Let's call her exactly what she is, a gold-digging, cold-hearted, narcissistic sociopath. Let's stop softening the blow of what she did.

Amber Heard stole money from sick kids.

Point blank, dot com, period.

She also stole money from battered women, as if it wasn’t bad enough that her selfish actions have robbed them of credibility. 

None of this was an accident, this was something wilfully done and it was a lie she happily repeated for four whole years. A lie that she used to cultivate a positive reputation and it worked.

But to satisfy my own curiosity and to put it all into something that would compute in my brain - I went through and gathered some more information to put it into chronological order. I did my best to track down the beginning of this storyline and to track how it was spoken of. I really wanted to get to the bottom of when she changed her story from the donations are gonna happen to, nah fam it’s already donated.

And oh my God you guys, I found some tea that had me literally screaming and laughing in delight. Soooooo good.

So keep reading for a breakdown of this falsehood - where it began, how it developed and where it stands today.

August 2016-

These screenshots are from one of the earliest dated articles I could find talking about Scum’s intent to donate the full $7 million to charity. She even names the charities and she explicitly says how important that donation would be to the Children’s Hospital of LA. She knew what good that money could do, she was fully aware of those children and their stressed families, and yet she tucked that 7mil into her back pocket. She stole from children, with full knowledge that the money was needed. 

Congrats, you are literally heartless trash.

Later in August of that same year, came her deciding she needed to get her grabby hands on the money.

Prior to this, Johnny was very happily, without incident and with giving her full credit, donating the money in instalments to her selected charities.

Scum didn’t see the money, so she threw a temper tantrum. She threw even more mud at Johnny, but this is garbage mama. She tried to say that it was all for a tax deduction, because Johnny is a black-eyed monster, right? She went so far as to say he has never cared about these charities in the past. 

Immediately this didn’t sit right to me. I’ve always been aware of Johnny’s charitable side and her trying to discredit that didn’t hold any weight, but I looked into it nonetheless.

Actually Scamber, the exact opposite is true. (and this is the part that had me screaming)

Let us all gather round and bask in the glow of Johnny’s spectacular character.

His donations and relationship with the CHLA can be even further backed-up by a link that Scum herself provided to a Depp-head when she thought she was doing a good job of defending herself on Twitter back in ‘18. The LooktotheStars website has a long list of Johnny’s history in helping out with children’s charities in so many different ways.

Thanks to a Google search, I was able to find out that Johnny actually has a history with the CHLA and an impressive history at that, the kind of history that prompts awards to be given. This occurred back in 2006, back when Scamber was still just doing small, mainly one-episode roles on TV shows. Her role in The O.C in 2005 is literally credited as ‘Salesgirl’.

But Johnny was being praised by a member of the Board of Trustees for the Childrens Hospital LA. And we can prove this happened, unlike Scum, we have receipts. There’s a video of him receiving said award on YouTube and he looks gorgeous and is the angel I’ve always wished him to be.

June 2019-

The CHLA had to reach out to Scum herself to say ‘kai have that money you promised us?’. The below copy of a letter sent to her, details how a donation was received in 2016, but it wasn’t from her, it was made on her behalf. It was $3.5 million and then after that, they didn’t get anything else from her. Just her using their name to make herself look better.

In addition to all of the information that we already have, this letter sure makes it seem like the only donations given were when Johnny was providing them in her name.

Feb 2020-

But that didn’t stop her from lying under oath and stating that the donations had been done. In the UK libel trial, she brought this lie back up to try to use it to clear her name. And the corrupt Judge bought it. But the rest of us aren’t henny.

Jan 2021-

But this is yet another thing that doesn’t stick. She had at least two years from the entirety of her settlement being paid to her, to when Johnny sued for defamation. She couldn’t find a way to get that money to those charities in the meantime? If it was never about money, why was any of it diverted from the charities? She sat with those millions for years and never followed through with that promise and now her team are deflecting like crazy.

And now we come to how the situation stands today: her team are no longer using past tense statements, instead trying to angle this as an ongoing thing and that she’s totally gonna get to it.

Why hasn’t the entire amount been donated in these 4 years? Of course she throws the blame onto Johnny.

She lied for four straight years and the media helped her to do that. How does anything she says have any credibility after this? If she lied about something as huge as this, what else has she lied about?

She is a disgusting excuse for a human being, she stole money from sick (some even terminally so) kids and from the very women whose image she stole for her own gain.

In conclusion: None of this had to happen. She brought this entirely upon herself and I can’t wait to see her go down in flames.

Chapter 2. A Question of Gryphons

As Daring Do was trotting across the quad toward her office, the two Gryphons from the lecture hall bracketed her.

