omg. how had i not listened to this year's godspeed you! black emperor album until now
#i was feeling.verybad today#and pressed play on this album about 25 minutes ago#their music has a way of catalyzing the pain of existing in this world into something transcendent#verygood👍wouldrecommend music to dissociate to#weirdly since starting [insert medical information i will not publicly disclose] i have not been dissociating so much#so anguish is just anguish ennui is just ennui and i am very palpably in my body about it#(anyways their music isn't even really about personal pain it is about global injustice)#(which is a very impressive thing to do with music that has no lyrics except the occasional musique concrète element)#their latest album is called “no title as of 13 february 2024 28340 dead”#so yeah
