The Disgaea writing opinion hill I'm always going to be willing to die on is that Nemo and Valvatorez have one of the best villain-hero dynamics in the series. It bums me out a little that no one talks about it.

#crear rambles #well. i might not die on this hill if i finally get to finish d7 and [SPOILER] has a better dynamic with fuji #but idk! i like how throughout episode 8 and 9 there's actually some back-and-forth between them #and the final episode brings up some interesting parallels between them #(and also kind of between artina and fenrich)#i think. objectively. mao and aurum's dynamic might top it #but subjectively i like nemo and val's dynamic a bit more
