#i pulled 2 all-nighters last week and my workload is so busy and unbalanced on certain days that it may become a frequent occurance...#i hardly have time to socialize anymore and basically all i do have time for is business-related socialization#at the very least i am trying to eat better and take care of my needs but it's so miserable to not have any time to let my brain chillax#yes the nature of my work is more fulfilling but i end up in different flavors of this same situation so often. how? why? how do i stop it?#i wish my problems weren't so ''fuzzy'' and had concrete solutions. i am trying everything i can to make the situation better#but things aren't working well enough#i just hope the weather improves soon and magically fixes me bc sometimes it really does do that
