Actually was able to listen to the planets suite this morning and OOOUUUUUGH
#I KNOW WHAT I'M TRYING TO DO NOW#wanted crazy perspective like he's looking down at the viewer but wanted emphasis on the face for halo purposes#he's gonna be backlit and head-on and I'm gonna make his a companion piece to komugi's bc i already knew i wanted hers#to be head-on as well.... might make hers frontlit then? i was thinking backlighting for her as well#i want wild insane perspective practice with the other guards but i have a PLAN now#i NEED to finish my comm before i start anything else but being in a circle of caa bloggers has kickstarted my creative impulses#hoatm rants#might rb this again and show off barebones sketches vs wildly complex finished products bc that's the goal baybeeeee
