honestly, I know im mostly an f1 blog now, but I finished obx4 pt 2 and I need to vent. SPOILERS AHEAD

I knew JJ was gonna die, since like chapter 8 because the way they screw up his character so bad in the span of 10 episodes, that I just knew there wasn’t any coming back for that one but it just angers me so much, because he deserved so much better than what was given to him, honestly I would’ve rather that he and Kiara just left for their surf trip and never see them again than this.

I don’t know, whatever it is that happen between Maddie and Rudy but it is obviously so much more than what they let on and i think that sucks because it is part of their jobs to ACT like they like each other, part two had BARELY any scenes of them together, and JJ didn’t even looked like he actually liked Kiara and I’ve been saying this since part one, because my girl Kie fought for that relationship and JJ was just there, like when they said in part one that they’ve never even went to a date in 18 MONTHS, two years and a half and my man never even bothered to take his girlfriend for a date, and there was so much more that annoyed the living crap out of me, because what do you mean that he only told her that he loved her when he was dying, like bffr.

let’s talk about his death, now I hated the way that this scene went because it was completely anticlimactic and underwhelming in all aspects, because after everything, after JJ spent 4 seasons thinking he wasn’t enough, and didn’t have a future, and that he wasn’t worthy of anything he dies because his actor wouldn’t shoot scenes with a girl that used to be his best friend, because it’s just so unfair to fans that been through this show who used to love his character, his relationships not only with Kiara but with all the Pogues in general, for him to just get stabbed out of nowhere by his crappy father, his OTHER crappy ass father because he doesn’t have one but two suckers that deserve to die, I didn’t even understand what was going on, and Maddie’s acting was on point and it was great but it just felt so unnecessary, and annoying and unfair.

also the foreshadowing was crazy, might as well just tell me he is going to die with the “your luck is gonna run out one day” and “jj would be a great name for a kid” this was literally me 🧍🏼‍♀️🧍🏼‍♀️

Now, let’s talk about Jiara for a sec because this was a big issue for me too this season, If you know me you’ll know that I’ve been obsessed with the ship, since I first saw the show back in 2020, and this blog was actually supposed to be an obx blog, but yeah, I was obsessed with them since the beginning, but I truly would’ve rather them not ever getting together than this, or one kiss at the very end of the show and them going on their surf trip than this, because they deserved so much better than what was giving to them, Kiara doesn’t deserve to lose the only thing she’s got left and JJ deserved more than anything his happy ending.

Their whole thing felt forced, in both parts but even more in part two, because they acted like anything BUT a couple, an 18 month couple too because what do you mean they said goodbye with a handshake for godsake, an JJ was completely uninterested with Kiara whatsoever.

They spent two seasons telling us how much JJ tried with Kiara, how that door is locked bla bla bla, and then she’s his gf and he couldn’t give less of a fuck.

They made Kiara’s entire storyline JJ, and my girl had more chemistry in a scene where she almost stab Rafe cuz she was scared to death than in most of her scenes with JJ.

Also, in the last couple of episodes where JJ went completely mad and rogue, she was just there, and that pretty much sums up Kiara’s entire arc this season, she was just there, they are about to shoot her boyfriend and she’s like “no! Jj! Jayj!” 😟😟

Her boyfriend almost drowned and not a single tear was shed, she was just there sleeping and sitting like this 😟😟😟 and then they actually get to live and she doesn’t go to see if her boyfriend is really alive and well she just does this 😊 like are you serious right now??

And when JJ had that alcoholic episode in the boat, she didn’t even went to see him, she cares more about RAFE than him, not even one talk about her telling him he is worth it, he is deserving and that she loves him, might as well for him to be stranger to her rather than her boyfriend and friend for years.

