It's kind of bullshit that I have owned a software for over a decade and then suddenly I have to upgrade my license to use it on multiple PCs, as if I haven't had it on multiple devices for years. My license terms suddenly says one windows/Mac device. I literally have it activated on two different computers as we speak (눈‸눈)
#{domino complains after dark}#god forbid someone have a desktop AND a laptop they want to use for art programs#and there's a limit to how many times you can change the active device???? WHAT is the limit#i have a second laptop now that i'd rather have csp on but ¯\_ಠ_ಠ_/¯ i ain't kicking myself off my desktop#the part that makes me mad is the random change in my decade+ old license with no notice#this is a change within the last year or two if i remember correctly#if i could just get an email like “hey we are updating the term” i th8nk that would be really nice#like those types of emails exist why did i not get one#if i am not entitled to use my license as it has been then i think i am entitled to information concerning it?????#i understand having a cap on it obviously and i'm not 100% opposed to upgrading#but it's the lack of communication#the lack of informing me that i have been downgraded#i'm just a crotchety old man at heart
