I think that we should rent this place, rip out the drop ceiling, illegally convert one of the weird back rooms into a bedroom for someone in exchange for employment, and open a goth bar. you have to deal with the fucking liquor board (they are corrupt and evil) but alcohol is one of the most profitable businesses you can run
