Well-p. Y’all know the drill, I guess.
Feb 26:
Technically been up since about 7:30AM.
Went out to the facility... was subsisting on sugary food and fogged my brain up a good deal (plus taking my meds.) Went to Seeking Safety which was alright... given that I have most of the handouts for this group. I kinda wonder about grabbing the chapters I missed or not, sometime. :Ic
Anyways, I went to the diner to eat something more substantive afterwards. I was too tired and dizzy and tired to do more than take a nap at the facility after that, until our ride came around.
Got home. Didn’t do much before deciding I needed some more sleep. Woke up again ~6:30 PM to make the fam dinner. Watched a couple more episodes of iZombie, and did most of my exercise for the day,,,
First, throughout the day, I was making multiple attempts at the DD. But I’m a combo of too tired and unfocused to feel that. Going to try again tomorrow.
Second, Day 14 of the FCP. Strength training. So many lunges, oof. As per the usual, pacing is integral. It was a bit awkward transitioning from the side-to-side lunges to the forward, as opposed to the other way around. Anyways, the punching active rests were my favorite part of this entire workout (lunges, man).
Third, Day 14 of the TYTC. Nothing new to say here~ =w=

Feb 27:
Been up since about 9AM. Technically underslept a bit.
One of the first things I did today was catching up on DD, and then mostly was watching more iZombie. I just finished the second season and... I’m def invested now.
Since I thought that would be a good break point, I got in the rest of my exercise.
First, yesterday’s DD. 40 swallows with EC. Was just too out of it yesterday to feel focused enough for this one -but I got it done today. This reminded me of a tip from Yoga with Adriene on how keeping the standing knee slightly bent rather than locked out can help make balancing easier. That said, my successful attempt was almost lost from having to hop about and trying to recenter myself. :I
Second, today’s DD. 2′ elbow clicks with EC. Counted 117 reps by the end, so close to managing 1/sec today. It was tough to maintain that pace and consistently having elbows make contact, especially in the last 30" or so! Fun, though! :D
(After said show watching...)
Third, Day 15 of the FCP. Ab day. I liked the majority of today’s exercise - except those flutter kicks. Perhaps the high knees were a significant contributor, but man did my quads feel the fatigue/failure point in the last set (glad it was only 3). I had to have feet tapping floor and do it in bursts. Nevertheless - I ADORE sitting and sit-up punches! :P
(After a bit of recovery time...)
Fourth, Day 16 of the FCP. Tendon strength / flexibility. Needed to double up again to catch up. These days can be particularly deceptive. First sequence was fairly doable. Second sequence got real, especially when it came to the last side - had to take a few moments to pause briefly (and the leg was drifting down in the holds). Despite how I had to dig in a bit deep, this stuff always feels great afterwards. =w=
Third, Days 15+16 of the TYTC. Really nice hamstring stretch!

Feb 28:
I was up early to get to group.
First thing I did was the DD. 40 butterfly dips with EC. Found it a good way to wake up a little more. I definitely enjoyed this one!
Then I did some more work on that art challenge meme (debating on whether to through basic colors on it). Socialized and went to WRAP Group afterwards. Did some coloring for a coloring book page to pass time (discarded it because it wasn’t something I felt worth keeping, not really my work.)
Got home. And spent pretty much the rest of my day watching more iZombie.
Wound up rain-checking on my workout due to poor time management and being tired from sleep dep.

March 1:
Been up since about 8AM... kind of digging getting up at fairly consistent times.
I spent a few hours to finish watching iZombie, making some dinner for some of it. I’m eager to see how Season 5 will go. Gotta wait till May until it premiers.
Then I got in most of my exercise today.
First, Day 17 of the FCP. Cardio. A lot of high knees today, oof. Given the respiratory issues, I had to keep those at a sustainable jogging pace. That was nevertheless intense and I’m just glad I got through it.
Decided to rain-check on the DD because that was rather intense. (Also debated on whether to double up to catch up... decided not to. Over-training is the last thing I need right now.)
(After some YouTube and kind of frustrating gaming...)
Second, Day 17 of the TYTC. Good stuff.
Decided not to meditate tonight. Too tired... I’m getting to bed early.
