#if you wanna say of course!!#ALSO ALSO DOCUMENTING THIS SO I DON'T FORGET#i've thought once of writing little stories of the Theoi (mainly Hypnos but what else is new) and putting those fictional versions of them#in situations (nothing disrespectful of course) as a devotional activity#if the ancients did it (Odyssey + Iliad + theater plays) why can't we#i think maybe Apollo and Dionysos would particularly enjoy that#imagine writing fiction of a deity and have them pop beside you like 'I would not say that'#ANOTHER ALSO#half related to the 'yapping in the devotional journal' part#got the mental image of having a whatsapp group where it's just the one person in it but they use a deity's name as the name of the group#like they're really talking to someone in their contacts#and constantly yapping in it as a method of communication with that deity#i love this actually i'm gonna do it
