Happy new year babes

Hi baby happy new year! Thought it’ll be cool to write a lil blog post reflecting on our year (so millennial of me aha). It can be something we look back on :)

Just wanna start off by saying thank you. Thank you for an amazing 2019 💛 Babes, I’m so proud of us, i really am. And I’m so proud of YOU. Here’s a lil throwback of Jan 1st 2019 ;)

It’s been a blessing watching you grow this year babe. Our early morning routine.. waking up at 5:30am to get to work. You working in sterile stores at St Vincents (with your gyal Brenda) and myself as a barista. Both balancing and finding time for our own creative dreams and hobbies.

One of my highlights this year was definitely our one year anni getaway to Daylesford. Absolutely loved this trip and everything about it. So grateful to have shared this super special experience with you. I miss that bath tub ;)

I really do believe things happen for a reason. This huge opportunity that came your way is a such a blessing!

Definitely a big change for us but I know we can pull through anything.! Babe, I’m so proud of you. It makes me so emotional whenever I think about it, but just seeing how happy and how free you are now warms my heart. Your passion really shines babe and I can really tell you love what you do. I’m sohappy you’re making videos. I’m so happy you’re doing YOU 💛

Being away from each other for 3 months was so hard, I missed you so so much. I really believe our time away strengthened us. I already love and appreciate you so much, but being away made me love and appreciate you 1000 times more. Knowing you were living your dream made me so happy inside. Our chats before bed and our facetime calls here and there would make my day. Loved seeing your pics and hearing what you got up to every day. Couldn’t be prouder of you babe

Another highlight of the year would be our little creative sessions. We would hit the gym straight after work, get a good feed, smoke and create/work on our own things. We would often bounce ideas off each other. A lot of my ideas for my grounded piece actually came from these little sessions we had ;) I’m happy we got time to work on own things this year. And I wanna thank you for being so supportive of my work. You’re such a supportive boyfriend and it means the world to me.

Proud of us for kickin some gym goals. You’ve worked so hard this year and it’s payed off. Babes your body is 😍😋 Happy we’re not round anymore haha

The BIGGEST HIGHLIGHT was having you back home after 3 months. I’ve never been so excited to see someone. It’s like a new you came home. Mullet, slim face, bigger and buff bawdy ;) So so happy to have you back babe. Catching up and spending quality time with you since you got back has been so refreshing and so heart-warming. I’m cherishing every single moment

The day I teared up on your bed after our big day at Lorne was because I felt a big gush of gratefulness. Hugging you in bed right there in that moment brought me back to 3 months prior (the night before you left to go LA) doing the exact same thing. I was just so proud of how far we’ve come this and it felt surreal having you back :)

I’m super excited for our 2020 babes. Excited for you to reach your goals and dreams. You have really big things ahead of you. I’m 100% behind you always 💛 You inspire me so much to chase my creative dreams. 2019 was a huge stepping stone for us and the start to a big change. I have so much faith in us and I know we can pull through anything :) I know in the long run it’s going to be so worth it. And I’m looking forward to the day we can fly in and out countries for each other. And the day we get to fly to countries together :)

I didn’t know I could love someone this much. Babe I fall more and more in love with you every day! I can’t get enough of you 😛 I love doing life with you and I’m so excited to see where 2020 takes us. I’m so shatts I’m not spending new years with you, but it’s all g ;) soak up the experience with your fams at Cairns!!
