my back is aching, my arms are aching, my core muscles ache, my legs are sore too, i have a stuffy nose, whenever i cough i feel like a cat coughing up a massive hairball, i think i have bronchitis, throat is dry, cramps are killing me, and it hurts to just get up from the bed bc of how sore i am 🗿
