(I'm assuming this is what you mean admittedly I know more about Kiyo than I do Saeko) everyone is different and although you might find patterns in your writing that ultimately just reflects your tastes. Still, if you want more variety you could try leaving your comfort zone by reading something very different from what you're used to and taking notes, this'll help you think outside the box and find out how other people make their characters work.

And about the realism like,, as long as your ocs have a well-defined personality (which I know they do because I have read your infodumps) it really doesn't matter if they're "overpowered" or something. OC making should be fun, worrying about public reception is just gonna turn it into a chore.

Ultimately just,, write what YOU want to see. Tell the story YOU want to tell. Don't worry about if people will respond well or not, if it comes from the heart someone out there will resonate with it.
