Bradley promised he would pick you up in an hour. That gave you essentially no time to get yourself ready to go out. At least you didn't have those typical first date jitters, because you and he had already taken the time to slowly get to know each other over the past few months. All of the emails from him that you'd archived into their own folder in your inbox felt precious now that he was home. Now that he surprised you at work. Knowing what he felt like and seeing the way he moved in person seemed to be the only missing pieces, and now everything fit perfectly in your mind when it came to Bradley Bradshaw.
While you weren't nervous about getting to know someone new, you were a little antsy about trying to make yourself look as nice as you could in an hour. After you'd worked all day. For your first date with a man you already couldn't get enough of. He reminded you that he wanted to take you to the beach, as if you could forget the splendid details he'd divulged over the phone a month ago.
He told you he was going to wear jeans, nothing fancy, but when you looked in your closet, everything seemed tragically terrible. You could practically feel time ticking away as you yanked a simple sundress from its hanger and pulled it on over your cute underwear set. Not that he was going to see that tonight, but it made you feel good regardless. It also made your skin feel flushed as you thought about the photo you'd sent him where you'd gone topless under your bedding, and you squeaked when you heard knocking on your door.
When you pulled it open, he was there, like a dream. Earlier in your classroom, when he interacted with your students, it felt like you had imagined the whole thing. But nothing felt as real as the warmth in his voice when he softly said, "Hey, Gorgeous," as he filled your doorway with his broad shoulders.
"Hi, Handsome," you replied, even as he leaned in closer until your lips were met with a kiss as sweet as the ones he treated you to earlier. He seemed to be taking your desire to be kissed as soon as he saw you to heart. Either that or he just couldn't help himself, and you were more than okay with either scenario.
Your fingers ghosted along the buttons of the loud tropical print shirt he was wearing. The fabric was soft as he deepened the kiss enough to let you feel his rough mustache against your skin before pulling away. All of the teasing kisses from a few hours ago made you want to pull him inside toward your couch, but he was already reaching for your hand.
He looked a little tired, and once again you got butterflies knowing he wanted to spend his first evening home from a very long deployment with you. As he smiled and wrapped his big hand around yours, he asked, "You ready for me to show you why deleting that dating app was the best decision you'll make all year?"
Your lips parted in soft surprise at his confidence and his little smirk. Granted, so far, he had no reason to behave otherwise. You let him guide you outside, and you locked your door as you said, "I thought getting my students to send mail to a deployed Naval aviator was my best decision?"
He hummed softly. "Seems as though you can do no wrong."
It was like floating on a cloud, having his attention and gaze fixed on you. How in the world this man wasn't already locked down was mystifying. As his rough thumb trailed back and forth across your knuckles, the butterflies started up again in a big way. It was actually happening. The first date that you'd been daydreaming about on repeat was here. He was following through with it, and now you were expected to act normal.
When he unlocked the door and helped you climb up into his insanely cool truck, he said, "It looks like you can't stop smiling, which is great, because it's a beautiful smile."
You laughed softly and covered your eyes before groaning softly. "I'm just still kind of in shock." You peeked at him from between your fingers. "When I woke up this morning, I was convinced something terrible had happened to you... or that you ghosted me."
Bradley looked truly concerned as he coaxed your hands away from your face and said, "Baby, you thought I ghosted you?"
You gave him a little shrug and said, "The thought crossed my mind. I know you said sometimes they shut off communication from the aircraft carrier when-"
He silenced you with his lips on yours, cupping your cheek with his big hand before breaking away to say, "I've been thinking about you since I unfolded the first letter you sent. And I've been thinking about today since you gave me your personal email address. I'm not going anywhere, and I'm definitely not going to ghost you, Gorgeous." Just as you felt embarrassed for having admitted that much to him, he kissed you again and said, "I want to get you Thai food and take you to the beach. It only took me thirty-seven minutes to get here in traffic, and it should be even shorter now. Since we're going to be doing this drive with frequency, I want to learn the best times for it."
You made a soft sound as his thumb continued to stroke your cheek, and you nodded as you said, "Let's do it."
-----------------------------
Bradley laced his fingers with yours as he drove down along the coast back to Coronado. The time it took to get to your place was really no big deal to him, but he didn't want it to seem insurmountable to you. Traffic in San Diego could be a nightmare at times, especially in the evening, and he didn't want you to think he wasn't more than willing to do this. Especially after you thought he may have ghosted you. And especially since he was planning on asking you to be his girlfriend.
You and your students got him through his deployment in a way nothing else ever quite had before. Your letters and emails were informative, funny and thoughtful, and you had this addictively subtle way of always letting him know he was on your mind. After months with Vanessa, all he got was a bad attitude, a partner who clearly wasn't invested, and an email about a water bottle.
You were singing along to a song he happened to love when he chuckled to himself as he changed lanes. "What's so funny?" you asked, giving his hand a little squeeze. "My singing voice isn't that bad."
"Your singing voice isn't even slightly bad," he replied easily, glancing at your face in profile as you smiled. "I was just thinking about my ex-girlfriend."
"Oh," you said as your smile vanished, and your hold on his hand loosened.
"Shit," he grunted. "Not like that," he promised, tugging on you gently while trying to focus on the road. "You and I had exchanged more emails halfway through my deployment than Vanessa and I did in seven months. And I'm hoping you'll keep emailing with me on occasion, even though we can text and talk on the phone right now, too. I associate my inbox with you now."
"Vanessa?" you asked, avoiding the rest of his statement. "Isn't that the name of Jayden's dog?"
Bradley nodded. "It sure is," he replied with a laugh. "One of the reasons I always liked his notes the best."
You were looking out your window now as the pretty coastline started to give way to a view of North Island across the bay. "I'll keep emailing you. How could I not? Texts and phone calls would be a bonus."
"I told you, you're going to get sick of me soon, Gorgeous. That's how many of my texts and phone calls you're about to be on the receiving end of." Bradley kissed your fingers as he turned to cross the bridge that led to Coronado, and he murmured, "Start thinking about what you want to eat for dinner. We're almost there."
He would erase all doubts about him from your mind. Your hand already felt like it belonged in his as you and he walked into the takeout restaurant while you listed off some of your Thai favorites. The two of you seemed to translate well from interacting through screens to physically being together, and the fact that he already wanted to put a label on this was a bit surprising to him. But there was still a lot he wanted to ask you about and tell you first, which was proving difficult when you looked up at him with bright eyes as a beautiful smile. He practically blurted out the world girlfriend as you told him you couldn't decide what you wanted to eat.
"What are you getting?" you asked. "I'm torn between Pad Thai, Yellow Curry and Tom Yum Goong."
"Let's get all three," he replied before kissing you.
When he pulled away, your eyes were still closed as you asked, "All three? I can only finish one."
"Yeah, we can share them," he whispered, kissing you softly again. "My appetite is huge." When the person who was working at the counter had to clear their throat to keep Bradley from pulling you closer to his body like he had earlier in your classroom, he begrudgingly ordered not three, but four entrees while you laughed.
"You weren't kidding," you mused as he paid for dinner.
"Listen," he told you as he put his credit card away. "There are three things I'm never going to joke about. Food is the first one. My mom always made me clean my plate, and I never outgrew that. If I'm willing to eat two servings of dinner from an aircraft carrier mess hall, then I'm probably going to eat at least that much if it's food that actually tastes good. And second, if I say there's a spider and that I need you to come quick, there is absolutely a spider that I need you to take care of for me." You laughed and bit your lip as he said, "And third, I'm never going to joke about how attracted I am to everything about you."
Bradley tried his best not to cause a scene in the small restaurant, but when you ran your fingers along the scars on his face and up into his hair, his hands found their way to your hips, and your body was snug against his. He didn't say another word, and you didn't either. Neither of you moved any closer for a kiss. You just brushed your fingers gently through his hair, occasionally tugging a little bit, and he thought he could lose his mind this way. With you smiling softly at him, silently and unknowingly showing him that your touch was uniquely something he'd been craving for so long.
"I'll take care of the spiders for you. Don't worry," you told him as you grinned.
"Baby, that's like dirty talk," he replied, his words making him think of that one photo you sent to him of you in bed. You dipped your head, trying to hide from him as you laughed, and he leaned in to kiss your jaw just as his name was called. "You ready for dinner?" he mumbled, knowing he was about five minutes away from his stomach growling loudly even though standing here with you was one of the nicest feelings in his recent memory.
"Let's get you fed," you told him, patting his firm stomach and accidentally snagging one of his belt loops with your finger. He had to bite the inside of his cheek against the growing need he felt for you as you reached out to grab the bag of food, and he followed you back out to his Bronco like a lost puppy.
----------------------------
After some debate about where you wanted to sit since the wind was starting to pick up, you chose a blanket on the sand over the back of his Bronco. You honestly weren't sure Bradley could even fit back there comfortably with you. He was so tall and broad, and his legs were so long, you'd practically have to be on top of him so he'd have room. Your mind wandered to the idea of him spilling off of his couch while you snuggled with him, and you could feel the warmth rising in your face as he helped you down onto the sandy asphalt of the parking lot.
With your hand in his, Bradley led you around to the back door where he pulled out a picnic blanket and a cooler. The wind picked up and you shivered a bit, wondering if he would let you curl up against his warm chest and his tropical shirt.
"I brought this just in case," he told you, turning to reach back inside and grab a well worn, gray sweatshirt that said TOP GUN across the front. He held it up, and you nodded, and then Bradley pulled it over your head for you, his fingers skimming down your sides as you pushed your arms through the sleeves.
"Thanks," you murmured as the oversized garment kind of swallowed you up. It was so soft over your sundress, you couldn't imagine ever wanting to take it off. And the look Bradley was giving you as you stood before him in it warmed you up as much as the shirt itself.
"I like the way that looks," he said, voice a little raspy as the wind pushed at his wavy hair.
"Bradley."
He shook his head, brown eyes fixed on you. "And I like the way that sounds."
You didn't need to eat anything. You could be sustained on making out in the backseat. You thought about telling him as much when he groaned softly, handed you the beach blanket and picked up everything else. "If we don't get settled, we'll miss the sunset, and the food will be cold."
He pressed one hot and heavy kiss to your lips before nudging the door shut with his hip, and you scampered after his long-legged gait to catch up with him. When he asked you to pick a spot for the blanket, you spread it out near some tall dune grass, away from some of the other couples who seemed to have been lured out by the promise of a pretty sunset. And just as you predicted, Bradley sprawled himself out and took up most of the space, leaving you sitting right at his side.
You helped him open up the containers of food and the disposable utensils, and then you watched him reach into the cooler and hold up a bottle of Prosecco and a bottle of a local craft beer. You pointed to the Prosecco, and he opened it for you as you said, "I know you told me you don't have much family, but you mentioned your mom? And how she always made you clean your plate?" You couldn't help but be curious, especially since you'd already told him a bit about your own family through email.
"Yeah," he replied evenly as you took a sip of Prosecco right from the bottle when he didn't hand you a cup. It was sweet and cold, but you almost choked on it when he said, "She died years ago. So did my old man. He was in the Navy, too."
"Bradley," you gasped, sloshing some of the wine onto your fingers as you tried not to drop the bottle. "I'm so sorry." He just shrugged and waved you off, but you ended up with your arms around his neck and the cold bottle pressed to his back as you whispered, "Is that why you didn't really have anyone writing to you other than me and my class?"
His big hand found your lower back through the sweatshirt. "Baby, the only other person who ever writes to me is my best friend, and even that is pretty sporadic."
You pulled away a little bit to meet his eyes as you asked, "What about Vanessa? The human, not the dog."
Bradley laughed and said, "The dog would make a better pen pal than the human. Probably be nicer to me, too."
You were completely taken aback. "What's that supposed to mean?"
He kissed your cheek before getting you settled at his side again, and you watched him scoop some noodles onto his fork. "Means she's not like you. And I'm going to try my best to prove that I'm not like your ex boyfriend who didn't like it when you talked about your job. Shouldn't be hard since I already think your kids are so cool, and I probably read at about a fourth grade level."
"Bradley," you balked as you laughed that he remembered what you told him about your ex, but he was already holding the food out to you.
"Try this and tell me what you think." You took the fork from his hand, tasted the dinner and moaned in appreciation. "It's pretty great, right?"
"Oh my goodness," you told him, digging the fork into the container for more. "It's even better than the place by my school."
You tried the curry next as the sun just about hit the horizon, and Bradley casually said, "We can do this all the time. Or I can surprise you with dinner after work."
"It's not a surprise if you tell me that," you told him before taking another sip of the wine.
"You don't like surprises," he said with a smile, and you realized for the second time tonight that he probably remembered everything you ever told him. The butterflies were back in full force as you and he chatted while you shared the meal. It wasn't like a first date at all. It was like some highly romantic reunion where he kissed you with a bit more frequency as the food containers ended up empty and the sky turned purple.
He was so warm as you snuggled up against his chest with your head on his shoulder. As the first few stars appeared in the clear sky, his big hand came to rest on your thigh, his fingers dipping inside the hem of your dress as the breeze made you cuddle even closer to him. "Was your last mission dangerous?" you asked, remembering how apprehensive he looked and sounded over the FaceTime call.
When he didn't respond right away, you thought perhaps he didn't hear you, but he squeezed your thigh and cleared his throat. "All of them are, Gorgeous."
Your heart clenched. You had him here with you after months of wishing and dreaming. You didn't want to seem pushy by asking, but you couldn't help yourself. "I never thought about what it would be like to... be with someone who deploys for work. Not until we started talking. But now I think about it a lot." His soft grunt next to your ear had you quickly asking, "Is that what it would be like? Always worrying if you're okay? Always wondering if you miss me as much as I miss you?"
He took your breath away as he kissed you, parting your lips with his and tasting your tongue. His lips were sweet from the wine, and his nose bumped yours as his big hand slid around to the back of your thigh. All you could do was hold onto him as he treated you to kiss after toe-curling kiss. You shamelessly moaned his name when he finally let you take a breath, but then he was right back on you. Your fingernails scraped softly along his faded scars before digging into his hair, and he broke the kiss and held you to him.
"You would never have to worry about the last bit. I would make sure of that. But yeah, Baby, the rest of it would kind of suck."
The only thing you could say was, "Bradley," as his eyes searched your face in the darkening evening light.
"I would have been miserable," he whispered. "If you never sent that first package, I would have had nothing to look forward to each day and nothing I was excited to come back to San Diego for." His voice was impossibly deep and alluring as he said, "I thought about that a lot. What if you never sent it? Or what if someone else got it instead of me? What if I didn't somehow manage to earn your attention? I don't like thinking about that. And I don't like the idea of you worrying about me even though, at the same time, it feels really fucking good knowing that you would."
