#the office has an ancient pc but mia only ever used it for emails & nick is tech illiterate so he wouldntve digitized case files or the like #i think apollo wouldve brought up digitizing files like Once & then promptly given up #coz nick just went ''sure knock yourself out 👋'' & trucy Also refused to be of help bc theyre not relevant to her ^_^#also phoenix is so used to mia's old system that even after digitization tech-literacy or no he'd still rely on physical files #for the first year changing the system wouldve felt wrong on mia's behalf #then it was just out of consideration of if mia was channeled & needed to rely on her own sorting system for something #& after mia's spirit ''moved on'' it was just sort of. something he'd gotten used to & didn't want to change anymore #they're in alphabetical order which is.
