Tuesday 3/7. It was my turn for the special plates at work.
300 rolls of sushi (3 different kinds)
8 slices each (2400 slices)
800 plates.
Shit almost killed me.
The kinds were:
BLT with toasted sesame seed and pickled red onion garnish
Vegetable (carrot, cucumber, red pepper) with quinoa in the rice and pea shoot garnish
Crab (crab, cream cheese, cucumber) with lemon zest garnish.