But yeah, I think that’ll be all, I’ll pretend that season 4 doesn’t exist and I won’t even bother to watch season 5, we were robbed in all senses, I’ll keep leaving the Jiara life in AO3, where the writers are actually good and would’ve made a better season than this piece of crap, love y’all hope you find some peace and liked my rant that’s a little over the place 💗💗

Take a Taste: with delicious meals at the Valenzuela Food Fiesta Christmas Bazaar 2023 [Recorded: Dec. 10th, 2023]

Hello! It’s time for another “Take a Taste”! The series is about delicious food with my two paper dolls.

So uhh... So sorry for the long delay. I have SO MANY photos that need to be upload by the end of 2023. But, because I'm using my mom's laptop and not my custom PC, my life's change... 😟😞 But c'mon, I need to turn my frown upside down because its the spirit of the Holidays 🎄😊, so I want to wipe my negative thoughts away. Nonetheless, maybe January 2024 will be start uploading my 2023 photos once I have my new GPU is equipped, so I can get back we're I left of. Except these photos, so let's go! 😁

• So, here we are at the nicely busy night street! 🌃💡 You may wondering, why are the people gathered here?🤔Because of the annual "Valenzuela Food Fiesta Christmas Bazaar" 🎄🍗🍴😋, and on top of that, its my mom's 59th birthday! 🥳🎂🎁👩 So, happy birthday, mom! I love you! 🥰🤗 (From me and my paper dolls) So, in this food bazaar, we can choose any delicious meals from a selected independent food stands before someone else to seat down on the table to occupy. Luckily for us, a lot of people we're leave from the table after their done eating and we're occupy it. Isn't it beautiful lights, you two? 😊

• Hours later, our meal has finally arrived and I ordered a delicious 'Texas Cheese Burger' courtesy of 'Lucky Garage Burger' 🍔😋 (Price: ₱95), and a refreshing 'Graham Mango Shake' from a random shake stand! 🥤🥭😋 Yum-yum! My paper dolls are mouthwatering to see what's inside?! 🤤 Sure thing! Let's open it! 😁

• Whoa! 😮😋 This burger looks scrumptious! 🤤 Let alone, that the sauce was a bit mess but that's alright; It is still scrumptious!😋Don't ya, you two!? Okay, let's not waste our time, and let's dig in! 😄

• [8th & 9th Images] Here's a closer look at my 'Texas Cheese Burger'. It may sloppy because of the packaging, but the BBQ spicy sauce never disappoint my taste buds! 😛 Yeah, I tried their sauce and they used a legit Texas sauce 🤠. My paper dolls certainly tried to taste the sauce, as well. And its pretty BBQ hot! 🍖🌶️ Okay, enough for that, let's have a bite! 😁

• [10th & 11th Images] Mmmmm! Wow! 😋 My tongue sensed that their patty was grilled (which is nice than a traditional flat surface), with their juicy fresh mushrooms, and their smoked bacon spot on! Also, I didn't realized, that their using signature style Pandesal buns for their different burger variants, which is fitting for us. What do you think. you two? Have you taste it? Sure you are, and I know you're enjoying it! 😁

• [12th to 15th Images] Here are more snapshots after numerous bites from my mouth! So tasty, I could have another try, or any burger variant that the restaurant has to offer! Yum-yum! 😋🤤🍔

• [16th & 17th Images] Next, time to washed up my mouth with a sweet refreshment of 'Graham Mango Shake'. It was ordered by my lil' bro and my mom, so thanks a bunch! 🥤🥭 Time to sip! 😋

• [18th & 19th Images] Mmmmm... This ain't bad. Not too sweet, but pretty good! My paper dolls attempts to sip, as well. And they say, they want it add a little pinch of sugar, and some more graham dusts. 🙂 Okay, I get it. You want some adjustments for the mango graham shake, I see. Don't worry, maybe someday we could find the perfect 'graham mango shake'. Promise! 🥤🥭😊

• [20th & 21st Images] You thought, that the graham mango shake is the end of our meal? Nope! My fam ordered us two pizzas from 'Krusty Bites'! 🍕🍕😋