With a curious and concerned set to his crest, the Gryphon on her left asked, “Doctor Do, we did not find the Gryphon Empire nor any predecessor civilization on your map.  Are we not a civilized society?”

“Of course your society is civilized, Rahak.  The reason that it is not on that map is simple.  I have not been able to find ANY reference at all to Gryphons prior to the Nightmare Wars.  The earliest one that I can find is quite dubious.

“Glugemdown reported seeing monster bird like creatures in the Far Northern lands, past the northern extremity of the Sunset Mountains.  His travel narrative contains many clear errors of fact and it was published in 183 Post Nightmare Wars.

“That puts his sighting at about 180 to 181 PNW.”

Rahak’s crest shot up in surprise.  “How is that possible?  We are an ancient kind.  Our legends say that we were born in the light of Creation itself.”

Daring Do stopped in her tracks.  “Can you show me any written sources for your legends?  That would be a breakthrough paper! Academic dynamite!  The whole matter of Gryphon origins is furiously debated in the journals and Meetings of the Royal Societies for Antique Studies!  So furiously debated, in fact, that professor Light Wing is still in the Horsepital with a concussion!”

Rahak’s companion’s crest fluttered up and spread in amusement!  “Really?  Passions get THAT heated?  

“I am Grata, by the way, Professor Do.  Would you be willing to join us in a snack first, and then a trip to the Royal University’s Library?  We would like your guidance in trying to trace the origins of our kind.”

Daring Do replied, “I would like that.  However, we will get nowhere at the RU Library.  That is where I got my Glugemdown reference.  If you have any materials detailing your legends, perhaps those could point us to better directions for the literature search.”

Rahak spread his wings and pounced for the sky!  A powerhouse of a down beat, combined with his leap had him airborne and flying strongly away.

Daring Do looked questioningly at Grata.

She lifted her crest in a Gryphon smile.  “Rahak has gone to get our books with our legends and what we know of our history.  I am afraid that they are written in Gryphon.  Will that pose a problem?”

Daring Do grinned, “For READING, no.  If I have to read them aloud in Gryphon, I will have a sore throat for a week!”

Grata’s crest smiled as she replied, “It is often so.  Equestrian is easier for us to speak and it isn’t easy.  The grammar is no problem.  The sounds are.”

Daring Do nodded sympathy.  The entered the Student Unity Building with its large cafeteria.  As the doors closed behind them, Rahak swooped into the building through the Pegasus Port in the roof. He spiraled down to a table and parked a substantial number of books and cheap popular scroll editions on it.

Grata brought over a drink for him in a good serving bowl for a Gryphon to drink from. Daring Do sat at the table and, tea going cold, immersed herself in both the books and the cheap popular edition scrolls.

Finally looking up, she grinned at the patiently waiting Gryphons.  “You have more here on this table than everything in the RU Library, except for ‘learned argument’ junk.”

She paused to pull her thoughts together.  “How attached are your sort to the Origin in the Fires of Creation idea?

“I sort of noticed a huge hole in the notion myself.  It is near as big as the one in our Hearthwarming Pageants.  Ours have no mention of Luna and Celestia and speak of a “rich and empty land” which we now know WAS inhabited.  It just got emptied before the actual migration arrived.

“Similar hole in your legends.  You speak of the Fires of Creation itself happening to the east of the Eagles.  The first Gryphons were raised by the Eagles.  One flaw is that they were literate.  Eagles are not and never have been.  The literacy came from somewhere.

“The legend contains another point that is telling.  Creation of your kind was not complete in the first generation.  It took a second generation for you to gain hind paws and the tail that you all have now.  In the process, many malformed chicks died before or shortly after hatching.”

Grata softly noted, “That was why our kind fled their original home.  We were seeking a place where our chicks would live.  None now knows where that original place was.

“Our Empress wishes very much to know where our ancient land of origin is.  She wants the truth of our lineage.”

“Your Empress?  Pardon me, but how does she fit into this?”

Rahak sipped from his drinking bowl before replying, “Everything.  We have come here as students at her request.  That was done to conceal our true aim from many at the Imperial Court.  Poorly handled, this could possibly trigger a civil war.”

Grata looked about carefully before continuing, “There is a very strong Manifest Destiny faction growing within the Empire.  Their interpretation of the Legends is that Gryphons were the First Race and all others came after.

“That makes it the Duty of All Gryphons to rule the Later Ones, benignly if possible, by force if they must.