You were melting. You were going to turn into a puddle for this man. This lonely man who had an ex who hadn't been nice to him and never emailed him enough. This man who cleared his calendar today to bring you flowers and visit your kids as soon as he got off of the aircraft carrier. You wanted to say so much as you pushed gently on his shoulders, and Bradley slowly leaned back until he was laying flat with you on top of him.
"Gorgeous," he crooned in the moonlight with the sound of the ocean behind you and his big hands on your thighs.
You pushed his hair back from his forehead and whispered, "You just got back today, and you gave all of your time to me."
His cheek was warm and rough with some stubble as your lips found his scars. You kissed them just like you told him you wanted to as he said, "It was just me being selfish. I wanted to be around you so badly. I'm already dying for more. Please go out with me again tomorrow?"
It took you all of a split second to agree. And maybe you were being selfish too, but you weren't prepared for the way your heart was racing in time with the butterflies. And how warm his big hands were as they inched up your legs while you tasted his tongue. And how much you knew you were going to want him to stay when it was time to say goodnight.
---------------------------
Your hands were all over his face and shoulders and in his hair, and Bradley was nothing short of delighted by this. Your lips drifted from his mouth down to his chin, and he had to try very hard to focus as they grazed his Adam's apple. He had your apartment keys in his hand, with which he was also squeezing your hip though his sweatshirt. It felt serendipitous that he was the one who got your letters, especially since he went from halfway in love with you to most of the way there after one day in your presence.
"Baby, you need to go inside," he warned, but something in his tone of voice just had you clinging tighter to him. "I need you to go inside."
You broke free from where your lips ended up on the side of his neck, and you whined. "I know, Bradley."
"God," he rasped, releasing you completely and taking a step back. "Say it one more time."
You unlocked your door, turned to look at him over your shoulder, and your kiss-swollen lips curled into one of those simply gorgeous smiles that earned you your nickname. "Bradley."
It sounded so fucking good. "I'll see you tomorrow," he whispered. "Lock the door behind you."
You did as you were told with one more little smile just for him, and then he was left standing there alone, trying to catch his breath while he got his phone out and worked on taking date number two from daydream to reality.
-------------------------------
Why is he like this? They are going to get even more handsy on their second date, and I can't handle it. And he can't even go more than a day without seeing her? He needs to be locked away. Thanks for reading! And thanks @beyondthesefourwalls

OOPS, WRONG PERSON! | h. brown.
“no…doesn’t look right.” you sucked your teeth with a frown, picking apart the images you just took of yourself, clicking delete hastily with a sigh. you wanted to like the photo, but the way you were posing wasn’t really to your liking, and you were trying hard to feel confident in the brand new lingerie you had just bought.
you had went out with your girlfriends, browsing throughout the mall as you blew your recent paycheck on clothes and makeup, your knowledge of the repercussions being ignored as you swiftly swiped your card for whatever items your heart desired. it was ecstasy to you, buying things that you actually liked, and you were really starting to crack out of your comfort zone when you found a beautiful lingerie set from victoria’s secret. it was accented with pretty white trimmings, little pink ribbons on the top, the panties silky and comfortable. you purchased the set with no regrets, walking out of that mall with a dirty smile wiped on your face.
posing in front of the mirror now was your biggest challenge. every way your body turned didn’t seem to look right to you, and your frustration started to grow inside of you until an idea sparked in your head.
you dropped to your calves and sat back onto your thighs, hips twisting to the left slightly as you flipped your hair to the side, pouted into the mirror and clicking the photo button.
the picture came out adorable, so you decided to press send to one of your girlfriends so they could see how it looked on you, and that’s when your eyes widened.
sent to my brit boyfriend 🤍.
you gasped, rapidly clicking the message in an attempt to delete it.
you and your lovely boyfriend had only been together a month. it wasn’t that you weren’t comfortable with him seeing you like this, but it was all so soon, and it wasn’t even on purpose. but it was too late, your frantic tapping was deemed useless when you saw that he had read the message, and now he was typing.
he quickly typed back, and your eyes gleamed with embarrassment as you texted him.
my brit boyfriend 🤍; Love, did you mean to send that to me?
you: i’m so sorry hobie….i didn’t mean to send you that, i was trying to send it to one of my girlfriends. you can ignore it.
my brit boyfriend 🤍; You want me to ignore it? I’ll delete it if you didn’t want me to see it, it’s no problem darlin
you: no no, you can keep it if you like it…i don’t mind…i just didn’t mean to send it ugh this is embarrassing
my brit boyfriend 🤍; You look gorgeous..wasn’t gonna say nothin because I didn’t know if you wanted me to, but you look good as shit
you: ☺️ are you serious?? i just bought it & and i didn’t know if it looked nice…
my brit boyfriend 🤍; Thinkin’ it’ll look better on the floor but that’s jus my opinion
you: HOBIE.
my brit boyfriend 🤍; You asked for my opinion and I gave it to ya love, is there a problem?
you: no problem handsome… come over?
my brit boyfriend 🤍; On my way.

— moments that break f1 boys after the break up
˒ ⌕ LANDO NORRIS
that first night of coming home to… nothing. no one to say his habitual ‘honey, i’m home’ to. no ‘hello.’ no hugs. no kisses. no smell of your cooking or baking. no sound of you softly humming to the music as you go about your night around the house. nothing but the empty space that feels way too large and unnecessary now that you’re not here anymore.
˒ ⌕ DANIEL RICCIARDO
when he looks at your instagram feed and sees that his pictures and your couple photos are no longer there — it’s the moment of realization that it really is over between you two; traces of him completely erased on your social media and in your life. then going back to his own feed to see evidences of what you guys once were, before shakily pressing the ‘delete’ button on all of them.
˒ ⌕ CARLOS SAINZ
the moment his parents ask him about you and he realizes that he has to tell them you’re not together anymore; that you’re no longer in each other’s lives. “how has y/n been?” he doesn’t even know. it’s been so long since you’ve last seen or talked to each other.
˒ ⌕ CHARLES LECLERC
it’s been a long time since he last saw you. all this time, the pain is dull and sad, he's pushed everything down, distracting himself with other things in life. but what really breaks him is when he sees you with your new partner. and what's worse, he sees you looking at them the same way you used to look at him.
˒ ⌕ LEWIS HAMILTON
the moment his phone beeps, notifying a calender event only to see that it’s your anniversary date soon, but realizing that it no longer matters. he feels an actual physical sting in his heart as he thinks about how you would have spent the day if you were still together, and where it all went wrong.
˒ ⌕ OSCAR PIASTRI
he tried, but he couldn’t help reading all your old messages. his finger lightly running across the screen as he reads each text message, his eyes stinging from the tears that kept coming. every time you asked him to take care of himself, every time you said you missed him, every ‘good luck’ before every race, every ‘i love you’, and if he knew it would be the last time you would say that, he would have said it back.
˒ ⌕ MAX VERSTAPPEN
when he sees the promise ring that you left behind on the table as he hears the door slam. he didn’t mean to say all those things, he didn’t mean to say it was over between you two. and now as he stares at the ring, horrible realization creeps into him that you’re never, ever coming back.

Idk if you watched the movie Were the Millers?? But can you do imagine where reader never had a first kiss and charles and lando give her her first kiss ?? Like the scene with Jenn Anniston, will poulter, and Emma roberts ???
Grounded || LN4 & CL16
AN: Been a while since I watched it but this was fun to write ☺️ virgin!fem!reader
The backseat to Lando’s Range Rover was spacious and you stretched your legs out to settle in for the drive. A snow storm had grounded the planes in London and Lando had offered to put you both up for the night. As Charles assistant you had tried your best to find a hotel but with Christmas right around the corner everything decent was booked out.
Lando had said to call him if you ever needed anything, but you hadn’t been brave enough to use it until now.
“Are you sure it’s okay to drive in the snow?”
“It’s 4 wheel drive,” Lando replied as he looked at you in the rear view mirror and reassured you with a smile. “We’ll be fine, but if we get stuck at least we can huddle for warmth.”
Your eyes widened at the departing wink in the mirror and your cheeks could have melted all the snow within the greater London area. It would have been a service to the city worth a damehood by the King himself.
“Stop teasing my assistant, Lando,” Charles said with a laugh. “She accidentally deleted my calendar the last time you flirted with her.”
You wanted to argue but he had left you so frazzled you hit the wrong buttons on your iPad. It had been mortifying and the fact your boss was bringing it up again only made you slink lower in the leather seat. It was hard enough to work with such a handsome man, but the fact that his friends that he competed against were just as handsome made your life much harder. At least Charles paid you so there was a line of employee/employer relationship that kept things professional, but there was still the occasional comment that crossed that line - and you never knew how to handle it. Mostly, your brain just shut down.
Shoving your AirPods in, you started to open Spotify to find a distraction from your embarrassment and they both noticed it.
“I can’t help it, you cannot tell me that you don’t find the innocent vibe hot?”
Your fingers froze over the song you were about to play and realised they thought you were already listening to something.
“She’s my assistant.”
“That’s not a denial.” Lando was grinning from ear to ear. “I bet she’s still a virgin.”
You spluttered indignantly and both men looked at you, Charles over his shoulder and Lando in the mirror. Tugging the AirPods out you narrowed your eyes and lied, “I am not a vir-” you couldn’t even bring yourself to say it but you swallowed and took another attempt, “virgin.”
The weak lie caused a crack in the press of lips, until both men laughed outright. Huffing, you crossed your arms and looked out the window. “Does it really even matter?”
“Aren’t you even curious?” Lando shot back.
“I know all about sex, for Christ’s sake, I do read.”
“I’m not sure reading is quite the same as doing in this case,” Charles said, remembering the many times he caught you slamming a book closed at his entrance. He was even more intrigued about those thick volumes now.
“Reading doesn’t threaten to leave me disappointed as I have heard men tend to do.”
Lando scoffed and shook his head. “I haven’t had that complaint. Charles?”
“No, no complaints either.”
“I’m sure it’s less romantic than the books describe too, like kissing. What is so good about possibly chipping a tooth, or sharing saliva?”
The SUV screeched to a halt into a rest stop and Lando turned in his seat. “Wait. You’re telling me you’ve never been kissed?”
“Don’t be stupid,” Charles asked, before he turned and saw the telltales signs of your discomfort. “No, really? How? You are beautiful.”
Your mind went to that place of thoughtlessness, where every neurotransmitter misfired and your heart seemed to find itself beating in two places. “Uh…” you scrambled for an answer that they patiently waited for. “I don’t have any time to date so it just hasn’t come about.”
Charles certainly utilised your availability to be on call 24/7 but he hadn’t thought about the personal cost that took on you. He assumed you didn’t have or want a social life, not that he was the cause for it. Maybe that was why he next words slipped out without censoring, or so he told himself. “I will kiss you, right now.”
“Or I can, and I’m not your boss so there wouldn’t be anything wrong with it,” Lando countered, already unbuckling his seatbelt. “Everyone deserves a perfect first kiss.”
You gripped the seatbelt across your chest as you tried to understand why they were both unbuckled and opening their doors. Cold air rushed in as both backdoors opened and they slipped in beside you, mist billowing from their breath before the warmth was sealed inside once more.
Your lips felt dry and they watched as the tip of your tongue peeked out between to wet them. Your fingers were gently pried off the belt until each hand was laced with theirs but you still stared ahead at the unhappy quiet road. “What if I don’t want to be kissed?”
Lando scoffed but Charles turned you to face him with one curled finger under your chin and a look that made breathing impossible. “Then tell me you don’t want to be kissed,” he whispered as his lips drew nearer, his breath fanning your cheek. The touch of his lips were chaste at best, a caress on cheek before trailing closer to the place where words failed. Your toes clenched in your boots and you trembled with anticipation until the air burst back into your burning lungs. Your lips parted with the intake and he struck.
Your stomach that had been knotted suddenly erupted in the explicable feeling you had only read about. Butterflies, chaotic and energetic, fluttered joyously around your insides and a foreign sound escaped your lips that danced with his.
“I think she likes that, Charles.” A hand on your throat stole you from the taste that you certainly wanted more of and when you opened your eyes you found the pair change from green to blue. “My turn, gorgeous.”
Lando didn’t tease. His hand squeezed and you gasped in response, a sound so similar to what Charles had drawn from you. He took the opening you gave him and devoured you with the hunger of a starving man. His tongue dominated yours as he tipped your head back and deepened the kiss further until you were certain you were going to be consumed by him.
You welcomed it.
You weren’t adept enough after two kisses to know whose was better, both left you yearning for more. But they were parked on the side of the road and you were all too well aware that losing your virginity in the back seat of a Ranger was not what you wanted. Even if your body screamed yes.
“How do you feel?” Charles asked as he eyed your swollen lips and your dilated pupils between your flustered blinks with pride.
“Uh…” You told yourself to think but it was nearly impossible, and the men chuckled with the knowledge they had kissed you stupid.
“Just think of what other ‘firsts’ we could be,” Lando offered as he ran a thumb along your bottom lip, wanting another taste. “We could be snowed in for a while.”
“Wait, what?” They cut through your mental haze with clarity and you sat up straighter. “No, the airport said tomorrow…”
Charles shrugged and your brows pinched. “The storm’s worsening, it might be a few days until the planes can take off.”
“It’s okay,” Lando assured you with a kiss to your cheek. “I’ll look after you.”

Tuesdays.
You were almost asleep when your phone buzzed against your pillow, causing you to wake up in a bit of a shock. You hated falling asleep watching TV…but you did it almost every night. You reached under the throw pillow to find your phone. The lock screen was too damn bright, so you squinted your eyes to read the notification.
New Message: Carmy - Are you up? I know I said I didn't but I think I need you tomorrow. Can I count on you?
You read the message a few times over. You started working at Carmen Berzatto's restaurant a few weeks ago and quickly became enamored by the chef. He was handsome and smart, you couldn't help it! Between the small compliments on your dishes and the way you seemed to always give each other little smirks... you felt something. You typed back.
Yes, I can make that happen. You caught me before I fell asleep.
The little bubble popped up to show that he was typing. You couldn't help but imagine him in his own apartment, sitting on the couch or lying in bed, texting you. You held back a smile at the thought. Your phone buzzed in your hand.
Yes what? And I need you to be on time. 9 AM.
You rolled your eyes, picturing Carmen at home and smiling at his own text. You were never late. Never. And he always made fun of you for it. He said you must sit outside the door until the exact moment you are scheduled. And of course, he expect you to say Yes, Chef.
No shit. Heard. And Yes, Chef.