• [22nd to 25th Images] Tada! We have Hawaiian 🍍🍕 and Garlic Cheese Pizza flavors 🧄🧀🍕! Unfortunately, my paper dolls dislikes Hawaiian pizza, despite some mixed reactions after eating it. 🤔😕Yeah, still debacle to this day. But c'mon, let's give another chance, okay? 😉

• [26th & 27th Images] Here, let's have a slice per each pizza flavors! You're gonna love it! 🍕🍕😋 Let's try the Hawaiian, first. 🍍🍕😄

• [28th to 30th Images] Mmmm... Okay... You know, I have no problem eating Hawaiian, but this is bland. 😕 Yeah, I don't think that you're gonna eat it. So, its all mine now (I guess). 😅 As for the Garlic Cheese Pizza, this is decent. 🙂👌 I think, my paper dolls should stick with the latter than the bland Hawaiian one. However, we've ended up take these pizzas to our home as our midnight snacks. 🍕🌙🏠

Overall:

• Bland Hawaiian ✌ Piz-aside ✌(I made confuse pun here), hanging out with my fam at the annual food bazaar while celebrating my mom's birthday was quite relaxing, and enjoying our delicious meals (except one, that I've mentioned). 😋🥳 We wish, that we could do this, not just every year, though. After all, the quarantine is over (for now), and restrictions we're already loose, so we can explore different places. 😊🏙️ Also, the only satisfy my appetite is the 'Texas Cheese Burger' from 'Lucky Garage Burger' 🍔😋, and that 'Graham Mango Shake' 🥤🥭😊. The latter was just right for me, and I promise that we'll find the perfect G.M.S. for my beloved paper dolls, very soon. 😉

SIDE NOTE: Although... Rumors, I have a funny feeling that there's another harmful virus that will approaching, very soon. It'll be much harsher than the OG corona virus. So, be prepared for much tighter pandemic lockdown, when another virus hits the world (, ONE MORE TIME).🦠🤒😷

In January of last year I posted a whole rant on this topic, but instead of the Tommy division, my frustration was caused by how a lot of the Fandom reacted to Eddie leaving the 118 and how they made it all about Buck. For me, this highlighted a divide in the Fandom, almost Team Buck and Team Eddie, similar to Team Cap and Team Iron Man. Even though a lot of people shipped the two together, there were sides and in the 911 Fandom, most are Team Buck and it makes me sad that there's such a distintinct feeling that we're only okay with Eddie because he's there to make Buck happy.

If you shipped Destiel, then you know it's possible for a character to come in 4 seasons late(Cas) and still become just as important to the Fandom as their OG favorite(dean). With Destiel shippers, there was always a balance to the Fandom, there wasn't a clear favorite between the two like here.

I too believe that if Eddie and Tommy would have gotten together, we would have seen an even worse reaction from the Fandom than we had before the BuckTommy kiss. Could you imagine how mad they would have been after Buck spent the whole episode feeling left out only for Eddie and Tommy to end up being the ones coming out to him instead???? Idk if they would have been so happy and accepting and grateful just to get Canon bi or demi Eddie.

Now, do I believe that most of us still want Buddie together? Yes. Different people and relationships are meant for you at different stages of your life and I understand that Tommy is good for Buck right now.

But I also believe that most of our shippers would rather see Buck as Chris's dad than Eddie and think that Buck would be the better dad. I think that most of them would only ever be okay with Eddie ending up with someone else if it created jealousy in Buck and became about him and not Eddie's happiness.

I think people are so convinced that even though Eddie was happy with Marisol and canonically sexually attracted to her in his own "naughty" words, that they're still convinced the catholic guilt and his hesitation is still all about Buck. But even though Buck spent the entire episode trying to get Eddie's attention and talking about Eddie, they've become convinced with one kiss that no, the jealousy and attention seeking was obviously all about Tommy🤨🙄 or both of them or something. We don't know anything more about Tommy than we do Marisol, but Tommy's cool because he's helping Buck grow, but we've refused the idea that Marisol could be the same for Eddie?

