... y’all... i got him in the first 10 pull... at 0 pity...

he needs significantly higher speed and he only has 163.1% effect hit rate which also isn’t enough but i’ve used him against a few different enemies with acheron and pela/acheron and guinaifen and he is absolutely fucking amazing!