You smiled at your phone, rolling over onto your back. You checked the clock. 11:52pm. Damn. It was later than you thought. Your phone buzzed again.
Good. See you tomorrow.
You didn't want to say goodnight. You and Carmy had a few nights where you would text and joke around just slightly. You wanted to initiate more. You wanted to keep talking to him. You inhaled deeply and typed a response.
Carm, I have a question for you. You can tell me to fuck off and go to sleep, but I want to ask... What do you really think of me?
Your finger hovered over the send icon for a moment. You considered deleting it, but you pressed send. You watched the bubble appear as he was typing. You kept re-reading your message as he typed, feeling embarrassed you even asked. Then, you saw his message come in.
Sometimes you can be reckless and impulsive to a fault. You have a tendency to push my buttons and get on my nerves, but I appreciate your willingness to speak your mind. Overall, I’ll keep you around.
You started typing immediately before you could even think.
I'll keep that in mind. I sometimes like getting a reaction out of you, if I'm being honest. Sometimes it is nice to know I can get under your skin. I like it. Goodnight, Bear.
*************** the next day, after work ******************
Work kicked your ass. It was a very long day and Carmy was stressed and frazzled. You didn't really have any time to have a personal chat with him, it was all work-related. The only bit of reality you two had was when you dropped a pan that had been searing chicken and you looked up at him when he yelled at you. A few minutes later, he gave you the "I'm Sorry" sign language motion, and you moved on with your day. A million things went wrong during service. You wanted to talk to him again. You pulled out your phone as you sat down on the couch.
Hey, Chef. Service was crazy today. Sorry I didn't have a better grip on things. Hope you're ok. Today was chaotic.
You started making yourself a PB&J sandwich, your usual go-to when you would rather die than cook something. You were spreading the peanut butter when your phone buzzed on the counter.
I appreciate you. Chaotic is one way to describe it. But we made it through. What are you doing?
You finished your sandwich and took a bite. You stared at his message on your screen and contemplated what to say. You held your sandwich in your mouth as you started typing. Fuck it.
Making a PB&J sandwich. Don't laugh. It’s my comfort dinner... Maybe this is stupid and I am just tired, but I need to know. I know you look at me differently than you look at others like Tina. Do you find me attractive?
Send. You felt your stomach curl as you re-read your message. Fuckkkk. What if this ruined your chances of working for him for a long time? Ugh. You couldn't help it, you just had to know. You saw him typing and then not. Typing again, and then not. Shit. You flipped your phone over, you didn’t want to watch. You flipped it back over. Of course you needed to watch. You bit your lip as you saw the text come in.
I'd be lying if I said I didn't.
Christ. You felt your stomach do a few more curls as you took in what he sent. He was still typing and you waited anxiously, your thumbs hovering over the screen.
…But we have to remain professional. Can you imagine the chaos that would ensue if Richie found out? We would never hear the end of it.
You knew he was right. You smirked as you typed a response.
Oh, Nat would be so smug too. We can just keep it between us.
You walked to your bed as you waited for his response. You felt high, knowing that you and Carmy were finally acknowledging this attraction. Your phone buzzed.
That is for the best. We can keep it under wraps for now. And as long as you don't push my buttons too much.
You chuckled as you responded. For now. For now. For now.
Hm. No promises on the button situation. I like to press them.
He heart-reacted to the response, a signal that he was fading away on the couch most likely. You couldn't blame him, you were exhausted.
******** the next day, after work************
The Beef closed at 6pm on Tuesdays. It was the only day that you didn't close at 10pm. Thank God. You enjoyed being able to have a little bit of evening before you collapsed in bed. You got home and jumped in the shower. You heard your phone buzz as you washed your hair. You smiled, hoping it was Carmy. You hadn't even been apart for an hour, but you secretly hoped he missed you already. You finished washing yourself before stepping out of the shower and reaching for your phone.
Today took a lot out of me, not interested in cooking. I think I'll make a PB&J. Heard you like those. Wanna join?
You held your phone close to your chest as you felt a warmth spreading through your neck and face. This was moving faster than you thought, but you weren't mad about it.
Absolutely.
You responded. You hurried to your closet and threw on leggings, a purple sweater, and your boots. You dried your hair and threw on a bit of makeup. Carmy sent you his address along with another text.
Let's keep this low-key. I've got sweatpants on and don't plan on changing.
Carmen Berzatto in sweatpants. The thought made you blush.
*************later that night, Carmy's apartment***********
You walked up to the door and knocked three times. You were so nervous it was almost unbearable. The door swung open and you saw him. Carmen was standing at the doorway and slightly leaning on the doorframe. He had on grey sweatpants and a light blue long sleeve. His eyes were complimenting the shirt nicely. Damn, was he gorgeous. He grinned as his eyes dropped to your lips and then slowly back up to your eyes. It was a slight glance but you noticed it. “Hey..." He was so quiet with his greeting you weren't sure if you imagined it. He stared at you and your eyes glanced behind him into the apartment. "Fuck, right, um...come in.” He said with a furrowed brow, his voice so low it was almost a whisper. When he wasn’t screaming in the kitchen, he was a quiet guy. He stepped to the side so you were able to step in the doorway.
You smiled and slowly looked around his apartment. It was bare. Naked. Horribly white and empty. You felt Carmen’s eyes tracking you as you looked around. “It’s not much but it serves its purpose f'me.” He brought his hand to his mouth and rubbed his chin. While you took in the apartment, he helped you take off your jacket. He tossed it onto a lamp by the front door. You cleared your throat and turned to him. “Hope this is okay…” you motioned to your outfit.
He smiled and looked down at his own outfit. “Yeah, yeah, definitely okay. When I’m not at work, I just want to…um… to be comfortable.” He tugged on the sleeves of his shirt. You stood around somewhat awkwardly as you watched him get a drink of water for you. He noticed your awkwardness and chuckled. “Sit down! You don’t have to act like a guest. Make yourself comfortable, chef.” He was trying to hide his awkwardness as well.
You sat down in the kitchen on the single stool at the bar top. Carmy started pulling out the bread, peanut butter, and jelly and assembling the sandwiches for the two of you. You still felt awkward and he knew it. “You can relax, y’know. The atmosphere here is different than the restaurant. I’m not gonna…” he sniffled, pinched the bridge of his nose and shook his head. He raised his hand to the air trying to find the rest of his sentence. “I’m not gonna uh, yell at you or anything.” You blushed hard when he said that. Of course, it filled your mind with the image of him pounding into you against the countertop and barking sexual instructions at you. You tried to stay grounded in the moment when you responded. “Right. Sorry. Those look good.” You looked at the messy sandwiches.
Carmy chuckled, his eyes glancing up at you and then back at the messy sandwiches on the bare counter. “Shut the fuck up.” He tossed the sandwiches on paper plates and put one in front of you. “Eat up, a Berzatto special.” He began. He leaned forward on the counter, only having the one stool forced him to stand. He had his elbows on the counter and leaned forward to you as you took a bite. “I’ve, uh...gotta ask… smooth or crunchy?”
You chewed your bite and covered your mouth with your hand as you licked the peanut butter from your teeth. “Oh, crunchy for sure.” You muttered. Carmy gently slapped the counter and brought his tattooed hand up to his curly locks and raked his fingers through. His arms looked so muscular and perfect… “Correct answer! Didn’t know you were a peanut butter aficionado.” You grinned. “Of course. You’ve gotta have some texture in the sandwich, or else it’s just-“ “Too fuckin' mushy. Yeah, yeah.” Carmen nodded as he finished your sentence and also his sandwich with a huge bite.
Carmy’s eyes were glued to you as you finished up your sandwich. He wasn’t afraid of staring, that’s for sure. The edges of his mouth curled up slowly, he enjoyed watching you eat the food he made. Even if it was just a PB&J.
After you finished, Carmy took your paper plate and threw it away. “I, uh... Couch?” He mumbled, his arm outstretched to you as he stood on the other side of the kitchen. You wanted to grin at the way he couldn't formulate a proper question, but you didn't think you'd be able to either. You nodded, standing up. He kept his hand reached out, so you took his hand. He led you to the couch. You were obsessed with the fact that you were holding hands with Carmen. It was a ratty old couch. His setup was pretty awful. His little TV was balanced on a card table and the cords were a mess.
He flicked the television on to a random cooking show as you both sat down and then tossed the remote onto the coffee table that was covered in old bills and paperwork from The Beef. The couch was old and sunken in, not ideal for sitting apart from each other. His body immediately slid closer to you and he tossed his arm over your shoulders. “Comfy?” He asked, peering down at you from the corner of his eyes. He didn’t turn to face you, or else your faces would’ve been almost touching. You felt a surge of confidence and you turned your head towards him, gently placing your chin on his shoulder and cuddling up to him. He peeked down at you with that grin once again, the sides of his mouth curling up just slightly. “Very comfy.” You answered him.
You studied Carmen’s face. He had very strong features. His eyes sunk in a way that made him look perpetually sleep deprived. His nose and jaw were both chiseled to perfection. His lips had the perfect “M” curvature. You loved his lips, you would frequently catch yourself staring at them while he smoked cigarettes in front of you. The way the cigarette clung to his upper lip while he spoke would never fail to mesmerize you. He had a slight stubble, but not a beard. His hair was always so fucking messy and disheveled looking, but in a sexy way. Carmen didn’t have to even try to look good. Your thoughts were halted by Carmy placing his hand on your knee. “You uh... See something y'like?” He asked, referencing the way you were just completely staring at him. You felt your face flush. “Sorry, Carm. I am just not used to seeing you in this type of environment. It’s so different. Like… I’m just seeing you as Carmy, not Chef Carmen Berzatto. It’s different for me.”
“Is it, uh....Good different?” He asked, tilting his head slightly as he turned to look at you. You softly nodded. “Okay.” He whispered. He gently placed his left hand on the side of your face, turning you to completely face him. His thumb gently grazed across your soft skin on your cheek. Your breathing stopped as you looked into his eyes. His stare was almost like a begging, his eyes speaking a language without even trying.
He studied your face, his eyes lingering on your mouth for a moment before sliding his hand up slightly to cup your jaw. He ran his thumb across your bottom lip in a gentle but firm swipe. You felt yourself melting under his touch. You inhaled sharply, your eyes fixed on his face as they slowly swam around your facial features. He smiled slightly when he heard your breath catch. His other hand was still on your knee. He gently tugged on your leg, helping your body pivot towards him.
You leaned in close to his face, the tension thicker than you thought possible. He slowly and carefully touched his lips to yours. You were surprised how gentle it was, but that didn’t last incredibly long. As soon as your lips touched, he pressed his tongue into your mouth. You felt how desperate he was to be close to you. The hand on your jaw moved to the nape of your neck and he kept you pulled close. He tasted like cigarettes and cologne. His grip loosened and you whimpered into the kiss, “I’ve wanted to do this for so long…” You felt him smile into the kiss as he replied. “Me too, but uh...stop talking now?”
He dropped his hands to your waist and gave you a playful squeeze. You continued to make out with Carmy for who knows how long. His strong arm wrapped around your waist as your body twisted on the couch. He pulled you in even closer, his other hand tangling in your hair. He nibbled your lip gently as he let go of your waist. “Lie back."
You did as you were told and leaned back so you lay flat on the couch. He crawled on top of you without breaking the kiss for more than a few seconds. He placed himself between your legs as his kiss deepened. You’ve never had a kiss like this. It’s like your brain was able to completely shut off, the natural rhythm you both shared was exactly synced up.
You arched your back slightly in efforts to draw yourself closer to him. You peeked your eyes open to see Carmen’s face, completely relaxed and soft. His eyes were closed softly, his eyelashes fluttering lightly. His usually furrowed brow was relaxed for the first time that you had seen. Carmy broke the kiss as he pushed himself up slightly. His curls fell and his upper lip was wet with saliva. “Fuck me.” He whispered as he grinned.
You weren’t sure if that was meant as a compliment or…a request? Carmen cussed a lot. Sometimes it was because something was bad, but sometimes it was because something was really good. You hoped the latter. He slid his hand underneath the hem of your sweater, his fingers grazing over your bare skin. He moved his hand up your stomach and rested it right below your breast. His mouth hovered so close to yours, but far enough that you couldn’t kiss him. “You’re wearing too much.” He whispered as his fingers danced circles on your skin.
You both sat up, Carmen ripped his long sleeve shirt over his head, tousling his hair. You pulled your sweater off and unhooked your bra before throwing them both to the floor. Carmen took a moment to admire your naked chest. “Fuck, you’re uh... you're beautiful.” He mumbled. He reached behind you and laid you down again on the couch. He started placing soft kisses along your neck. His upper lip dragging along your skin between kisses. He left a trail of kisses down to your right nipple before sucking on it softly. You felt yourself melt even further into the couch.
He continued kissing lower until he passed your bellybutton and reached the waistband of your leggings. “Fuck, Carmy…” you whimpered as he dipped his tongue under the waistband, teasing you like crazy. You looked down and saw his nose pressed against your belly as he kissed your skin so desperately. You lifted up your lower half and he immediately grabbed your leggings and slid them down, your panties too. His hands found your upper thighs and he spread your legs slightly.
He kissed the soft skin on your inner thighs and looked up at you. The curls were tickling your skin as his eyes met your gaze. “Do you want me to go down on you?” He asked. Obviously. Duh. Please. Fuck yes. Now. You wanted to scream but all you could do was mutter “Yes…” between gasps. He kissed the spot right above your clit, humming as he did so. “Yes what?” He asked with confidence.
This made you inhale sharply because you knew exactly what he wanted you to say. Your mouth opened slightly as you stared down at him, his eyebrows raised but his eyes focused. “Yes, Chef.” You whispered. He smirked and slid down lower between your legs. He pushed your leggings completely off and grabbed your knees, placing them on his shoulders. “That's right...” he softly praised you as his lips met your core.
Instinctually, your hands grabbed Carmen's curls. You couldn't help it. The way his tongue repeatedly stroked you was driving you insane right away. You tugged on his hair and held him as close as you could. You felt his thumbs on either side of your opening, pressed into you and holding your legs open for his face. His nose was nuzzled against your clit while he ate you out, and you had no complaints.
Two of his fingers dipped between your folds and sunk deep into you. You whined loudly, craving more of him. Usually, you were fairly self-concious about your body and any noises you would make during sex... but with Carmy, you just didn't care. The pleasure was too overwhelming. He was still his shy, awkward self... but during this, Carmen had a surge of confidence, almost like he knew how good he was. He scooted up so his face was close to yours, his fingers still working at your core. "My fingers feel fuckin' good, hm?" He whispered as his lips hovered over yours.
