hormone blockers in nosespray form seems like such a genius thing until you get sick and your nose is stuffy and the nose spray isn't as effective.....

#and then 2 weeks later you get a goddamn fucking period #in the midst of the goddamn fucking menopause heat flashes #i should've stopped taking my 2.5 mg estrogen while i was sick but i wasn't thinking about it #even though i've read about synarela not working as well if your nose is stuffy #love having heat flashes and fucking period cramps #at the same time #🙂#endometriosis management is an actual joke