“The Empress does NOT want a war with Equestria.  Our Slaver Civil War, where Equestria intervened on the Empire’s behalf showed those of us who think what fighting Equestria might be like.  The battle of Shattered Claw Pass, even though the Slavers won, proved to be the turning point of the war.  Equestrians and Equestrian led GROUND forces did such damage to the rebels that our top brass could not believe it.  

“Making Master Sargent Iron Hooves, the one who led the Shattered Claw action, an instructor for ground combat turned the tide and sealed the fate of the Slavers.  What is important about that?  He is now a General of the Equestrian Defense Bureau.  No being in his right mind wants to fight the forces that he commands.  That includes the Empress.”

Daring Do whistled softly as she digested the bombshell that the legends had just become.  “I see.  The Empress wants the truth of the legends in the hope of undermining the Manifest Destiny party.”  She drummed lightly on the table while she organized her thoughts.

“Do you two have identification from the Empress that can stand up to a modern spell reader?”

The Gryphons stared at each other in consternation.  “We do, but it is not to be used except for vital tasks.  Why would you ask?”

Daring Do stared about the familiar confines of the dining room to be sure that she was not going to be overheard.  “Because you will need it to go where we have to go next.  We are going to have to go to the Great Library.”

Both Gryphons lowered their crests in dismay and suspicion.  “Isn’t the Great Library just a myth?”

Daring Do gave a lopsided smile as she replied, “If it is, what better place to search for the truth of a legend?”

Rey, I Am Your Father

A/N Until I see a Jeremy Kyle style DNA test showing proof that what they say in the movie is true I’m not convinced. Basically what I think should have happened in The Last Jedi.

Warning: Spoilers

Disclaimer: I do not own Star Wars.

“No! No! No!” Luke shouted at Rey from she sat cross legged on the stone cliff before him. She had been trying to master the art of levitating for the past few hours with little progress. No matter what she did, she couldn’t get herself off the ground.

“What’s even the point of this?” she asked in annoyance.

“You’ll never be able to keep balanced outside if you’re not even balanced inside.” Luke grumbled.

“What?” she asked in confusion at his Jedi mumbo-jumbo.

Luke let out a long suffering sigh as he came down to kneel in front of her.

“What’s bothering you Rey?” He asked in a rare show of genuine kindness.

“Nothing!” she snapped.

He ignored her blatant lie.

“What is the source of all your turmoil?”

She didn’t have to think long to find the answer.

“My parents.” she confessed. “I wish I knew why they never came back for me. Even if it turned out that they didn’t want me. I just need to know.”

She looked desperately at him with wide pleading eyes that Luke recognised from when he would spend hours begging his Uncle to tell him about his parents only for his pleas to never be answered.

“What do you know about your parents?” He asked calmly.

“Only that they left me on a desert wasteland when I was four.” Rey spat.

“Four? So you must have been with at least one of them before that.”

She shrugged. “I guess so, but I can’t remember.”

“Memories are like safes.” he told her. “Some we’ve kept because they are so precious and others we’ve hidden because we’re too scared to see, because we know if we do then we’ll get trapped inside. But to see any of them all we need to do is find the right key.”

He gently placed his hands on either side of her face and drew their foreheads together.

“Now, think of the earliest memory you have.”

Images of endless sand flashed through his mind. Everywhere he turned all he could see was an ocean of yellow that faded into the horizon until even the sky melted into the sea of sand. He felt a sudden tug and turned to see a large man holding onto his hand that now belonged to a young girl.

“No! Come back!” the girl cried before looking up at the retreating figure of an old ship. “No!”

As the ship started to disappear and the memory started to fade he glimpsed a set of tracks out of the corner of his eye.

“Remember those tracks.” he whispered. The young Rey glanced at the marks in the sand that lead to where she came from.

“Follow the path. If you retread your steps then you will always find a way back home.”

The tracks showed two pairs of footprints that belonged to her and the man, leading away from the small bar that he owned. The little girl started walking backwards so that her feet stepped into the footprints that she had made all those years ago. The vision started to regain focus as she retraced her steps all the way back to the building. She looked over her shoulder to remember the man known as Unkar Plutt chasing after her as she tried to follow the fleeing ship.

Eventually she made it back to the bar. Luke felt her anticipation as the door stood closed behind her.

“If you choose to re-open the door, you might not like what you find behind it.” He reminded her.

“I understand.” the little girl spoke “But I have to know.”

She gingerly pushed open the door and stepped inside the dark box like room. Wordlessly she went over to a nearby table and sat down. Suddenly she found heself sitting on the knees of the person sitting her a few minutes before with a pair of arms wrapped protectively around her waist. She looked across the table to see Unkar sitting opposite them.

