#i think collectively we've gotten so girlboss brain poisoned that many people struggle to see the difference#between a fenale character restricted and negatively impacted by the patriarchal society she lives in#and a female character being *written* in a sexist way#it's a fine distinction at times i will admit but i often feel like it's just a byproduct of really shallow readings
