ok!!!!!!!!! so i didnt get to listen to as many albums as i wanted but i have some solid picks :-)

1) the saturation trilogy by brockhampton

literally all three of these albums combine to take my spot as albums of the year, im literally making all three of these albums a separate post but uh real quick brockhampton is a boyband that is literally changing the rap game, they produced three albums over the course of half a year and theyre so high up there in quality and just-amazing amazing, has something for everyone. theyre obviously a rap group but they also have a lot of influence of emo boybands and a lot of rnb influence, check them out!!!!! seriously!

2) greatest hits by remo drive

i fucking love this band. my emo ass literally was NOT ready. quality shit. they rank so highly on my list purely because they are literally part of the reason why i picked up my guitar again. catchy ass songs-super funny-fucking witty, self deprecating and charming, love these guys.

2) brick body kids still daydream by open mike eagle

open mike eagle also places second simply because remo drive i like for personal reasons, and open mike eagle is just………….Amazing. the dude is just. words cannot do him justice, he’s usually so funny but on this project it’s a lil more somber, a lot sadder yet amazing. love what the dude is doing one of my fave rappers he’s so great and this album is just a ride through and through

2) who told you to think​?​?​!​!​?​!​?​!​?​! by milo

MY BOY MILO COMES IN H O T WITH THIS BEAUTIFUL ASS ALBUM where do i begin, the beginning song poet w that take with james baldwin, the fucking beauty that is the production, the way the tracks just feel wistful and sad yet angry. FUCKING LOVE MY BOY MILO PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS. (also one of my fave rappers 10/10 please check him out)

3) damn. by kendrick lamar

AMAZING. ICONIC. seriously great, idk why i lov this single so much but it stuck the second i listened to it.

- cyber stockholm syndrome by rina sawayama 

this song is so catchy and so great, rina is such a cool human being and shes doing some amazing work, cannot wait to hear more from her. her ep was such a great throwback and while i didnt really enjoy it after a few listens i got into it more but not as much as i shoudlve :/ regardless this single is bomb i fucking loved it from the second i heard it, please support her shes literally so great