“Look after her.” The owner of the arms spoke, sliding a handful of coins over the table to him.

“Of course.” He said which was now obviously a lie.

The young Rey found herself being lifted off the chair by the arms and onto the ground before they turned her around.

“Remeber that I’m doing this to protect you. Remeber that.” She looked up to see that the arms belonged to a scarred middle age woman with hard but loving emerald eyes and fiery red hair that-.

The vision suddenly cut off as Luke reeled backwards in shock. He lay on the ground staring confused at the sun behind Rey’s head that lit up familiar red shades in her hair. They both gasped for breath as they tried to adjust back to their surroundings.

“How…how did you know her?” Luke breathed as he tried to sit up.

“What?” Rey asked dazed, still panting for air.

“That woman! How did you know her?” He shouted forcing himself to stand up.

“I…she was my mother.” Rey murmured to herself before looking up in excitement and realisation. “She was my mother! I can remember her!”

Tears of joy started to well in her eyes. She could finally remember her! She actually knew what she looked like! And even better she didn’t leave her out of hate, she left to protect her! Her mind was so consumed with thoughts of joy that it took a while for her to comprehend Luke’s question but when she did it drowned out the rest of them, making her face him in confusion.

“Wait. How did you know her?”

Luke stumbled to the cliff wall where he slid to the ground as he tried to process what he had just learned. When he had finally wrapped his mind around it the explanation was so simple that he couldn’t help but let out a small chuckle. He patted the ground beside him motioning for Rey to come over. She sat next to him with her legs crossed like a child waiting to hear a bed time story from their parent.

“She was beautiful your mother. Something that you’ve clearly inherited. And had the greatest raw determination and power of anyone I’ve ever met. I can still remember the first moment i met her. I’d woken up suddenly, probably thanks to the force, to find her standing over me with a lightsaber about to swing at my head. But instead of being terrified all I could think of as I stared at the burning glow of her hair and against the full moon was that she was the most beautiful woman I’d ever met.”

He looked down at her wide eyes that grew wider every second that she listened to the tale. She was unlike her mother in so many ways but her perseverance and strength couldn’t come from anyone else.

“Her name was Mara Jade. She used to be Emperor Palpatine’s personal assassin until his death. The last order he gave her was to kill me but obviously she failed. Eventually she became a bounty hunter and smuggler causing us to run into each other again and eventually become friends. When I started to train the next generation of Jedi so I asked her help me. Over time we become very close. So close in fact that one day I found myself asking her to marry me. She said yes. But after what happened with Ben she disappeared. I don’t know until know that she was pregnant when she left.”

“What?” Rey asked in confusion, knowing what he was implying but not being fully able to believe him.

“Rey.” Luke said her name with so many layers of emotion that everything around them suddenly fell silent. He carefully took her hand in his and held it close to his heart.

“I am your father.” His voice contained the most love that she had ever heard. The fact that it was directed towards her nearly brought her to tears.

“I am your father.” He repeated with a large smile that shown brighter than the evening sun behind them. His free hand wrapped protectively around her back to tightly hold her against his heart.

“Father?” Rey whispered against his chest, her cry emitting questions that just words would ever be able to describe.

“I’m here. I’ve got you.” He said placing chin atop her head. “And I’m never leaving you alone again.”

And that was all she needed to hear

My Twitter Account: Automated, Engaging and Good Looking!

Am I behind the curve by focusing on Twitter?

It seems to me that Twitter has gone somewhat out of fashion with online marketers recently. The focus has been more on Facebook (as always) along with Pinterest and Instagram and, in some cases, LinkedIn. Oh yes - and YouTube for fast ranking of content.

But the way I see it, once you have your blog set up, the next step should be to create and set up a Twitter account. It's the simplest social media account to set up and run, and it's essential if you want to be regarded as an influencer or an authority and to have a serious online presence.

And, it's easy to link your Twitter account to your blog.

That's why, although I have set up Your Digital Ally on Facebook, YouTube and GooglePlus as well, it's Twitter where I've been putting my setup effort.

I've been developing the Twitter account on three fronts:

Twitter Account Growth - SocialQuant

I'm growing my followers on 95% autopilot using an excellent service called SocialQuant. It's 95% rather than 100% autopilot because I go and check (and adjust) the keywords that SocialQuant uses to select which accounts to follow - in the hope of a follow-back.

I chose this service because:

It does the Following for me.

Other services just tell you who to Follow, and you have to do the clicks yourself. This is because of Twitter's API limitations, I believe. But SocialQuant doesn't use the API, so can act fully on your behalf.

