okay i’m sure the overlap between high card fans and people who’ve read the stormlight archive is only me but i just think chris “human shield” redgrave needs to take the ‘i accept there will be those i can’t protect’ oath

#listen if i don’t characterize him in the most angsty way possible im neglecting my responsibilities #my man is out here throwing his life away and everyone he cares about is still getting hurt #and the one person he cares about the most (michelle) he can’t protect no matter how hard he tries #high card #in case it wasn’t clear. he’s a windrunner #wendy would be a sick dustbringer/released #finn would be an edge dancer since they’re big thing is remembering the past and the everyday people #i think he’d also be a good stoneward though with his card #i’d say leo is a willshaper and vijay a truth watcher?#we don’t have enough vijay content for me to really be sure though