Your face suddenly flushed with embarrassment as you opened your eyes and saw Carmy watching your facial expressions. You reached your hands up and covered your face, but then you felt his fingers stop moving inside you. "No, no, no don't...don't uh, don't cover your face, okay? I like to watch you enjoy it." Carmy whispered, nudging your hands away with his nose. You moved your hands from your face to the sides of his neck and played with his curls. "Yeah, like that...I dunno, it's uh, it's sexy f'me to watch." He grinned and blushed, and so did you.
You felt a surge of your own confidence. "Now you lay down." You whispered and pushed against Carmy's chest. He did not struggle as he quickly leaned back and flopped backwards on the couch. He watched as with wide eyes as you stood up off the couch and found your place on top of him.
You liked the view of being on top of Carmy. His hair was messy, his cheeks were flushed, and his lips still shiny. His hands immediately found your thighs and hips. He gave them an affectionate squeeze and ran his hands up and down your thighs. He reached his hands towards your face and placed them on your cheeks and sides of your neck. "C'mere..." He whispered. You leaned down and he closed the gap between your mouths. He captured you in a deep and passionate kiss. You rocked back and forth with the kiss, creating some friction against the hardness you could feel in his sweatpants.
He broke off the kiss for a moment and held the sides of your face softly. "You're driving me crazy, y'know that?" He whispered before he went back to kissing you. His tongue was stale with cigarette smoke mixed with your own juices and he was an excellent kisser. Carmen looked down, his hands finding his waistband and tugging at his sweats. "Gotta get these off..." He started pulling them down. You realized he didn't have any boxers on, so when you began helping him pull them down, his hard erection popped out and lay against his lower midsection.
With his waistband now down at his knees, he pulled your hips back down on top of him. He groaned when he felt your wet folds against his cock, they slid up and down on him so perfectly as you shifted your weight. You wanted to tease Carmy.
You began grinding against him, letting your wet folds slide the length of him. Each time you reached his perfect pink head, you paused, wanting to drive him up the wall. You were succeeding. His cheeks flushed more with each glide against his length. His head fell back against the couch cushion as he let out a low groan, his hands desperately gripping your waist in an attempt to adjust your hips for him to enter you. That same feeling of confidence spilled out as you spoke. "Fuck, Carmy, you really want me, don't ya?"
He was growing more desperate with each moment that passed, but hearing you say that made his cock twitch. "Fuck, yeah I do, I really want ya..." he groaned as he reached up to your chest and his hands cupped both of your breasts. "Please, I..." He begged, sighing.
You lifted your hips slightly as you wrapped your hand around his length and held him vertical as you slid down on top of him. The moment his head fully entered you, you both let out a moan. Carmy's moan was desperate and whiny. He was melting. He needed you so badly. His fingers were digging into your hips as you settled back down on top of him, his length stretching you out. He lifted his hips barely to make sure all of him could be inside you. "F-fuck... feels so amazin'..." He whispered between breaths.
He couldn't tear his gaze away from you. He was so submissive for you. He watched in awe, his lips parted as you started riding him slowly. His hands were strong against your hips, but not hurting you. He was attempting to let you set the pace, but his begging grip was speaking for itself. "C'mere..." He exhaled, wanting to kiss you. You leaned forward as you kept riding him. Your mouths met in a messy, desperate kiss. His hand tangled in your hair. His voice was ragged and breathless as he whispered, "Y'feel so fuckin' good. Don't stop ridin' me."
He groaned as he felt you move faster, his cock sliding in and out of you easier. You slowed your pace as you grinned, wanting to torture him a little bit. You bit your lip as he looked at you. That desperate look was gone from Carmy's eyes though. Suddenly, he wrapped his arms around your waist and shot up, picking you up and stumbling over to the kitchen counter. He sat you on the countertop, his cock still inside you. He pulled your hips down until you were hanging off the edge, just perfectly so he could fuck you.
You felt your heart pounding in your chest with the sudden power swap. Carmy stared into your eyes as he thrust once, his cock going all the way inside you before sliding out.... and then he did it again. He started fucking you on his countertop. You moaned with each thrust, being completely filled up each time. Carmy was out of breath, but he whispered, "Feels so good, yea?" You nodded your head and exhaled, "Yes.... yes..." Carmy's tattooed hand grabbed your chin roughly which made your eyes shoot open. He was still fucking you at a decent pace, but he held your face still. His eyes wandered to your lips as he softly exhaled "Yes what?"
Fuck, he was so sexy like this. "Yes, Chef." You whined, throwing your head back as he picked up the pace. He loved your compliance, the way you whined your responses. His breath hitched as he felt you wrap your legs around him, pulling him in closer. He grabbed your hips, pulling you even closer to the edge of the countertop, begging the space between you two to dissolve. "Fuck." He grunted.
You felt a heat rising in your lower belly. You knew once you felt this, you weren't going to last much longer. "Carm, I'm... I'm gonna cum..." You mewled as he grunted as a response. His thrusts were irregular and needy, you knew he was close to his orgasm as well. You clawed at his neck, begging for a kiss. He leaned forward and your tongues met in an incredibly sloppy kiss. Carmy's breath was hitching and shaking as he got closer, which made you focus on yours.
You felt the wave building up, the heat growing in your belly, and you snapped your eyes open to watch Carmy start to come undone. "Oh, fuck!" He grunted as he let his orgasm loose. This caused you to teeter over the edge and plunge into the depth of your orgasm as well.
Your brain felt fuzzy. The sound of the both of you breathing heavy was filling the air. Carmy was still inside you, almost holding you in a hug as he caught his breath. He placed kisses against your neck as he took deep breaths through his nose. "Ssshit, that was good." He hissed, taking a step back and allowing his now limp cock to slide out of you. You giggled at the sight of him, all disheveled and exhausted. His eyes were wide and sunken as he rubbed his face, droplets of sweat falling from his brow.
He reached for a dish towel and wiped himself off before gingerly cleaning you up. You sat on the countertop, allowing him to wipe you clean. He took a step back and you hopped down from the counter. He grinned and looked down at the floor and started softly laughing. "What!" You gasped as you started giggling yourself. "Nothin', that was just... really fuckin' good." You loved the way he looked when he laughed, his wrinkles by his eyes and the slight crinkle of his nose.
You giggled as he brought you a blanket to cover yourself with. "Well, fuck, I didn't know if we would go all the way tonight or just dip our toes in..." He said, still chuckling as his hair fell over his forehead. "Me either." You agreed. Carmy reached his hand out and helped you walk over to his bedroom. Again, a pathetic room with no decorations, just a plain bed against a plain wall. "Sleep with me tonight? I'll set an alarm bright and early so uh, you can get home before we gotta work...and maybe we can do this every Tuesday, if y'want." His hands raked through his curls again as he blushed softly. God, he was so cute. "Sure. Yes." You smiled. Carmy's eyes shifted as he got serious again. "Yes what?"
You rolled your eyes and laid down on his bed. "Yes, CHEF." You laughed. He snickered as he laid down beside you, reaching his arm over to cuddle you. "Ok, good..." He confirmed. "Tuesdays."

Being single during winter sucks, because you want to get warm cuddling somebody but you don’t have anyone to cuddle with and you end up cuddling your cat. So, there you were now, laid on your sofa, the snow falling down on your window, and many scratches in your arms because your cat didn’t want to cuddle you after all.
Fuck being single.
Bored out of your ass with the movie you got on tv, you picked up your phone and took a picture of you on the sofa, all covered in blankets, and an evil cat on your feet. Pressing the share button, you looked for your best friend’s contant when a notification popped on your phone but you bluntly ignored it and sent the picture to your friend with a message “no one to cuddle, not even Mr McFluffler”.
However, you didn’t send it to your friend. You sent it on your work group chat.
In one of your dumbest moves, you mixed the chats together and sent it by mistake to all of your work mates. The notification, a message from your colleague Wally, had propped the group chat further up on your chats list and you clicked on it accidentally.
You sent them a picture of you, on your pajamas, crying because you were fucking single. Fuck me, fuck me, fuck me, fuuuck.
Luckily, you had fast fingers, deleting the picture faster than the Flash could make it to England.
No one saw it, Yn. Relax. You were fast, faster than the Flash. Nobody noticed. And if they did, so what, it was just a silly picture. It could be worse, you could’ve sent them nudes. You tried calming yourself up, trying to assure yourself everything was going to be fine, and like clockwork, your superior answered Wally’s message as if yours was never sent.
A couple minutes had passed and you’d already sent a message to your friend, you two laughing over the whole situation, when you heard your doorbell ring. Weird, you hadn’t ordered food nor were you waiting for any visitors.
Jumping up from the sofa, you ran to the window, looking to see who the hell was knocking at your door at this hour, on this day, and in this godforsaken weather.
“Wally?” you asked, rushing to your door. “What are you doing here? How do you know where I live?”
It didn’t make sense. You’d barely speak at work, exchanging a few words every day, but that was it. Wally was fun, joked with everybody and never made you feel uncomfortable, you just weren’t close.
He did, indeed, make you a feel a bit nervous though, but that was silly, a silly little work crush that would never go anywhere because he he made you so nervous you were never being able to come up with a good comeback to keep the conversation going, usually just smiling like a dumbass and avoiding him for the rest of the day.
Yay!
“I tracked your phone.” he simply stated, as if it was nothing. Brushing you off, he took off his winter jacket and walked past you inside your home, your eyes wide open and questioning his entire demeanor. “You want a cuddle right?”
What?!
“What?!” you nearly screamed, feeling the burn growing on your cheeks, almost running back inside and hiding away in your bedroom.
“You sent a picture, sugar.” he explained nonchalantly. “You wanted to cuddle, because your cat wouldn’t?”
This can be real, you thought, just can’t be. “It was a mistake, I was supposed to send it to my friend and we were just joking.” you tried to explain, the words jumping out of your mouth before you really could process them, too overwhelmed by the sudden situation you found yourself in.
“So you don’t wanna cuddle?” he asked, stopping in his tracks, almost at your living room.
“I-I mean, I would like to cuddle, it’s just…”
“So let’s cuddle then.” he said, disappearing into your house and leaving you frozen at the door. You didn’t understand what made him come all the way to your house, and how fast he had done it. Why would he do that? Why? It was just, so confusing. It didn’t make sense. Your mind was doing turns and turns trying to think, trying to react, trying to process everything that was happening. “You really gonna stay outside in the cold?”
His scream broke you from your thoughts and you closed the door behind you as you headed to the living room to meet him. There, to your surprise once again, Wally had his long ass legs covered with one of the blankets, your cat, that treacherous bitch, purring on his lap as he caressed his orange fur, an unexpected match with his hair, with one of his hands while the other rested over the couch.
“I’m really confused.” you said, eyebrows crushed together. “Why are you here, West?”
“You ask too many questions, you know that?” he said, completely entertained by the cat on his lap. “You sent a picture complaining you didn’t have anyone to cuddle with. It’s cold, I also don’t have anyone to cuddle with, so I’m offering myself to fulfill your needs. And mine.”
“We’re not even friends…”
“Yn… We’re just gonna cuddle. Or are you thinking of something els…”
“No!”
“Then come here.” he grabbed you by the arm and onto the sofa, slamming against his chest as you fell down with him. He covered you with the same blanket he had over his legs and pulled you close, too uncomfortably close, and put his arm over your shoulder.
You had to be honest, you felt very comfortable cuddling Wally West, his warmth emanating from his body and embracing yours, making it all just… perfect. You dared to put your hand over his waist, but your cat bit it before you could do so.
Son of a bitch, you told him mentally. Wally’s chuckle stole your attention away, though, as he petted the devil, er, the animal that stretched on his lap. “You can hug me now, Yn. He won’t bother you anymore.”
Blushing, you were reluctant to do so, but Wally’s hand pulled yours to wrap them around his torso. “See, this is fine.”
You rested your head on his shoulder as you felt the hours passing, his own head resting atop yours. You watched two or three movies, cozied up to each other in what was a position you could get more and more used to.
It was then that a loud rumble had you lifting from your position and facing your coworker. “Are you hungry?” you asked, smiling at the awkwardly funny face he was making.
“Can we order pizza?” he asked back, and as you nodded, he stood up from the sofa, typing in a phone number faster than humanly possible and placing his phone on his ear.
“I never asked, but,” you started, following him into your kitchen. “How did you get here so fast?”
Wally’s eyes grew wide as he tried to avoid looking at you, the words missing from his mind as he tried to find an excuse. “I was close by.”
“Oh!” you simply replied.
Fuck it, Wally, he thought. Could’ve been a bit more subtle.
“I was walking by, you know. Just looking for something to do when I saw your message and like, thought it was a great opportunity I couldn’t let pass.”
“An opportunity to cuddle?” you asked shyly.
“To cuddle you, why would I pass on it?” His words made you blush redder than a tomato, looking down at your nails to avoid his eyes. “It was really a great opportunity.”
“Was it worth taking?” you asked again, looking at him innocently.
“Totally.” he stated. “You?”
“Totally.”
You listened as the pizza place finally answered the call and he ordered four (!!!) pizzas for the two of you. Fast metabolism, he mouthed and you laughed. “C’mon, let’s go back to cuddling”
Pulling you by the hand, he jumped on the sofa again, this time laying on it and leaving enough space to have you by his side.
“Don’t you think you’re getting too comfortable?” you joked.
“You make me comfortable, Yn. You should get used to it.”
“Used to it?” you questioned, pulling you to lay down on the sofa with him.
“Yeah, used to it.” he repeated.
Lying down now, you fixed your head placement on his shoulder, a perfect fit once more. A hand placed on his chest, feeling his heartbeat through your palm, you felt his arm pushing you closer till your forehead met his lips.
“If you’re interested, we could do this more often.” he suggested.
“Yeah, I’d be interested.” you said, not hiding the smile spreading on your lips.
“And we could, you know, go out on a date somewhere.”
“Yeah, I’d be interested in that too.”

FOR LIFE — Choi Yeonjun
SUMMARY ✰ You don’t want to bother your ex-boyfriend, Yeonjun, but in the midst of intense heartbreak and questioning why the ones you love always leave you, you have no choice but to invite him over to help you make sense of it.
GENRE ✰ Ex!Yeonjun, Firstlove!Yeonjun, ANGST
🎧 ➤ For Life by EXO
You swipe down on your phone to check the time, which reads 10:00PM.
Your lower lip is practically bleeding from how hard you're biting it, all because of the nervousness you feel as you hover over Yeonjun's phone number. You know you shouldn't reach out to him, even though the last time he saw you, six months ago, his lips planted a delicate kiss on your forehead and he assured you that you could call him whenever you need him.
