Karma bein all head over heels for aro Nagisa is one of my favorite AssClass Headcanons. Their dynamics is so fucking funny, because Nagisa doesn't actually care which means he's fine with anything, while Karma is the biggest simp ever and has no shame about it.

So we have Karma cuddling Nagisa in bed and inviting him on dates and happily holding his hand on the street and kissing him on the cheek or forehead at every occasion he has, and Nagisa just lets him be because Karma seems to have fun and Nagisa finds it nice to be taken care of like this. Of course Nagisa has boundaries but on his good days he allows Karma to kiss him.

I can imagine at some point the Class-E having a party a few years after canon events, and Nagisa is sitting on Karma's lap talking with Isogai or whatever, and Rio approaches them to ask if they're dating, to which Karma answers proudly "Yes he's my boyfriend!" And everyone is so confused because they remember damn well Nagisa coming out as aromantic when they were still at Kunigaoka Junior High.

Whether they're dating or not, I love the idea of Karma going to pick up Nagisa at his work and acting like a golden retriever boyfriend in front of the students and teachers, partly because he loves embarrassing Nagisa, and partly because he actually is happy to see him.

He arrives in front of the school at the end of class and everyone's looking at him like "Who's that handsome man and why is he here ?" And of course he loves the attention so he acts all mysterious and cool, but the second Nagisa gets out of the building, Karma's face lightens up and he runs toward him to take him in his arms. He lifts him from the ground and spins on himself with the blue-haired man who's yelling at him to put him down. When Karma finally allows Nagisa to touch the ground again, he immediately gets scolded. Despite that, Karma still shows a huge stupid smile and says "I wanted to see you ~" He claims that Nagisa is cute and pretty and that he can't wait to bring him to the fancy restaurant he picked for them.

When they're finally leaving, Nagisa's colleagues tell him to enjoy his date and Karma says "Thank you !!" before Nagisa can correct them. He's totally chaotic and Nagisa's already exhausted, but Karma is kinda cute when he acts that way so Nagisa can't stay mad for long.

(This is even funnier if you don't really ship them. Karma is just Like That™.)
