somehow this post is the first time i've ever actually thought "Oh no what if chapter 4 really is light world only" even though I know that there will be cupwalka so that's unlikely. This is an "oh no" type situation in my mind because nobody who theorizes that chapter 4 would be light world only ever stops to consider that several uninterrupted hours(!) of runtime where the gameplay is reduced to only walking to locations and reading words would be. It feels mean to say "extremely mindnumbingly boring" just in case they actually do make the chapter like that so i will instead say "doesn't sound very good"

Also there were people in the replies of this post asking him to immediately explain his reasons for hesitating and what the exact metanarrative implications are of him conceding are and it's just like Can you let him release the game first...? You genuinely don't even know what you're asking about right now...There's no context for this...