It’s selfish though, is it not? To interrupt whatever peace he’s gained since the two of you broke up, all because you haven’t been able to find your own? A year and a half has passed, and based off of the scraps of his life he’s allowed you to have through social media, he seems so much better off. He’s constantly traveling, glowing, and you know him—he’s way too beautiful and perfect to not have replaced you by now.
“Fuck it.” You utter. With a shaky thumb, and a quivering voice, you press the call button. You have no clue whether he’ll pick up the phone for you. All you know is that more than anything, you need to hear his voice, and as your first love, and the only ex you don’t absolutely despise, he’s the only person qualified to assist you in this moment.
You’re sitting on the floor in-front of your bed in fetal position, rocking back and forth to the sound of the phone ringing. After three rings, it stops, and so does your heart for a second. Did he send you to voicemail? He probably did. I mean, you would've sent yourself to voicemail if you're being completely honest.
“Hello?”
His voice is clear and unwavering, and now you're frozen in place. Your mouth opens and then closes repeatedly, but words refuse to come out of your mouth and you aren't sure why.
"Hello? Y/N? Maybe she called by accident." He mutters. You hear him getting out of his chair in his studio, the squeaky sound instantly reminding you of all the times you curled up into his lap, content as long as you're with him, but silently wishing he'd give it up for the night and take you home so the two of you could sleep.
“Um, it’s me. Me, as in Y/N. Wait—you know that already.”
You start to relax a little when you hear his consoling chuckle that he uses when you're amusing him. “You don’t think I deleted your number, did you?” You don’t have to see him to know that his left brow has raised teasingly.
“Well it has been a long time.”
“It doesn’t matter how much time has passed. I told you that you can call me whenever. I’m always going to care about you.”
You know he’s a saint—everybody does, but it still catches you off guard every time. His tone is so genuine, and you can hear his the confident smile he’s wearing on his face. He knows he has you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside, holding in your squeal of excitement that you would totally let out if he wasn’t still on the other line.
“Thanks.”
“Is that all you called for? To hear my voice? I didn’t know we were allowed to do that.”
Your eyes shut, and without regret, you slap yourself on the forehead. God, why is he still so good at taking your breath away? “No.” You sigh, “I just—I really just…ugh.”
“Take your time.” He coos.
“Yeonjun.” You wine, a shy hiccup escaping your throat.
“Okay, I’m sorry. It’s just so easy to tease you. What’s wrong?”
“If I’m being honest, I’m a mess.”
“You’re not a mess, Y/N. Don’t say that.”
Had this been a few months ago, you’d stop him right there, asking him if you’re truly not a mess, why didn’t he stay? But that would ruin the mood, wouldn’t it? You hate how quick your emotions change. You were happy to hear his voice—enjoying your nostalgic back and forth, but now your entire body feels icky and tears are welling up in your eyes.
“Well something isn’t right, because I keep giving my all to people and they keep sucking the life out of me and leaving.”
Silence.
“Can I come over?” He says. You don’t know whether to be surprised or not. You know him—he probably felt a rush of guilt from your subtle, but sharp words. Guilt is what you believe kept the two of you together as long as you were. You really don’t know the truth, because all he said when he broke up with you is the cop-out “I’m too overwhelmed” instead of saying what it really was.
“I mean—yeah, of course. But you don’t have to. You actually can hang up and pretend I never called if you want. This is weird anyways for you I’m sure.” You force a laugh to try and lighten the mood, and he mimics you.
“I owe it to you. I’ll be over in like thirty minutes.” Is all he says before hanging up.
The room suddenly feels both emptier and warmer after Yeonjun's promise to come over. You take a deep breath, a mix of relief and apprehension settling within you. The rhythmic ticking of the clock becomes more pronounced as you gather your thoughts, realizing the gravity of what you've just set in motion.
After what seems like an eternity, a soft knock interrupts the silence. You hesitate for a moment before getting up, your legs feeling like jelly. You open the door, and there he is, Yeonjun, with that familiar reassuring smile.
"Hey," he greets, his eyes reflecting genuine concern.
Ah, there it was. The paralyzation of your mind and mouth whenever your orbs greeted each other. It didn’t matter how long you prepared your words, everything always disappeared when he was in-front of you. What did you invite him over for again?
You manage a nervous laugh, realizing the irony of the situation. "I think I invited you over to... discuss life, or maybe just to remind myself what it feels like to have someone who understands." You slowly back away from the door, which allows him to step in. Flashbacks of him being nose to nose with you try to creep in, but you’re still fighting.
Yeonjun smirks, his eyes holding a playful glint. "Well, I'm here for both, and anything else you need. Discussing life is kind of my specialty."
The room settles into a comfortable quietude, filled only with the soft hum of distant city sounds. Yeonjun's presence brings a warmth that transcends the physical space, as if the air is charged with the shared history between you two.
"Can I sit?" Yeonjun questions softly. He refuses to look at the couch, and you wonder if it’s because he can’t help but be reminded of every kiss, touch, and comfort the two of you have shared on its worn cushions.
You nod, giving him permission as you try to read the emotions flickering in his eyes. He chooses a spot on the floor instead, perhaps opting for a neutral space that doesn't carry the weight of history.
The silence stretches for a moment, both of you enveloped in your thoughts. You can't help but steal glances at him, the playfulness from earlier replaced by a quiet contemplation. The ghost of a smile tugs at his lips, hinting at the shared nostalgia.
“So.” You utter.
“So.” He repeats.
“I uh—you’re my first love.”
"I know," he replies softly, a mixture of understanding and a hint of regret in his voice.
"My first... everything," you remind yourself in the moment, the vulnerability in your words echoing the raw emotions that brought him to your apartment tonight.
Yeonjun shifts on the floor, adjusting to the weight of your confession. "I remember," he says, his tone gentle. "It's not something you easily forget."
A bittersweet smile plays on your lips as you recall the shared moments that shaped your past. "You left, though. You left me wondering what was wrong with me."
He looks down, his fingers absentmindedly tracing patterns on the floor. "Y/N, I didn't leave because of you. It was me, my own issues. I didn't handle things the way I should have."
Your eyes meet his, searching for sincerity in the depths of his gaze. "But it felt like I wasn't enough. Just like now, with someone else. I keep wondering if there's something inherently wrong with me."
Yeonjun sighs, a heavy exhale that carries the weight of shared struggles. "Y/N, it's not you. You're not the problem. Sometimes people leave not because of who you are, but because of where they are in their own journey. It took me a while to understand that."
You take a deep breath, the truth settling in your chest. "I just wanted you to know... why I called you tonight. It's like history repeating itself, and I needed someone who understands."
Yeonjun's gaze softens, a silent invitation for you to share your story. The weight of unshed tears lingers in your eyes as you begin to unravel the painful narrative of your recent past.
"It's Yuta," you admit, the name carrying a bitter taste on your tongue. "He came into my life when I was convinced I was done with relationships. Said all the right things, made me believe there was something real between us."
Yeonjun listens, his expression a mix of empathy and concern. You trace invisible patterns on your palms, a feeble attempt to anchor yourself in the vulnerability of the moment.
"But the moment I started to like him, he turned distant, hot and cold," you continue, your voice cracking slightly. "It was like he played this game, and I didn't understand the rules. One day he was all in, and the next, he acted like we were strangers."
Yeonjun's jaw tightens, a subtle display of the protective instinct he still holds for you. "He doesn't deserve you," he says, his voice carrying an undercurrent of anger.
The pain in your chest intensifies as you delve deeper into the tangled web of emotions. "I thought I was over these insecurities, that I could move on. But it hurts, Yeonjun. It hurts to feel like I'm not enough, like no matter how hard I try, someone will always find a reason to leave."
Tears threaten to spill over, and you look away, hoping to hide the vulnerability etched across your face. The room feels suffocating, a reminder of the cycles of heartache you find yourself trapped in.
But the echoes of Yuta's actions linger, reopening old wounds and casting shadows on the love that once bloomed in this very room. The irony of finding solace in the person who was once the source of your joy is not lost on you, and the weight of it all presses heavily on your shoulders.
In a desperate attempt to redirect the overwhelming emotions, you turn to Yeonjun, your voice trembling. "Why did you leave, Yeonjun? Was it me? Am I too much, too clingy? Not pretty enough? I need to understand."
Your words spill out in a frantic torrent, the questions forming a chaotic symphony in your mind. The room seems to close in as you anxiously await his response, fingers twisting together in a silent plea for clarity.
Yeonjun's eyes flicker with guilt, a deep-rooted understanding of the pain he once caused you. "Y/N, it's not about you. It never was. I had my own issues, my own demons. I ran because I was scared, and I didn't know how to face them."
"But why?" you press, desperation lacing your voice. "I need to know. I can't keep replaying scenarios in my head, wondering what I did wrong."
He runs a hand through his hair, a gesture of frustration. "It's not about you being too much or not enough. You were everything. It's about me not being enough for myself."
Your heart pounds in your chest, the words sinking in but offering little solace. The uncertainty gnaws at your sanity, and you're on the verge of a breakdown without even realizing it. The fear of inadequacy, the fear of repeating the same cycle with Yeonjun that you did with Yuta—it's all too much to bear.
"I just wanted to be good enough for you," you admit, your voice barely above a whisper. "I wanted to be enough for someone, anyone."
The room hangs in a fragile balance, the unspoken emotions swirling between you and Yeonjun. The weight of your insecurities crashes against the fragile walls you've built, threatening to break you down completely. As you grapple with the echoes of your past and the uncertainty of the present, you find yourself caught in a storm of emotions, hoping that somewhere in this chaos, you can find the answers you so desperately seek.
Yeonjun's frustration simmers beneath the surface, a storm gathering in the calm of his expression. His eyes, once warm, now reflect the turmoil within. He takes a deep breath, his words measured but carrying an edge of exasperation.
"Y/N, I need you to understand," he begins, his tone low but intense. "You didn't make it easy for me to leave. In fact, you were the hardest person to walk away from. But being around you, it felt suffocating."
Your heart skips a beat, the words hitting you like a punch to the gut. "What do you mean?"
He runs his hands through his hair, a gesture of frustration. "You're perfect, Y/N. An angel. I'm not. I never was. Being with you highlighted everything I wasn't. It was like standing next to a light so bright, I couldn't help but cast a darker shadow."
His confession hangs in the air, the weight of his words sinking into the very core of your being. The truth, raw and unfiltered, leaves you speechless.
"And you," he continues, his eyes never leaving yours, "you attract darkness, not because there's something wrong with you, but because you're so full of light. Some people, like Yuta, and every guy before him, they weren't ready for that light. They wanted to take your good energy and use it to mask their own dark souls, leaving you with the shattered pieces."
Tears blur your vision as the truth unravels before you. The ache in your chest deepens, the realization settling in that the very qualities that make you extraordinary are the ones that others find intimidating, overwhelming.
Yeonjun's frustration morphs into a deep sense of regret, his eyes pleading for your understanding. "I wasn't ready for you, Y/N. I was too consumed by my own darkness. It's not about you being too much. It's about me not being enough for someone as pure and good as you."
There’s a silence that’s so sharp, it’s suffocating.
"Why don't you hate me?" he questions, his gaze searching yours. "After everything, after being the first one to abandon you, why don't you hate me like you seem to hate everyone else?"
In the dimly lit room, as the shadows dance across Yeonjun's features, you find yourself captivated by the familiar lines of his face. The subtle play of light highlights the contours, and you take a moment to appreciate the details that you've come to cherish.
His eyes, deep and expressive, hold a universe of emotions that have both comforted and challenged you. You remember the times they sparkled with laughter, the warmth that enveloped you in moments of shared joy. Now, in the quiet of the room, they reflect a mixture of concern and care, amplifying the intensity of your emotions.
You look at him, a myriad of emotions playing on your face. "I honestly don't know, Yeonjun. All I know is that you're the only one I can't get over. The one my mind always takes me back to. I love you, and I don't want to, but I do."
The weight of your admission hangs in the air, and you can feel the vulnerability of your heart laid bare. Yeonjun's eyes widen slightly, registering the depth of your words. His silence carries a mixture of surprise and understanding, and in that moment, you wonder if your hearts are resonating in the quiet space between you.
"Y/N, I never wanted to hurt you like this. Knowing that I'm the one you can't get over, despite everything, makes me feel a thousand times worse."
"Yeonjun," your voice trembles, "is there any part of you that still loves me?"
For a moment, Yeonjun hesitates, his eyes flickering away from yours as if avoiding the intensity of your gaze. The air seems to thicken, anticipation mourning. Finally, he meets your eyes again, his expression a mix of sadness and resolution.
"Y/N, I..." he pauses, choosing his words carefully, "I've loved you, and a part of me probably always will. But it's been a long time, and I've had to accept that you deserve more than I could give you. You deserve someone who won't hurt you, who can give you the love and stability you deserve."
Your doe-like, teary eyes lock onto his, seeking the truth that you've been denied for so long. You can sense the sincerity in his words, and even though the truth stings, there's a part of you that appreciates the honesty you've yearned for.
"Thank you for being honest with me, Yeonjun," you say, your voice barely above a whisper. It's a bittersweet acknowledgment, a painful acceptance of the reality you've been avoiding.
Yeonjun's inner monologue swirls with conflicting emotions as he observes you, the ache in his chest almost palpable. As he maintains his gaze on you, his internal struggle remains concealed behind a veil of remorse. While he acknowledges his shortcomings and the belief that he doesn't deserve you, there's a tumultuous storm of conflicting emotions within him.
I want to kiss her. The thought echoes in his mind like a persistent whisper, each word resonating with a desire that threatens to consume him. As he sees the pain in your eyes, the longing to comfort you intensifies. He imagines the taste of your lips, the warmth of your embrace—familiar sensations that once brought solace and joy.
To fall into her, to sob into her chest. The yearning is raw, a deep ache that transcends physical touch. He imagines the release of tears, the vulnerability of exposing his soul to you. The safety he once found in your embrace feels like a distant memory, and the realization of the chasm between them intensifies the pain.
I wish I could be toxic. The admission lingers in his thoughts, a confession he's never dared to voice. The allure of toxic patterns, the chaos that might temporarily numb the pain, has crossed his mind. But he refrains, acknowledging the destructive consequences it would bring to both of you.
I don't want to disappoint her ever again. The final realization echoes with a profound truth. The fear of letting you down, of causing more pain, holds him back from laying bare the entirety of his emotions. His commitment to your well-being, despite the internal chaos, remains unwavering.
You're too caught up in the sound of your heart breaking to notice the whirlwind in his mind.
Once again, the room falls silent. Neither of you knows what to do or say. Lost in your own thoughts, you both stare through each other, searching for a way through the emotional haze.
