#red said#this fucking woman agreed before leaving a meeting early that she was fine with whatever we agreed#i updated her MULTIPLE TIMES on what we'd agreed and she's like yeah cool ok whatever works#today oh no she doesn't remember anything about this project. where did this come from? it's a bad idea!#obviously it's a terrible idea and obviously i need to never agree anything without her present. apparently even if she TELLS ME TO.#sorry like maybe I'm the unreasonable one here but we're a 3 man team for a 200+ man organisation and we barely see each other#i have operated perfectly well for the last 2 years agreeing actions and updating my manager on what I'm doing#and we can change course if needed#but no fucking. god forbid i make decisions.
