#i wanted the osmanthus to be more than a decoration but alas my hope was dashed

it's most definitely not morning here, but fuck it ya girl wanted tea and ya girl shall get her tea 🫖

anyway.

i couldn't smell the ginger until i poured hot water on it. i was totally prepared to not like it because as much as i like osmanthus, i dislike the taste and smell of ginger.... but the ginseng just overpowers everything lol

aside from that, there's the soft sweetness from the red dates (tily really loves them red dates). there's a slight hint of ginger, but i believe it's just the smell........ okay nevermind, i can taste it now that it's cooled down. blergh. i feel like the osmanthus and forget-me-nots are just there for the colors; i can't taste them at all.

at this point i have to say that i think i prefer gryphon's blends a lot more.

ps. the forget-me-nots were such a nice addition to the visual, i love seeing the contrasting yellow and purple <3
