Daydreaming about being a billionaire, or even just a millionaire bc its crazy to me that i could buy literally every house currently for sale in my town for like 20 million (actually for about 10 million but I doubled it to account for renovations and property tax and stuff) and then I could just sell them all to people super cheap

#the thing is i think it would be logistically difficult to actually find decent buyers #so heres what i do #i rent to people - low enougb rent that people in social housing can afford it #then after a few months i say 'hey guys wanna own this house?' and literally just sign it off to them for free #whatever money ive taken in rent from them will be put back into the house #not physically i mean like in renovations or something
