time to try something new and see if it ends up becoming the start of a terrible new coping mechanism
#got a 12 pack of beer today bc i felt like it#now im cracking one open to see if it helps me study for an exam I've got tomorrow#the only reason im doing it is bc it's a calculations exam so i don't rlly need to memorize any new stuff#i just need something to get me started bc i still haven't started studying for it#so im hoping this'll dither get me started or get me to sleep#both of which are positives#you see im not rlly interested in healthy coping mechanisms. just effective ones#I've got a list of substances i could use to get through the school year but I'm rationing it for now#that way I'll have something left by the time i reach my last year. if i do end up making it that long lol#i should probably put a disclaimer or something saying this isn't medically approved advice lol#mine