It is very selective in who it chooses to follow.

The appearance of a keyword in a tweet is just the trigger to consider the suitability of the account as one to follow. SQ applies quite rigorous criteria before deciding whether or not follow anyone: and I don't have to fiddle around deciding for myself what those criteria should be.

I get reports on the success rate of each keyword

I then use those report to delete poor performing keywords and test out new ones.

In a future post I'll explain in detail how I use SocialQuant, and in particular how I find, monitor and track the keywords it uses via a Google Sheet that I created. I'll also tell you the one thing I wish I'd done differently before turning on the service!

Autoposting Collections of Tweets - SocialOomph & Social Motiv8

I'm using SocialOomph - one of the very earliest Twitter (and more) automation tools - to auto-post pre-defined collections of tweets.

I'm using it because it provides the most flexible and powerful facilities - even though its user interface is quite uninspiring!

These are the collections of tweets that I'm auto-posting. Note that in each case, I cycle through each collection repeatedly.

Motivational Quote Images

I'm using the Social Motivat8 collection of 150 images which I created for myself and now sell as a product.The reason I'm using these is purely to get as much engagement within my account as I can without me having to go in and engage personally! But see below for more about this. It definitely works.

A collection of humorous one-liners with images.

Exactly the same idea. I've not created as many of these, and not turned them into a product (yet). One day I'll test to see which get the most engagement.

Tweets about past blog posts.

This is the "business" activity, of course.

Whenever I write a new blog post, I create three different tweets about it and feed them into SocialOomph. To be able track clicks on each individual tweet, I use a unique bit.ly link for each one.

As I write more blog posts, the proportion of tweets that relate to blog posts will increase. At the moment my tweeting is heavily motivational-quote oriented!

How I set up the queues of tweets in SocialOomph

The system (Google Sheet) I created to automatically calculate the posting frequencies for each of the queues

The process I go through to construct the three tweets and unique URLs for each blog post and add them into the correct place in the queue of other blog post tweets within SocialOomph. Again, I use a Google Sheet to streamline, semi-automate and simplify this process.

Automatically Posting a Tweet (and more) when each blog post is published

As well as adding three tweets about each blog post to the relevant SocialOomph Queue, I also automatically send out a once-off tweet soon after publish the post.

In this blog post I explain exactly how I "syndicate" my blog posts to multiple social media accounts - not just Twitter.

So far, everything I'm doing on Twitter is almost 100% automatic, and my Twitter account is growing nicely with very high quality followers and some quite reasonable engagement.

The engagement is coming mainly from the Social Motiv8 motivational quotes and humorous one-liners rather than from my blog posts. But that is exactly why I am including them.

Any form of engagement is good: it raises your score for various social metrics and increases your likelihood of being found for various searches. And it starts to get you noticed by your followers and should eventually lead to a more business-oriented engagement.

That's why I made the motivational images quotes into a product: ANY social media account will get more engagement (possibly MUCH more) by including these images in their content.

What I Still Need To Do

Automation and auto-engagement is fine: but it can only get you so far.

I need to put a process in place whereby I manually engage with people on Twitter.

Later on, I'll be doing this with specific goals in mind - such as wanting to get the attention of major influencers - but I'm not ready for that yet. For the time being, I just want to "be engaging" with my Twitter followers.

But I want to do this in the most efficient way, using tools that suggest who I should engage with and exactly what form of engagement to use in each case (e.g. reply, re-tweet, like). I've not set this up yet, but when it IS set up, my aim is to spend at most 15 minutes per day on Twitter engagement.

I'll write about this system on this blog when I have it set up.

Other things I haven't done include:

Make any use of hashtags: not doing this is plain dumb, and is high on my list of "twitter system improvements"

Make any of use of Twitter Lists

Make any use of Twitter Momements

Add my Twitter stream to my blog

So that's the current state of development of my Twitter account.

I could have had quite a few more followers by now (at the time of writing I have 680-ish) if I'd put in some manual effort myself and been more aggressive, but I didn't want Twitter to be a big distraction from the dozens of other things that I also need to be doing.

So - I'm pretty pleased with how it's going, given the effort I've put in.

As for results - I've not even bothered to check how much traffic I'm getting because I know it's going to be minimal until I get more followers, do some manual engaging and ramp up my content posting with another content source (see below).

But this is a long-term project to build a valuable asset, which I'm treating very much as a background activity.

However, I DO have plans to apply a very smart advanced tool which will both auto-post additional high-quality, niche-related content AND get me optins for my list. That will be when this effort will pay off.

As always, I'll reveal what THAT is all about some time down the line.
