Ughhhhh
I'm all out of sorts bc I just had a gas station manager imply I was a thief for just trying to let them know a part of their air pump was missing
I was trying to be nice and I get some random dismissive rude middle manager who insinuates that I'm trying to steal money from them even though I had to repeat multiple times that I didn't care about a refund
#i have NEVER cursed at customer service before#I understand that its a subcontracted device but it is still on your property and you still need to take responsibility for it#i understand its a squalid area but you dont FUCKING ever treat a customer like that#(I'm simply holding her to the same standard I hold myself to)#I was being polite until she began doubling down on the no refund#she was literally acting like all i wanted was a refund and was being pushy and interrupting me#it was the third or fourth time she interrupted me to say she couldn't refund me that I finally snapped at her#like- bitch? I don't care that much about $2. I was actually trying to make your life easier by letting you know. fucking hell.....
