Im glad i was kind of able to help ya figure it out! but yea :( they've been doing it bc they think that being pan is inherently biphobic and that the pan label was created to erase bisexuals :( I'm glad to not be following them anymore but im glad i still get to see your great content!

hi again DNI if anon!!!! i don't get people at all.. when i was like 10 i found out was pansexual meant from a youtuber (he turned out to be a creep). so when i was 10 i said i was pan. over the years i changed my labels, until two months ago i was laying in my friend's bed, side by side, and she talked about how she's panromantic.

everyone knows i'm ace, i've been proud and loud about that fact since i was around 13 or 14. it made me so happy to find out that someone else was. and when she started to explain what panromantic was, everything in my mind clicked.

i've been hesitant to change/come out again. but, i always make big life changing decisions on little to zero amount of sleep.

enough about me, back to you and this problem.

personally i think their reasonings are utter trash, bi people aren't being erased by pan people. in my mind i always thought bi and pan people would have eachothers' backs. i feel like this issue and misconception comes from the debate on what bisexual means. for years it was looked at just being attracted to men and women, while pansexual was viewed as the trans inclusive option/label.

i don't know if i'm making sense friend, but i'm sorry that this happened. but i AM glad that you did talk to me about this! if there is anything else you need to ask, don't hesitate to drop by!
