had a (good??) phase where i gained and didnt really care but guess what. :) we're doing horrible and naturally the only way of coping is restricting once more

#and I'm second guessing myself if it really was worth jt #i mean ofc it was #i was really happy for a while and genuinly didnt care about food most of the time #i worked really hard on being normal but urghgg its so annoying to get get rid of it again #like deep down i know happiness is irreplacable and my partner loves me either way but why can't my brain get it #also losing weight just feels so good #i havent weighed myself in so long and looking at the numbers hurt so much #tw disordered eating
