this is so silly but i saw this post about the ewan logan // kendall roman parallels somewhere the other day where logan views kendall as ewan and roman as himself, hence he feels so strongly about kendall's "altruism" and also punishes and humiliates roman so much. he was the weaker dog, just like roman, and was abused by their uncle for it
this makes me think that maybe logan views shiv as rose. the sister he loved n obv had a soft spot for. its never explained how rose died, but logan blames himself for the accident that resulted in her death. he’s more affectionate with her than his sons, he calls her pinky, she was never a victim in any of his games of punishment and humiliation. i might be grasping at straws rn but i feel like the ive connected the dots shane meme
