hi! sorry if this sounds rude, not the intention at all. i saw a post you just reblogged that triggered me, i know you add tw hashtags so this is not your fault ofc! the post included ideas of being w**ched and it would be better maybe if the hashtags included words like paranoia or persecutory delusion / paranoia? makes it more specific for me than unreality or just delusion. ty very much. again not trying to be rude :)
