god i am soooo fucking glad i finally got the ball rolling on my mental health treatment again these last two months.
#i was so fucking worried about the cost of meds + dbt iop BUT#turns out the iop is 100% covered by my works health insurance#And i only pay literally $1.66 to get both my meds and have them shipped to me.#AND i met my individual dbt therapist for the first time yesterday and she is just the sweetest woman in the world#.txt#fix my brain PLEASE i need to get on with my fucking lifeee
