To be fair tho it depends on which variation of Eclipse we mean, because V1/V2 Eclipse only ever really got to have a few interactions with her that were mostly just Earth being like "are you okay?? what the fuck is up man??? i can tell there's something more here do you wanna talk about that at all instead of beating the shit out of people???" and Eclipse just going "FUCK OFF????????"

BUT. With V3/V4 Eclipse, they're much closer!! They're both pretty open and blunt with each other and, even tho Eclipse would never say it out loud, they care about each other a lot! Eclipse is still his usual emotionally constipated self so he's still snarky and whenever Earth expresses sadness for his past he's just like "i'm not gunna start crying or something you know." and he outright denied being friends with her (right after coming to her specifically so he could inform her of his long term plan LOL).

Honestly I think early Eclipse coulda been friends with Earth too if he hadn't died. badly. but we have new Eclipse friendship so yay yay hooray!!! ^_^