Breaking the silence, Yeonjun takes a step closer, his hand reaching out to tenderly caress your cheek. The warmth of his touch sends a shiver through your body, the sensation a paradoxical mixture of comfort and ache. "Goodnight," he murmurs, his eyes holding a depth of emotions he's yet to articulate. "I hope I helped, even a little."
As he turns to leave, the gravitational pull of his departure becomes palpable. The door seems both a physical and emotional barrier, and it's in this charged moment that you act on an impulse you can no longer suppress. Your hand reaches out, grasping his arm, pulling him back towards you.
His eyes widen with surprise, and before either of you can fully comprehend the situation, your lips meet in a kiss that holds the weight of shared history and unspoken desires. The kiss is a magnetic collision, a dance of emotions too long confined. Yeonjun responds immediately, the barriers crumbling as he embraces the intimacy of the moment.
In the heat of the moment, Yeonjun lifts you effortlessly, your legs wrapping around him as he carries you towards the bedroom. The physical and emotional boundaries blur as you lose yourselves in the shared journey, an exploration of a space where the weight of the past can be confronted and, perhaps, rewritten.
Behind the closed bedroom door, the air crackles with intensity as the kiss deepens, becoming a language of its own. Yeonjun's hands explore the familiar landscape of your body, each touch igniting a spark of desire that had long been dormant. The warmth of the room mirrors the heat between you, and as your bodies meld, the boundaries that once confined you seem to dissolve.
With a gentle urgency, Yeonjun lowers you onto the bed, the weight of his body pressing against yours. The layers of clothing become obstacles, and with a shared understanding, you begin to dismantle the barriers that separate you. The room becomes a haven for rediscovery, a sanctuary where past wounds are soothed by the tender exploration of each other's skin.
As you both lie together, catching your breath, the room feels charged with unspoken feelings. In the quiet aftermath, Yeonjun looks into your eyes, and in that moment, you sense a promise of healing and a new beginning. The heaviness of the past isn't gone, but it feels a bit lighter, as if the shared vulnerability and intimacy of the night have carried some of the weight away.
As the stillness settles over the room, a soft plea escapes your lips, breaking the quiet. "Stay, just for tonight," you murmur, your eyes reflecting a vulnerability that has long been concealed. "I want to feel loved, even if it's just for a little while."
Yeonjun, his gaze holding a mixture of understanding and remorse, sighs. The weight of the unspoken hangs in the air, but there's a tenderness in his eyes that speaks of shared pain. In that moment, he reaches out and brushes your braid from your face, his touch a gentle reassurance.
"I can stay," he says somberly, a promise laced with the acknowledgment of the complexities between you. "Just for tonight."

Wanna Bet?

not proofread!
This series is being discontinued until further notice, but feel free to keep reading if you'd like!
part one part three part four
You stepped into your apartment and were immediately met by your cat, Binx. He rubbed his head against your leg and you reached down and scratched him right between his ears before heading into the bathroom. You flipped on the light and stood in front of the mirror, turning your arm to see your tattoo again. You still couldn’t believe how good it had turned out and knew that you were going to stare at in the mirror any chance you got.
Your mind drifted to Gareth and you couldn’t help but feel bad for the way things ended between the two of you. After he came over the night he did your tattoo, you ended up sleeping together that night only to decide that you would have been better off as friends, not having as much in common as you initially thought. You both thought that was the better option since neither of you saw a future together.
As if reading your mind, your cell phone dinged, signaling that you had a text. You pulled it out of your purse and sure enough, it was from an unknown number you could only assume was Gareth. Your heart raced as you opened it, terrified to see what he had said.
Hey darlin, miss me?
You weren’t sure why, but you couldn’t help but feel like that wasn’t actually him. He had never called you that in the two weeks that you had known him. A wrong number perhaps?
Who is this?
A few seconds later, your phone pinged again.
Who do you think it is?
The only person you could think of was Gareth, but you already had his number saved so it definitely wasn’t him. You were hoping it was that guy you had met at the bar the other night.
Brad?
You crossed your fingers as your phone dinged again.
You wish
Another ping.
It’s Eddie
You threw your phone onto your couch and took a pillow from it then shoved your face into it, letting out a loud scream. Of fucking course the only guy texting you was the one you couldn’t stand. You had somehow run into the man everywhere you went and it was driving you crazy. He was always finding you, following you, showering you with his flirty words and you were sick of it. Once you had composed yourself, you took a deep breath and reached for your phone again.
How did you get this number?
All of the possible answers came to your mind but none of them were good. Couldn’t he get his own life and stop ruining yours?
Took it from Gareth’s phone when he wasn’t looking
You could picture him smirking while typing out those words and it made you sick.
Well, delete it.
As soon as you sent the message, your phone buzzed letting you know that you were receiving a call from that very number. What the fuck was he playing at? It was as if he was trying to drive you crazy. And you were letting him get to you, falling right into his trap.
You hit the button with the red phone printed on it and shoved your phone back into your pocket only to hear the buzzing again. You pulled it back out and accepted the call, pressing the phone to your ear.
“What?” You spit.
“Woah, sugar,” he let out a chuckle and both it and the nickname made your skin crawl. “Declining someone’s call sends the message that you don’t want to talk to them.” He had been bothering you and had the audacity to be offended that you didn’t want to talk to him? Just hearing his voice made you angry. It sounded so grating, like nails on a chalkboard.
“I don’t want to talk to you.” You were telling the truth. You only picked up to put an end to the way he was treating you. You couldn’t take one more second of his teasing, wanting to finally put an end to it.
“Then why did you pick up?” You could hear the humor in his voice and desperately wished that you could reach through the phone and choke him out. Why did you always have the worst luck when it came to your love life? The men that you liked never liked you and the ones that did were always fucking creeps or walking red flags.
“To tell you to fuck off or I’m going to block you.” You liked the idea of holding the power to get rid of him for good. If he didn’t have your number and changed all your usual hangout spots, you could finally be free from him.
“Well, that isn’t very polite, is it?” Eddie wouldn’t know what polite was if it hit him over the head, but he just liked to screw with you so he’d tease you any chance he got.
“You’ve been tormenting me for over a week and I’m sick of your bullshit.” The man was everywhere, the grocery store you shopped at, the coffee shop you frequented, and even the bookstore you went to on occasion. It had gotten so bad that now his laughter was haunting your dreams. Because of him, you hadn’t been able to get a single moment of peace and quiet since you met the man.
“I wouldn’t call it torment.” He laughed again and your grip around your phone tightened as you let out a deep breath. That was what he wanted; to piss you off and you were offering him the exact reactions he wanted on a silver platter.
“Then what would you call it, Edward?” Eddie usually hated people using his full name, but hearing it fall from your lips did something to him. It made him feel some type of way, even if he wasn’t sure what way that was.
“Flirting.” You just scoffed at that. He definitely needed to improve his skills, then. How he actually got women into bed you’d never know.
“Then you clearly need to crack open a dictionary because that was not flirting.”
“Then what was it?” There was a knock on the door and you opened it, your friend Meg on the other side holding a bag filled with takeout from your favorite Chinese restaurant. You had been so caught up in your pointless conversation with Eddie that you had completely forgotten that you had invited her over.
“I don’t have time for this, I have things to do.” You let Meg inside and pointed to your phone, letting her know that you were speaking to someone and she put her pointer finger to her lips as she hurried inside, putting the food on your kitchen counter.
“Like what, dreaming about what I look like naked?” You pretended to throw up, making sure that he could hear you and Meg gave you a look, very interested in who you were talking to.
“You’d like that, wouldn’t you?” You scoffed. “Now lose this number or it won’t end well for you.”
“Oh, what are you going to do? Spank me? I think I might be into that.” As soon as the words left his mouth, the line went dead and Eddie threw his phone onto his desk, not being able to keep his laughter to himself. There was just something so funny about riling you up. He then spun in his chair, rising from it and heading towards the door of his office. He opened it and Gareth was on the other side. Eddie pushed past him and Gareth followed him out into the main area, wondering why he was so smiley. Eddie was never smiley.
“What are you smiling about?” He asked as the two of them exited the hallway, passing the receptionist’s desk. Eddie had been in such a good mood all week and he wanted to know why.
“Wouldn’t you like to know?” Eddie let out a chuckle as he got to his station, making sure it was all nice and neat for his next client. Gareth sat in the chair that was next to Eddie’s station, leaning forward so the conversation could just be between the two of them.
“Is this about y/n? Why don’t you just give it up, Eddie? Clearly she’s not interested in you.” He wasn’t so sure about that. No woman had ever turned him down and he wasn’t going to let that start now. He was thinking about what it could do to his reputation and he didn’t like the possible outcome. He’d be damned if he let one rejection ruin everything he had built him up to be.
“And she’s not interested in you either, so I guess we’re both shit out of luck, huh?” Eddie shook his head, putting away his sketch paper and other things that littered the small desk. Eddie had heard through the grapevine that you had ended things with Gareth and he was just trying to make Gareth feel as bad as he did.
“You’re just mad because for once someone didn’t fall for your tricks.” That was the truth, but Eddie would die before he ever admitted that. He saw your rejection as a challenge to try harder and he’d do whatever he could to finally get into your pants.
“And you’re just mad because she didn’t choose you either.” Gareth actually wasn’t mad, especially since it was a mutual decision to not continue whatever was going on between the two of you. That was the difference. You had actually wanted him once upon a time and the same couldn’t have been said for Eddie.
“Well, you know what, at least I fucked her first, something that you’d know nothing about because finally someone’s able to see through your bullshit.” Gareth didn’t always have a temper, but when he did, he really knew how to hit Eddie where it hurt. “And guess what? She’s too good for you. She’s sweet and kind and actually cares about the people around her, something that’s clearly a foreign concept to you.”
Eddie felt his blood boil at that. There wasn’t a single lie in what Gareth had said and that was what pissed him off so much. He was just a selfish prick who didn’t have any regard for anyone’s feelings but his own. And that was clear by the way he was willing to destroy everyone and everything in his path to get what he wanted. At the end of the day, the only person Eddie wanted to be happy was Eddie.
“Fuck you, Gareth.” Eddie stood from the little desk, pointing a finger at him. He wasn’t going to let anyone insult him in his own building, not even his best friend.
“You’d like that wouldn’t you,” was all Gareth responded before standing up from the chair and heading over to his own station.
Eddie grumbled to himself as he finished prepping his station, trying to get himself out of his bad mood before his client showed up. He couldn’t believe that he was letting Garth’s stupid words get to him. Maybe there was truth to them, but he only said them because he was upset. He needed to remind himself who the fuvl he was. He was Eddie Munson, a god in the tattoo industry and people were willing to kill just to get a sliver of a chance to work with him. He was hot shit and women were lining up to sleep with him. Fuck Gareth. He had no idea what he was talking about.
Gareth watched Eddie out of the corner of his eye, wondering what the hell had gotten into him. He wasn’t always like that; so selfish and rude. Once upon a time, the two of them had been best friends. But as soon as women were actually interested in him and he got a little taste of fame, he wasn’t the same guy that Gareth once knew. He was mean and seemed willing to whatever he saw fit, even if that meant hurting the people he cared most about.
—
“So, who was that?” Meg asked, as she pulled the containers out of the bag and set them on the counter. She had an idea of who it could have been by the way you were speaking, but she wanted to ask just to be sure.
“Nobody,” you waved it off as you grabbed some plates from one of the cabinets. You really didn’t want to talk about Eddie. You’d honestly prefer to talk about literally anything else.
“Was it that guy who you’ve been seeing everywhere?” After telling Meg about it, she had been invested in the whole thing, convinced that it had been fate. You weren’t so sure you believed in that sort of thing. This was just another one of the universe’s cruel jokes that was being played on you. That seemed to be all your life was these days: a joke.
“Yes.” You grabbed the container of fried rice and poured some onto your plate, trying to busy your mind. You were already growing tired of the conversation.
“What was his name again?” You were thinking of all the nicknames you had created for him over the past week, but those had just been an inside joke you’d keep to yourself since you were the only one who would have thought they were funny.
“Eddie.” The name tasted like poison in your mouth anytime you said it and you were desperate to gargle something to remove the heavy feeling from your tongue.
“I don’t see what the problem is, y/n. He’s cute, you should go out with him.” Meg just didn’t understand. Eddie wasn’t actually interested in you, he just wanted to prove that you were into him. The whole thing was a game to him and you weren’t going to play. Maybe that kind of thing worked on other women, but it wasn’t going to work on you.
“You know what else is cute? A dog. And you don’t see me going out with them, do you?” You both served yourselves from the containers then grabbed some beers from your fridge before heading over to your kitchen table to eat. All of the arguing with Eddie caused you to work up an appetite.
“You’re cranky,” she glared. She had never seen you like that so clearly it was bothering you. She didn’t understand why you wouldn’t just go out with him. It would have just taken one date and then he would’ve been out of your hair for good.
“I’m sorry. He’s just driving me crazy.” That much was obvious by the way you were behaving. You just wanted him to leave you alone, but apparently that was too much to ask.
“Let me get this straight; a gorgeous man has been dropped into your lap and you're not going to hit that?” Yes, exactly. Sure, maybe Eddie was gorgeous, but his terrible personality automatically made him unattractive.
“No? Haven’t you been listening? He doesn’t even want to sleep with me. He’s just trying to prove that I want him.” You picked up a piece of sesame chicken with your chopsticks and popped it into your mouth. You then looked back up at Meg and her face lit up as if a light bulb had gone off in her head.
“Maybe you could beat him at his own game,” she suggested with a shrug. You had no idea what she was getting at and waited for her to elaborate, but she didn’t.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Your eyebrows furrowed as you took a sip from your beer. Meg set her chopsticks down on her plate then turned fully to face you. She had her mischievous look on her face and you were unsure if you were going to like what she was going to say.
“You turn the tables, play an Uno reverse card, if you will.” Your face lit up as you realized what he was hinting at. Of course! You were surprised you didn’t think of it yourself. The answer had been right in front of you all along, but you had been too blinded by your rage to see it.
“Meg, you’re a genius!” You pulled her into a hug as best you could since you were both sitting. She wrapped her arms around you, giving you a tight squeeze before letting go.
“I do know what I’m talking about sometimes, y/n.” She turned back in her chair and took another sip from her beer. The ears started turning in your head as you thought about all of the ways you could have messed with Eddie. Giving him a taste of his own medicine sounded so fun.
—
The next morning, you texted Eddie and asked him to meet you at the arcade in town. The first phase of your plan had commenced and you hoped you could convince him that you were actually interested in him. Part of you felt bad for messing with his head until you remembered just how much joy he got fucking with you. He deserved to be shown what it felt like.
