went to gyn appointment
called out of work bc i was high and Did Not Feel Good
slept the rest of the day and had stressful dreams and muscle aches
woke up to my family being In A Mood
finally feel asleep after midnight and had more stress dreams this time featuring many needles piercing my skin

#good monday#i took what i think is considered a low dose of a hybride tincture meant for daytime use but goddam#i felt like i had vcr line going through the center of my field of vision and everything was tilted forward#i was moving and thinking slowly and generally Feeling Off#i remembered too late that i'd felt a tiny bit of this the last time i tried this tincture#i guess it'd been long enough since then that i forgot and then i took twice that amount today#i thought it'd help my body relax for my pelvic exam or help with inflammation or something#i know i probably just overdid it but i don't think i want to use that again#''that'' being injested mmj#that tincture (i hate that word) tastes like gasoline and even 0.25ml is too much for me#i took 0.5ml today 💀#i want to try the topical spray bc it supposedly is localized to where it's applied and doesn't make you high#but if that makes me feel weird mmj and i will probably break up#personal#health stuff
