Made some "sour cream" (it's sour and it's cream I did what I could) because you can't find sour cream here and I wanted a dip. Went a bit too hard on the sour, but it does make for a good garlicky-yogurty sauce for my chicken kebab
#its just a little box of cream juice of a lemon (lime) a tablespoon of garlic salt#I think i would in future either reduce the quatitiy of garlic salt#or separate into fresh mashed garlic and salt#so i can better control the portions#i was however too lazy to mash garlic at this juncture