Why are Buddie shippers so critical of Eddie while being so understanding of Buck? With Eddie, there's always a "but" attached to anything he says or does in their eyes. It makes me sad, because I think that like Buck, Eddie is a beautiful, flawed, complex character that I want to see dissected psychologically. But no one seems to care about his mental state, or his past or his own trauma unless it affects Buck, good or bad.

I just wish we were seeing more love for BOTH Buck and Eddie, and not always so focused on Buck🫤😟

It's actually concerning how quickly people are dropping Eddie and jumping to Tommy. Like, I get the excitement over Bi!Buck (Because it's amazing), but people are now wishing death on Eddie and jumping ship from Buddie completely?

Like, Tommy didn't have much of a redemption? He came out of nowhere and then kissed Buck and people are acting like Buckt*mmy is amazing and romantic and they have such chemistry? Like, he is very similar to the other love interests Buck has had. The only real main difference is that he's a man.

I'm pretty sure the only reason people are jumping to him so quick is because he's a guy. If Tommy was a woman, he would not get this kind of love at all.

It makes me wonder how much people actually shipped Buddie and whether it was just that they wanted Buck to get with a dude. Buck is obviously the fandom favorite. He's fanonified beyond belief. And this isn't hating on Buck, but the fandom tends to make everything about him. Eddie getting shot? About him. The well? About him. Chris in general? About him.

If it had been Eddie who Tommy had kissed (as was apparently the original plan) and Eddie who Tommy went on a date with, the fandom would not love it so much. They would probably make it all about Buck.

I may be coming off harsh, but it gets frustrating. I'm not saying to not ship Buck with Tommy, but at least be self-aware to see if you are doing it so Buck has a good relationship, or if you just want him to date a man.

Season 2 Episode 1

I've changed my mind. No review, just season 2. Do I have a lot of thoughts? Yes. But it's taking me too long to write, so I'm just gonna watch season 2... if I can. Internet is acting up right now. I might have to throw in (attempt) to my title

Ok, after 20 minutes it seems to be working. Now to just let it load a bit. It keeps

New scene ok. One question, is it Max specifically as the saviour? And the other two have other important roles? Or are all three of them some kind of saviour. I'm curious.

Rosa would be confused. And now Liz has to deal with a frantic sister, and dead Max.

That's a brutal way to begin.

Two weeks! Ok, I want to see what they've done with everything. With Max, and Rosa and stuff. Cause there's no way they can just explain Rosa being back.

Yeah, I guess nothing would really be holding Liz back now. But what's going on with Rosa.

Of course Michael's ghosting her. Man really just can't. Lmao. Though, he's probably going through a hard time rn, so I won't poke fun

Also, when is Maria gonna be told about everything? I'm still on that.

Rosa is staying at Max's which makes sense, and see here's the thing. Secrets have a way of getting out. She will find out what people think of her eventually. Cause Liz and her aren't actually leaving. This is Roswell, she's the main character.

I was really forgot for a second Rosa was his sister, even though they just mentioned it, and was wondering what happened to his sister.

Michael honestly seems like kinda a mess right now, and it hurts to see. Both him and Isobel are taking this badly, just in different ways.

You know what I kinda feel bad about? I ship Alex and Michael way more than Maria and Michael and it feels like I didn't give them a fair chance. I blame Tumblr for telling me literally only about these two before starting the show. Obviously I'm gonna latch on to the only stuff I know going into it. Like that's just a give in.

Oh my god please not the information on his mother right now. I'M hurting just thinking about all that must be going on in Michael's head, Caufield exploding with his mother who just found, Max dying, also throw in some mess of relationship feelings too,so extra info is just gonna make things worse. Now of course Alex doesn't know anything that's happening with Michael right now, least of all about Max, and giving this information is much better than keeping it secret, so like, I guess continue on. I just can feel the overwhelming feelings from here.