You spotted Eddie entering the arcade and applied some more of your lipgloss and fixed your hair before waving him over. He was dressed in a jean jacket over a faded band tee and a pair of baggy jeans which was more toned down than what you usually saw him in, but the look worked for him.
Eddie approached you and you held your arms out for a hug. He quickly pulled you in and you were surprised that his hand stayed at your back, not even trying to move further south like you had imagined. Not that you were imagining it.
He was unsure as to why you asked him to hangout, but he sure all hell wasn’t going to question it. He assumed you just had a change of heart considering that a few days prior, if he had been on fire and you had a glass of water, you would have drank it.
He was just happy to be there with you, willing to do whatever you wanted. And he loved arcades, so it was a win-win. He had spent so much time at the one back home, trying his best to get his name onto every leaderboard.
“You, know, I’m kind of surprised you invited me to hang out,” he said, letting go of you, letting his arms fall back by his side.
“You wore me down,” you let out a sigh. “I guess I just fell for your charms.” More like you were just trying to put an end to them.
“They always do,” he draped an arm over your shoulders and yours went to his waist as you led him over to your favorite game.
You stood in front of the machine and Eddie just let out a laugh as he saw what it was. You rolled your eyes and put in a few quarters, waiting for the game to boot up.
“Pac-Man, really?” He scoffed.
“Yes, really. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” Once the game booted up, you began to play and even though he had made fun of you, he had to admit you were really good. In only five minutes, you were able to get through ten levels.
He stood by and watched, mesmerized by the way your fingers moved as you stared at the screen, like you had memorized every single movement. He assumed that you must have played it multiple times to be so good at it.
Eddie moved to stand behind you, so close that you could feel his breath on your neck. It sent a chill down your spine and you were so focused on his close proximity that you weren’t paying attention, causing your little guy to get eaten. You turned around, not able to ignore how good he smelled, but stood your ground, giving him a glare.
“What’s wrong, sweet thing?” His hands rubbed your arms sympathetically. “Sad you lost?” He jutted out his bottom lip and you could practically feel it between your teeth as he let out a whimper as you bit down on it.
“You did that on purpose!” You pushed his hands off of you, pointing at him.
“I did no such thing,” he put his hand up to his chest in feigned offense.
“Come here.” You grabbed him by the wrists and pulled him over to a photo booth that was only a few feet away.
“Oh, looking for somewhere a little more private? I see you.”
“Get in,” you held open the curtain and Eddie moved slowly to get into the booth. “Go,” you gave him a shove and he eventually got all the way inside.
“Bossy,” he grumbled, sitting down on the bench. You got in after him and sat down before closing the curtain that was next to you.
“What?” He gave you a pointed look. You knew you were supposed to be beating him at his own game, but you couldn’t last. You were throwing in the towel after barely a few flirty lines and were beating yourself over it. Whatever. At least you tried.
“Stop fucking around,” you gave his shoulder a shove. “I’m getting real tired of your shit, Munson.”
“And what shit are you tired of, sweet thing?” He leaned forward, resting his chin in the palm of his hand.
“I guess I’m going to have to spell it out for you so your pea sized brain can comprehend it.” Honestly, Eddie kind of liked seeing you like that.
“Lay it on me, doll.” He was looking at you so dreamily and you were hating that he was able to tug on your heart.
“I don’t like you,” you glared.
“Mhm,” he nodded. “Go on.”
“Do you have any regard for anyone but yourself?” Eddie laughed at that. He didn’t think it was possible to care about anyone other than himself. It was better that way.
“No,” he chuckled, with a shake of his head.
“Thoughts so.” Of course that was his answer. He was the most selfish person you had ever met.
“What’s got your panties in a twist, sugar?” He leaned back, fighting back the grin that was trying to come out on his face.
“You call women those nicknames because you can’t remember their actual names.” That was true, but he had remembered yours. He hadn’t forgotten it since the day he met you and swore that he would never forget it.
“I know your name, y/n,” he rolled his eyes, crossing his arms over his chest. “It’s like you have no faith in me.”
“I don’t. Now stop fucking with me or I swear I’m going to make sure you can never walk again because your dick is so fucked up.” His cheeks flushed at your comment and he could feel his cock getting hard.
“That’s hot.” His eyes darkened as he said the words and you couldn’t help but feel disgusted at his behavior. Your insults seemed to only make him want you even more.
“Are you actually turned on by this right now?” You were constantly surprised by how much this man seemed to catch you off guard with his words. He always had something out of pocket to say.
“Depends,” he shrugged before leaning forward. “Why don’t you feel my cock to find out?” He winked and you hated how you kind of wanted to take him up on his offer.
“You’re disgusting,” you scoffed.
“You love it.” You actually sort of did, but you’d never admit that to him. You’d die before you let that happen.
“I wouldn’t touch your cock with a ten foot pole.” You couldn’t give in just yet. Just one more flirty response and you were sure that you’d want to plant one on him right there in the photo booth.
“That’s fine,” he scooted even closer to you. “You’d be surprised what I could do with just my tongue.” You could feel yourself getting wet just thinking about it; his lips on yours, his tongue slipping into your mouth, roaming around, making sure that he had tasted every single inch of it.
“Your ego is a little big, isn’t it?” It definitely was, but it had taken him so long to build up his self esteem so he wasn't going to let you get to him.
“It’s not the only thing that’s big,” he winked. “And you wouldn’t be saying that with my head between your thighs.” You could just picture it and now your underwear was more than damp. How were you going to keep it up if he was able to reel you in so easily.
“Believe me, your head will never be between my thighs.” Maybe they could be with just a little more convincing. One bat of his lashes and you’d be in his lap, your lips on his.
“You wanna bet?” You were convinced that you had accidentally ordered an alcoholic drink because you would’ve had to be drunk in order to think that anything he was suggesting was a good idea.
“Absolutely not,” you scoffed.
“Afraid you’re gonna lose?” He leaned closer, your faces so close that you could feel his breath hitting your cheeks.
“I’m not afraid of anything.” You leaned even closer, your lips ghosting over his before you leaned back, not wanting to give in just yet.
“I like that in a woman. Does that mean you’re willing to get freaky?” You were more than willing and wondered just how freaky he’d like to get.
“Sure,” you shrugged. “But not with you.” You were getting even more angry that you were imagining all the things you could’ve gotten up to between the sheets.
“Alright, how about this? If you fall for my charms after a month, I win, but if you don’t, you win. Winner gets to give the loser a tattoo of their choice.” That actually sounded very intriguing to you. You liked the idea of something you designed being on Eddie’s body.
“That could be interesting.” You crossed your arms over your chest, a smile appearing on your face as you came up with sketches in your head.
“So you agree?”
“Sure. So which arm do you want the hairy dick on?” He let out a genuine laugh at that and rested a hand on your shoulder.
“Let’s not get too cocky, sweet thing,” he patted your shoulder. “You haven’t won yet.”
“Key word being ‘yet’ because I’m so going to kick your ass.”
What you didn’t know was that Eddie would have let you win pretty easily if it meant that he got to see your smile. Maybe he was taking it all too far, but just loved the way your face scrunched up in that cute way in response to one of his lines. And the way it was so easy to irritate you and get under your skin.
“You really need to stop being so mean to me, it’s making me hard.” You looked down and saw that he wasn’t lying by the proof that was the tent in his pants. You felt yourself wanting to unbutton his jeans and give him a handy then immediately shook the thought out of your head, giving him one last glare before exiting the booth.
Eddie removed his jacket and covered his boner before following you, trying to catch you before you left. He really needed to win the bet. He never went down without a fight.
He followed you out into the parking lot, picking up the pace to catch with you because damn did you walk fast. He fell into step with you and you rifled through your purse to find your keys.
You had had enough of Eddie and his shit for the day, deciding that it was time for the two of you to go your separate ways. And besides, you had tattoos to sketch because there was no way that he was going to win with how stubborn you were.
You got to your car, Eddie hot on your heels. He moved to stand in front of the driver’s side and leaned against it, making sure his jacket was still covering his front. You were surprised that he hadn’t been embarrassed by it at all. In fact, it almost seemed used to it, as if it had been a normal thing for him.
“Can you please move?” You crossed your arms over your chest. Maybe this bet wouldn’t be as hard as you thought with how immature he seemed to be.
“Nope. I’m actually pretty comfortable.” You rolled your eyes at his stubbornness then unlocked the car, moving around to the opposite side. You opened the passenger side door and got inside before closing the door. You then climbed over the center console and slid into the driver’s seat before putting the keys into the ignition and starting it up. Eddie whipped around and gestured for you to roll down the window. You flipped him off in response and gave him enough time to move before pulling out of the parking space.
He watched you drive away for the second time and couldn't believe that you still hadn’t wanted to go out with him after all the things he had said. He was running out of lines and patience. If he was going to win, he was going to have to do something drastic. Something so unlike him. Unrecognizable. He was going to have to pull out the big guns, even though he wasn’t sure what they were. He was willing to do whatever it took to have you be the one under the tattoo gun.

DELETED SCENES DELETED SCENES GIVE US DELETE SCENES
Mother Miranda's crusty dusty bootyhole . . .
Alright I get it!
Little side notes:
This scene was before Donna even spoke to Courier.
If it wasn't already clear in my story, the portrait of Donna doesn't exist. In this scene it does.
Originally, I put Donna as tall in this scene but I just changed it to be closer to Courier's height.
Maybe I'll include something like this in a chapter . . . who knows.
You didn’t hear the footsteps on the other side, so when the door moved, you jumped. It only opened an inch. The door creaked as it was tugged again but refused to budge. You heard a tiny grunt at each tug, and you couldn’t help but look through the crack.
On the other side was Lady Beneviento attempting to get the door open but failing. She gestured for you to wait a minute. You nodded and stepped back as she forced the door closed. Instead of trying to open it again, she opened the other door. Thankfully, it was less resistant.
“Hi!” Angie happily greeted.
“Good morning. How’re you two today?”
“Pretty good! Donna just started a commission.”
“I bet it will look beautiful,” you said, acknowledging Angie before returning your gaze to Lady Beneviento. “Your work is always stunning.”
She bowed her head.
“What happened with your door?” you asked as you handed her the small package.
“I dunno, shit’s old,” Angie answered.
You examined the doorway and saw that on the bottom right, the wood was rotting away with a large chunk of it missing. The hinges of the door also looked worn out. There was no doubt that the door jamb and hinges needed to be replaced, but at least the door itself still seemed to be in good shape.
“I could fix it for you, you know.”
Lady Beneviento shook her head again and Angie made an annoyed noise.
“Let her do her job! One of these days that door is going to snap off its hinges.”
“I really don’t mind,” you insisted.
Angie looked up at the doll maker and stared at her. For a moment, they remained quiet as if communicating with their eyes even though Angie couldn’t see Donna’s.
“Okay, but in exchange, Donna will make you a coat!”
“What’s wrong with my coat?”
You looked down at yourself. Admittedly, the grey coat was a little too big on you, but it was the only one available at the time and you liked how warm it kept you considering how bad the winters could get. It was several years old now and may be missing a button, but it still did its job well.
“Seriously?” Angie took the end of your coat between her thumb and index finger and made a disgusted noise. “Trust me, Donna can make you a better one.”
“I don’t want to impose. I know you have other commissions as well and I don’t exactly have the funds to pay you.”
“You don’t have to pay!” Angie said. “If you get sick, then who will deliver our packages? Like we said, you can pay us back by fixing our door.”
Lady Beneviento nodded eagerly. Oh God, did she think your coat was ugly too?
“All right.”
Angie cheered and pulled you into the house as Lady Beneviento closed the door and continued walking further in the house.
“Wait, where are we going?”
“Donna’s gotta measure you, duh!”
Letting the doll guide you, your eyes wandered up, completely enraptured by the high ceiling and the chandelier. You didn’t have the chance to appreciate the architecture the first time you were here, but you were grateful for this second chance. Then, you saw the giant portrait. The moment was brief, but for the first time, you saw Lady Beneviento’s face. And Mother Miranda’s breath she was beautiful. Her subtle and gentle smile was charming as if she was shy about having her portrait done. Angie on the other hand, looked happy to be there.
“C’mon, this way!” Angie said, tugging pant leg and pointing to the door Lady Beneviento was standing by. One hand was pressed against her midriff while the other hung at her side. Her fingers rubbed against each other. She must have not liked you staring at her portrait.
You ducked your head apologetically and entered the living room. There were the dolls on the shelves among the books and one standing alone on the antique cabinet. You expected them to speak and move like Angie, but they remained still and silent. Their eyes were motionless, but you felt like they were watching you. Lady Beneviento gestured for you to wait by the table while she went through one of the drawers of the cabinet while Angie made a grabbing gesture at you with her hands.
“Gimmie your coat.”
You did as you were told, and she hung it on the back of a chair. Then, she scampered off to the desk that was in front of the fireplace and returned with a piece of paper and a pen. The doll climbed onto the chair just as Lady Beneviento turned around to you with a measuring tape in her hands. She wound one end tightly around her index finger as she looked at you. She didn’t say or do anything for a long moment, but you could feel her eyes burning into your skin. You shifted your weight awkwardly under her gaze.
“Lady Beneviento?”
Her head perked up as if she snapped out of a daydream then tilted curiously. Did she forget what you were here for? She seemed to snap out of her reverie and walked behind you. You felt her fingers on your shoulder as she pressed the tape measure on your last vertebrae. Angie started writing something on her piece of paper, but from where you stood, you couldn’t tell what it was. She continued writing more things when Lady Beneviento measured the length of your shoulders and then moved to your arm. She brought the tape down the length of your arm and you began to raise it a bit, thinking it would help, but she gave you a light slap on the wrist.
“Sorry,” you muttered, bringing your arm back to a relaxed position.
She walked around to stand in front of you and lifted both of your arms in a horizontal position at your sides. You knew that she was close to your height, but she had always kept a respectable distance from you which made it difficult to gauge just how tall she was. It looked like she could comfortably rest her head on your shoulder if she wanted. Not that you actually wanted her to, but you wouldn’t mind if she did.
When she moved close to you, you couldn’t help but stiffen in surprise as her veil brushed against your cheek and smelled the familiar scent of wood and paint. It reminded you of your workshop and you couldn’t suppress the smile as you imagined her working late in her workshop on a doll. It was easy to lose yourself in your work and you knew that feeling all too well. Perhaps Lady Beneviento did the same.
Her arms came around you as if she were going to hug you, but she pulled away with the tape measure coming around you and over your chest. Then, after some scratching noises from Angie with her pen, the tape loosened around you to move to your waist where she crouched. Her fingers slipped between the tape and your hip, allowing some extra space to be measured.
