actually cooked tonight and early on it started going wrong but i didn’t let myself immediately give up and eventually made it to the end of the recipe and. unfortunately it’s kind of bad
#bella.txt#the recipe didn’t specify to use cooked or uncooked rice so like. i obviously assumed cooked rice#but then realized a little late they DID mean uncooked rice and like#while this recipe wouldn’t have turned out right w/ pre-cooked rice it’s absolutely underdone </3#i think my stove temp was too low. i have a finicky little electric one and the low settings barely give off anything#the food actually looks fine but the texture is shit bc of the rice