Ok, lots of trauma there. She really is like just trauma central. And now I feel worried, especially if she's training to bring Max back. Somethings gonna go wrong with her. I like seeing her figure out her abilities, but also she's doing a lot out of grief and anger.

Rosa likes good music. So far everything's she's played I liked.

Ah, there's definitely some anger there too at Max from Michael. Also Isobel straight up won't accept he's dead. I mean I'm not either, but I'm approaching this from a outside viewpoint. Storytelling perspective and everything if I saw this irl I'd think he as dead.

Hmm. Bodies are part tech? I mean why not? Plus it'll definitely help with fixing Max up. Also, Noah's heart isn't good enough. Did it get fried by Max?

Liz, imma be honest, what Rosa did was dumb, but I still love it. Sorry. Also girl is dealing with a lot of doubt right now.

But also, no matter how happy she may be that Rosa is back, she'll still have to miss Max and deal with losing him. It'd hurt, and of course she'd be unhappy. But Rosa is dealing with her issues too.

And yes Liz! I believe in you! So our issue for the first half of this season will be trying to save Max? Just following last seasons formula. First half was solving Rosa's murder, second half dealing with the killer (whether they thought it was Isobel or when they knew it was Noah). So first half fixing Max? Second half... I'm at a loss. Sorry.

Take a Taste with: Mini Stop Chicken Fillet XL Sandwich (w/ my Paper dolls) [Feb 7, 2022]

Hello! It’s time for another “Take a Taste”! Yes, I’ve made a series about delicious food with my two paper dolls. And in this episode, I wanna try another chicken sandwich from another brand, this time is from the "Mini Stop" (Philippines 🇵🇭) convenient store & their chicken sandwich called the "Chicken Fillet XL".🍗🍔 So, let's get through it.

1st & 2nd Image(s) ↑:

• Okay first off, my apologize for the look. I put my order food inside my mini bag, and it doesn't look appetizing. Plus, their fried chicken patty is hot while I was walking, so now I'm back home from exercise walking, and the hot chicken patty went off (sort of). My paper dolls saying that it looks fine. Heheh, you think so? 😅

• One downside I've found is their cheese are not as great as other restaurants that offers burgers & chicken sandwiches. My paper dolls response: Sad.😟 Yeah, I've expect more than that, you know. But, their chicken patty looks promising to me. Well, time for the taste test! 😋

• Here's my 1st bite of Mini Stop's Chicken Fillet XL Sandwich. And uhh... I would say decent, yet not great as other chicken sandwiches (from fast food restaurants) that I've tasted before (Popeyes' U.S. Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Jollibee's Chick'nwich). Also, their buns are supposed to be big to fit the chicken patty. Another fail. 👎😕 My paper dolls totally agree my words, they should eat chicken sandwich elsewhere than this.

• I'm not done yet, I have to try their condiment packets to redeem this Mini Stop's Chicken Sandwich. Let's try out!

• Here's my 2nd bite. And nope, it's still decent taste as before. What do you think, you two? My paper dolls say they don't like it. Mmmm, you're right. Thumbs down for me. 😕👎

• Overall, for my Chicken Fillet XL Sandwich from Mini Stop (Philippines)... I mean, for only ₱49 ($0.95) it's an underwhelming chicken sandwich. But, it's totally cheap, so beggars can't be choosers. I don't appreciate their sliced cheese, it should be like from restaurants which are perfectly look. And their "large" ✌️ chicken patty is decent, yet not great taste in my opinion. So, should I buy another one? I'd say no.😒 Plus, their limited time through Feb 28th, so I won't get another one. They're tons of restaurants & other food establishments that offers great chicken sandwiches than from Mini Stop. Well, I better get back to my walking exercise to burn my fat.🚶📏
