OKAY.... i actually think it looks much better than the rest of the areas of the apartments im on the floor of. this is my area i treated with clay litter and dish soap for 4 hours (first pic) vs untreated areas (the neighboring apartments which are unoccupied)

#eagle eyes will be able to spot the pic which has the fabled apartment who's door is slightly cracked open lol #actually im not sure its really visible but i see it because i know that its open a lil bit #mine isnt perfect but i DO think it looks better than the others. not that i have a 'before' pic of my area unfortch #its weird cause around the areas i did it there's like a halo around the oil smudges. but i think its because its still slightly wet #i might use just the remaining dish soap ive got to give it a lil more scrub with the brush #i'd do the whole thing but i dont have enough dish soap and some of their stains are serious #looking at pics of this it honestly looks really nasty on this floor. damn.#i think partially because its a covered roof but outdoors things just like. accumulate up here #that and people just leave full trash bags sitting outside for days and they soak into the concrete with no rain to run it off & out #i havent seen it up here and my neighbor doesnt do it (he hates it) but i've seen my downstairs neighbors doing it #there's also straight up a hole in the concrete near my door that i wanna fill in with a tiny bit of cement one day #not sure if you can see it or if it just looks like an oil patch
