#first attempt!!! it´s fine!!!!#actually quite tasty; just a little too crunchy but still very edible#i used the sourdough starter i told yall abt the other day#IT WORKS :D!!!!!!#problem is i used all purpose flour instead of bread flour and proooobably overproofed it then kneaded it even more#bc as it turns out all purpose flour is more watery than bread flour#bc of protein content? gluten? idk#so its supposed to be very airy but i ended up with pizza crust consistency instead lol#shut up sheo#last school assignment is to make a vlog on a random topic so i totally used it as an excuse to make this hehehe#now i gotta edit a video ughhhhh
