#okay so im like....... the biggest most oblivious idiot EVER like its so bad#i recently got my dc albums and........ they included a whole ass dreamcather diy kit.......#and like i KNOW i reblogged a post on emailing the company to NOT have that in the album and i totally fucking forgot#and it just hurts cuz i really love the girls theyre so talented and amazing performers#but the company is profiting off ca and i dont wanna be ignorant and avoidant to this anymore#and i really thought they were straying away from all of that but then this Terrible thing happened#and ive been learning more about all of this stuff and i can only imagine the pain that indigenous people feel having to constantly smthn#culturally sacred being used as an aesthetic#so until they change their name and get rid of anything to have to do w dreamcatchers im unstanning#and like i know this isnt gonna ruin my life or anything but it still sucks#i want to see these wonderful women thrive but i can help them like this#:’(#i hope hfe can fucking look at all the emails and messages that theyre getting from somnias and anyone trying to get them to change#cuz ignoring them will really do more harm than good#i really am so stupid if id had registered it i wouldnt have bought any of the albums >:(#im so sorry this is such a long post but ive been in a Funk since the sem started last week and this was a lot#im gonna add the petition again cuz who knows maybe more people will share and or sign it#dreamcatcher
