The saying, 'their bark is worse than their bite'. Ya well, it doesn't apply to him. At all.

Alone time? Lol nope. You either know he's there or you don't.

It's all in good thought. He wants to keep you safe. Whether you can protect yourself or not.

Don't worry, you do get your own time alone. But it's typically in one of the Twilight Order bases.

It may seem like he's being overprotective, but he's just wants you to be safe. In a world where miramon are rampant and being a possible target because you are his lover, he doesn't want anything to go wrong.

He tends to be busy. A lot. But wait- you want quality time? Hugs? Comfort? Suddenly he has the whole day off.

People know not to insult or assault you. They know what could happen. But if someone does cross that line? He dismisses the contract with the Esper Union momentarily to kick some ass.

When he's with you out and about, NOBODY with the right mind dares to even give you a look. He gives one right back.

He's kind of a control freak (okay...that was an understatement). Because of this, he's also a neat freak. If you have a messy room and he enters, he's looking around like 😃. You leave for a second and come back and sudden it's all clean-(who says that wasn't your plan though?)

You probably become besties with Yuuhime.

Possessive? Check. Overprotective? Check. Treats you like a queen/king? Check. Takes you out to dinner and on fancy trips? Check. Tends to you when you're sick? Check. I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

He'd rather stay at home than leave. Everything you need is there, so why bother leaving? Guaranteed there will be moments of leaving and going out and about but not much.

Onto the next topic. PDA. He's 100% a PDA person (with basically only you). You're his, obviously he's going to make sure everyone knows. Whether it's handholding, an arm around the shoulder, or even a kiss, he does not care at all about what others think. Why should he? Their opinion doesn't matter to him.

He's your mood lifter and a savage. Someone was rude? Called you a name? Threatened you? He's definitely got a good idea of what to say to them before their death.

He does not care what you do or wear. You do you boo. Wanna go to a club? He's paying. Wanna get a dog/cat/favorite animal? Sure why not. Wanna cook? He'll praise the food even if it's bad.

Of course, you will both have 'word battles' and call each other names as a joke. He never means the things he says.

As his significant other, you have developed the ability to detect when he's lying. He's a pro, but he can't hide from you lmaooo and you can't hide from him

Under certain circumstances, he probably is most definitely a yandere.
