Happy to discover there are visible color changes in this yarn ! Didn't think there would be given I wasn't trying to end up with them, but I love how it looks.

#in retrospect this is an Important Sock #because i finally get to see if hand combed southdown babydoll top in a 4 ply will stand up to my feet #i previously just wanted to try southdown in general but i tried combing southdown roving a while ago #and discovered its like 90% fuzz 10% decent fibers. so no wonder my roving based handspun sdb socks didnt hold up #it feels really strong. we shall see #sock knitting #socks #knitting #handspun yarn #southdown babydoll
