Ya know what i want to see

I want to see the realization in caleb's eyes when he realises he could never blame his ex-scourger students for what they did to their parents

I want to see him taking them under his wing and tell them that No, this isn't on you.

And when a student one day asks him how he can live with himself he'll say: "because i have someone to protect now".

That's the kinda redemption i wanna see for this guy like.. i will Quake

Bonus points if there's a point before his teaching where he is talking to Essek and essek says: "i hope once you have a student of your own you will treat them with more kindness than that", in reference to caleb thinking what he did is unforgiveable. Bc he Knows that caleb is a kind man, the kindest he's ever met. And he Knows he will treat his students well as soon as he realises just how Young they are like, That shit Also gets me Quaking.
