Chronic pain -> frozen bc chronic pain -> can't do physical therapy exercises due to being frozen -> worsened chronic pain from not doing PT -> frozen bc chronic pain -> cant do physical therapy exercises due to being frozen -> chro- (never ending cycle)

#the answer is gentle gentle gentleeeee exercises and taking many breaks and all of that. but that means #a simple at home PT session (not professional i mean by urself) will take hours.....#a new joint pain has appeared... hip pain even though i always have to walk. i need to walk all day at work.#need to walk everywhere to get groceries and basic needs. walking is so important to my survival and now it hurts like hell. im.. -_-#i used up all of my insurance specialist visits for psychotherapy (6 sessions) so.. ripppp lmao #Healthcare is so expensive i hate it #gonna research PT exercises and hope for the best
