i cant do this job cuz i cant deal w the rejection of spending an hour cutting up one million vegetables and then the residents not eating the fucking salad because wah wah i dont like vegetables i only eat potato chips and cheese sammich
#i was late going home on saturday cuz i was prepping this fucking cucumber tomato feta salad for tomorrow i even sliced my finger during and#had to go get a bandaid#btw we feed around 90 people in this building#and i swear half the ppl didnt touch my sad lil salad and went str8 to dessert :]]]]]]] ok#some of the residents i s2g im like....how did u survive in the world prior to this did u only eat lunchables ur entire life#im surprised yall dont have scurvy#we have one woman (idk her diagnosis if its age-related or not) but her diet has been the EXACT SAME for at least a couple years now#every day it is..........eggs 3 pieces white buttered bread and banana for breakfast... 3 cheese on white bread crustless sandwich for lunch#which she dips in soup that has been watered down#and i think for dinner she might take a sandwich from the nurses station because she doesnt come to us#so yes her only fruit/veg is half a banana a day and at least 9 PIECES of white bread a day#i feel bad for her because i KNOW my girl doesnt shit and has absolutely no energy#food -
