Getting to the stage in your post-breakup healing where the even just the split second memory of being intimate with that creature makes you want to want to throw up in your mouth is so bittersweet.
#bitter because of the throwup#sweet because it's how you know you are fully over your feelings for someone#i really go scorched earth after my breakups I block them on everything throw out everything of theirs#and permanently delete every digital trace of them#it makes you feel a little insane because you wonder if they were even real at first#but this is so that it's way easier to just not think of them#at first i didn't think of them bc the residual feelings made it painful to do so#but now i don't want to think of them because of the colossal shudder of disgust that shivers through me#you can't convince me romantic love is a real thing#not when i went from worshipping the actual ground someone walked on#to being so utterly repulsed by the fact that I actually let them inside my sacred chambers#someone needs to just clock me in the face hard next time I think I love a man#just knock my neurons back into place#personal
