I'm so mean to Regulus but honestly I do love him like that is my boy at the end of the day. Mostly I love him because Kreacher loves him so much and I am Kreacher's biggest fan and defender

“I’m going back to Hogwarts, Kreacher,” Regulus tells him one morning as he tucks into a bowl of porridge, poring over The Standard Book of Spells, Grade 7. “I’m finally going to get my N.E.W.T.s, and maybe they’ll even let me be Quidditch Captain again…” Kreacher claps his hands together joyfully. “’Tis wonderful news, Master Regulus!” “Yes… of course, it’s too late in the term to start now, so I’ll be going in September. We’ll be saying I’ve been ill— you’ll remember that, Kreacher?”  “Of course, Master Regulus,” says Kreacher, bowing.  “I’ll be in the same year as Barty, I suppose…” Regulus muses. “And I’ll have to work extra hard to make sure I’m not behind everyone else.” “Master Regulus has been working very hard already,” Kreacher says. “He must take care not to tire himself out.” Regulus waves this away. “No, no… I want to get a good job when I leave school, a real job, maybe at the Ministry… then I can help Mother, she won’t have to worry about money any longer. And for that I’ll need top N.E.W.T.s.”
