I'm very happy to have the mage hawke champion armor in Veilguard, but it's also pretty sad that bioware armor design apparently peaked 14 years ago
#some of the veilguard fits are not AWFUL and they're certainly overall better than DAI's PC armor looks#but there's nothing memorable and iconic like DA2's heights#i think ironically DA2 was the sweet spot in terms of technical limitations keeping the designers from getting too ambitious#I used to spend hours and hours playing dressup with mods that were just different recolors of the DA2 armors