Lady Beneviento wrapped the measuring tape up and stood. You put your arms down and shifted uncomfortably as she stared at you silently. A pale hand reached out to you, tugging and rubbing the fabric of your sweater around the collar. Lady Beneviento made a quick exhale through her nose. She clearly seemed displeased.

Missing you
Bucky Barns x fem!reader
Summary: Bucky misses you and you miss him but you both think that the other has moved on.
Warnings: angst, it’s my first published work so please don’t judge, also i wrote it in like 15 minutes.
Your bed was cold. Empty. Just like your heart. Ever since you broke up you had spent your nights drowning in tears and memories and your days too depressed to leave your house. You stared at the ceiling and all that you saw was Bucky's face. His smile as he stared at you across the table. A single tear dropped from your eye. Why did it always end like this?
Bucky lay on his back in his bed, his arms beneath his head staring at the ceiling a numb feeling encasing his heart. Why couldn’t they just have figured it out? He rolled onto his side and picked up his phone and began looking at the pictures that he couldn’t bring himself to delete. You looked so happy in them.
You picked up your phone, the light hurting your aching eyes as you put in the password. You went to contacts and pulled up his number almost unconsciously. Your finger hovered over the call button and your heart begged you to press it.
Bucky sat up staring at the last picture that you had taken together wishing for a call or text from you. Every time his phone went off his heart leaped with hope that it was you. Almost every day since you had broken up he had almost called you begging you for forgiveness. But something had always stopped him. Maybe he was scared that you already had a new man in your bed, his fingers exploring the places on your body that Bucky knew so well. His lips kissing yours and you smiling into his eyes.
Your finger still hovered over the call icon on your phone but a vicious voice in the back of your head held you back. What if he already had a new girl and they were going out to lunch and laughing the same way that you and him used to laugh for hours. Maybe she was with him right now cuddling closer to him because he kept it so cold in his room.
Why couldn’t you have figured it out?
Bucky leaned his head against the wall and dropped his phone on the bed raking his hand through his hair. Maybe this was for the best. Maybe there was someone better for her somewhere out there. Maybe he would be able to kiss her better and comfort her better when she had arguments with her mom over the phone. Maybe he would be better for her than Bucky ever had been.
You put your phone back on the nightstand by your bed feeling the lump rise in your throat again. “I love you bucky.” you whispered into the dark of your room drawing your knees to your chest with a quiet sob. “I’m so sorry for everything i did wrong.”
Bucky felt tears drip down his cheeks and wiped them away even though more took their place. After a while he fell asleep again and heard your laugh in his dreams along with a small voice telling him not to give up hope. maybe it would turn out right.
As you drifted to sleep you hoped that maybe tomorrow you would work up the courage to call him.
~ it's really short i know but if you want a part 2 please let me know!~

kpop drabble masterlist | prompt list #1
the memory of that kiss haunts you. it wasn’t the first, but it was the last that felt real.
that night, under the stars, it was just the two of you. no cameras, no schedules, no crowds pulling k away. just the quiet hum of the city below, and his lips pressed against yours like they had something to say. his hands cupped your face like you were fragile, like you were something to be cherished. you remember the way he looked at you right after—like you were the only person in the world. like everything in that moment was right.
but everything after feels wrong.
he left for his tour the next day. another country, another stage, another part of his dream. and you… you were left behind. you understood the distance, the hours of practice, the need for him to pour everything into his career. you knew what you signed up for when you let yourself fall for him. you knew that being with an idol meant sacrifice—long stretches of silence, stolen moments in dimly lit hotel rooms, watching him on tiktok more often than seeing him in person.
but that kiss had felt like a promise. that you mattered, that he would find a way back to you.
the days stretched into weeks, the texts became shorter, the calls more unlikely. he stopped talking about when he’d come back. the exhaustion in his voice every time you spoke became more evident, like he was dragging himself through every conversation, barely able to give you what was left of him. you tried not to mind, tried not to let the growing space between you swallow you whole.
but it does.
now, when you scroll through the pictures of him online, you wonder if that version of him ever really belonged to you. the fans get more of his smiles than you do. they get the excitement, the laughter, the spark in his eyes that used to light up when he saw you. you’ve convinced yourself that you’re just an afterthought, a distant memory he no longer has time for.
you’d never doubted him before. not like this.
you replay the conversations in your head, trying to pinpoint the moment when he began pulling away. when it became routine for him to cancel plans, to avoid mentioning when he’d be free again, to let hours—sometimes days—go by without a word. you told yourself he was busy. you told yourself that it was temporary.
but deep down, you wonder if the problem isn’t just that he’s busy, but that he’s stopped wanting to come back to you.
it’s a thought that’s hard to shake, especially late at night when the silence is the loudest. you turn over in bed, your phone screen lighting up the room, and you stare at the last message he sent. ‘sorry, another late practice. miss you.’
miss you. those words used to mean something. now they feel like a formality.
you type out a reply, delete it, type it again. your fingers hover over the send button. you want to ask him if he’s still there, if he’s still with you, if the promises he made in the quiet of that night under the stars still hold any weight. you want to know if he’s pretending now, going through the motions because it’s easier than telling you the truth.
you want to ask him if that kiss was the last time he really felt something for you.
instead, you lock your phone and drop it on the pillow next to you. maybe you’re overthinking it. maybe this is what love looks like when you’re not the center of someone’s world.
but you can’t stop the ache. the cold emptiness that stretches out where his warmth used to be. the way you find yourself questioning every small thing, every text, every missed call.
maybe he’s not pretending—maybe he’s just exhausted. maybe he’s lost in the whirlwind of his own life, and he doesn’t have the energy left to love you the way he once did. maybe this is just a phase.
or maybe you’re not in his orbit anymore.
the realization makes your chest tighten. you don’t know when it happened, but the distance isn’t just physical anymore. it’s something more, something deeper. and you’re scared to confront it. scared to ask the question that’s been haunting at you because you already know the answer.
you weren’t pretending when you kissed me that night… but everything after feels like a lie.
it’s a thought that lingers, heavy and unspoken, as you pull the covers up and curl into yourself. your phone remains silent, and for the first time in a long time, you don’t wait for it to light up.
ayo its kinda sad

the whole script to Kyle's story
I got a Wii on my 7th birthday on November 28th, 2006 (about 9 days after the Wii was released). I still remember the moment when my dad gave me the present and then I quickly ripped it open, “Wow, a Wii! Thanks, dad!” I exclaimed in happiness. After that, I begged my dad to help set it up. When he was done, he finally helped me set up the Wii in the living room. What surprised me about the Wii is the controller, because it reminded me so much of a TV remote. After my dad set it up he left me to play. I was going to play Wii Sports but something else caught my eye, the Mii Channel. So I opened that up instead. But, when I got into the Mii Channel, There was a single Mii. I clicked on him and found that the Mii’s name was… eteled. the name eteled didn’t make sense to me until I looked really closely at the letters. Then I found out that eteled is actually delete spelt backwards.I took a good look at eteled. He was bald, with a big smiling mouth, giant eyes, and a small nose. He was starting to creep me out, so I deleted him. Then I started to make a Mii version of me. So I clicked the button to make a new Mii and named it Kyle (my actual name). But when I got back to the Mii plaza area, eteled was back…. with the same creepy look. So I deleted him with the first chance I got. I was a little creeped out, but I decided to forget all about it and play Wii Sports. I liked Wii Sports, mainly because it was a compilation of 5 sports: Tennis, baseball, bowling, golf, and boxing. I decided to play bowling because it was my favourite sport. my Mii was in a bowling alley with other Miis and sometimes I see the Mii in the lane next to mine to throw the bowling ball. And then I saw it.The Mii hit a strike and turned around to celebrate, but his face looked exactly like eteled’s, and I assumed it was him. so I quit Wii Sports and went back to the Mii Channel. Before I deleted eteled, a dialogue box appeared saying, “Why are you trying to delete me?” and I started to get creeped out. I spoke out loud. “Wha-wha-wha-what do you mean?” I said. I didn’t think he would hear me, but strangely, he did. “Oh, you know what I mean!” it said. “I…I just don’t want you on my Mii channel, I’m sorry.” I said, and the words changed again. “Oh really? Miis have feelings too, you know! How would you feel if I deleted you?!” it said, and that’s when I realized it: I was talking to eteled. The dialogue box disappeared and it revealed the scariest picture I’ve ever seen. It was a picture of eteled’s face. With the same creepy features. but more gruesome. his eyes were replaced with gaping holes of blood pouring down. I was so scared that I clicked the home button and ran to my dad. He was on the phone so I waited for him to finish. “D-D-Dad, There’s something wrong with my Wii!” I said with a scared voice. I let my dad into the living room, and I turned off the home menu. and surprisingly, it looked normal. My dad said I was probably playing too much and said I should take a break. so I did. I pressed the home button again and took a 15-minute break. but when I went back to the Wii and turned off the home menu, a dialogue box appeared saying, “Goodbye, Kyle…” upon which the Mii channel automatically turned off and went back to the home menu. I tried to go back to the Mii channel but every time I did, a dialogue box appeared saying, “Wii Deleted You” and it took me back to the Wii menu. I soon realized that eteled somehow deleted me in a way that I couldn’t make any more Miis, and that meant that no matter what game I played, I always had to play as eteled.

Only Fan
Summary: The domino effect of accidently sending the wrong link to Ghost lead to a whole adventure and secret being revealed. No one was supposed to know she had an Only Fan account.
Warning: 18+ MDNI, a lot of smut in this one there's still plot tho, implied public sex, multiple partners in a sense
Word: 6.9k // Masterlist
A/N: This fic was inspired by this post a year and half ago. This was really written for the giggle and smut. Probably feels a little OOC for some, or at least not how I usually write the characters in there. But bare with me, when I wrote it I needed to take everything out of the system lol No thoughts only smut! Alright to time to yeet myself by the window!
When she realized what she just sent her lieutenant, she prayed to all the possible known gods in the universe that he wasn't fast enough to have opened the link.
A prayer that reached no one. Because Ghost was already on his phone expecting the answer. So when the link came through he saw it in a matter of milliseconds. The time Scotty needed to hold the message so the option to delete it showed up, then press said delete, it was too long. Add the fact that he also didn't pay attention too much to what was written, it was only once the link opened in his browser that he realized what it was. The link to her Only Fan page. He should have closed it right away and he actually did. Especially after receiving 5 messages in a row from her apologizing and sending the actual link that was supposed to be in the first place and to please ignore the first one. Ghost closed it and tried to pretend it never happened. What Scotty was doing in her free time was her problem, he wouldn't judge. But… That… was not something he expected.
After the incident, Ghost never mentioned this, nor acted differently. Or so he thought. Scotty felt that his gaze was different. Not judgemental, but more like he tried to decipher something. As if he was still trying to figure out how she had been able to hide it from him. Obviously, Ghost wasn't stupid. She could be professional at work. It was just… She didn't give him the feelings to be this kind of person. Scotty looked innocent and shy.
To her defense, she was not innocent or shy. She had her fair share of activities. It was simply that Ghost was intimidating, hence why she might look shy around him. But it was even more since the slip up. On missions, all was fine because work demanded focus. But around base or when the team would go out for drinks… It was so different.
It was precisely after one of these nights that Ghost returned to the link. As much as he tried to forget it, it haunted him. That night at the bar, Scotty wore a tank top that molded her body so much, his throat went dry every time he glanced at her. Her jeans, not different than usual, looked more shaped to her legs… or maybe it was him. The thoughts that crossed his mind at the moment made him frustrated at himself for even thinking about them. She was his colleague and a sergeant, he owed her more respect than those sinfuls thought. Although, she was the one doing sinful things that were available to everyone… He lay down in his bed, in the dark with only light from his phone and the bright page he was on. His eyes were glued on her profile and cover pictures. There was nothing revealing in both. Well maybe a nice butt shot on the cover, still dressed. But it was the eyes in her profile picture. So inviting, so captivating. His thumb pressed the subscribe button. To his relief, Scotty didn't seem to sell herself for cheap. That was nice. She valued herself and he couldn't agree more. If this was the relief, the world that opened to him once he was officially a subscriber was anything but relieving.
He knew so bad he should have only checked one or two pictures, just to put his curious mind at ease and then leave to never
come back again. But… as if the picture of Scotty with spread legs, squeezing her breast together, the selfie angle where he could see her fuck herself with a toy were not enough, he saw the videos. A bulge was already forming in his sweatpants, god he was glad to wear these because his regular pants would have been so painful. Ghost wanted to ignore the video so badly. But his brain was too deep and needed more. His grip on his phone tightened as the other one instinctively went to his underwear. His thumb pressed the play button. The first few words she spoke already had him completely hard. She barely had done anything, only presenting the toy she will be using, but in such a soft manner! His hand wrapped around his dick and stroked it slowly. The video went on: her applying lube in the toy, then on herself, pushing her fingers inside as a warmup and finally she fucked herself with said toy. She wasn't too vocal but the small whimpers and few little moans she made while Scotty was pushing the fake dick inside, faster and faster till her cunt made such sloppy noise, that made him twitch so bad. His heart was pounding in his chest, his eyes glued on the video. He even tried to match her speed, thinking it was him inside her. He came as soon as he heard her whimpers of her own climax. As he calmed down from his high, Ghost realized what just happened, what his mind just thought of. Him inside her. How could he face her again after this?
It has been almost a week and half since the incident. Scotty noticed that Ghost was a little less creepy, yet he seemed more tense when she would talk to him or be a little too close. That one time they were in the car, she was squeezed between him and Gaz. A normal thing. But he was so tense, always avoiding her gaze. She didn't mind much as honestly for her Ghost had brushed this whole incident away and his current behavior was in no way connected to that. Yet, if she was out of trouble with Ghost, Soap on the other hand. She couldn't quite read him, but something felt different with him. He was always the same goofy person with her, always the same easy going. It was the lingering look she caught a few times here and there. The way he would stare. Beside that nothing much, Scotty could live with that. The truth was, Soap was also a subscriber.
He found her page by accident… or well not completely by accident. He found himself on Only Fan after wanting to see more of someone else when Scotty's page showed up in recommendation. At first, he couldn't believe his eyes, he had been so close to text her about it and tease. Instead, just for fun he decided to check. Maybe she had only dumb pictures, trolling people. Not exactly. Soap should also have closed everything, look away. She was his best friend and no matter how close you are, seeing them in such a compromising position was something anyone would have looked away from. Either from respect or embarrassment. But he didn't. He couldn't. He tried to not linger too long on the pictures, despite a growing pressure in his jeans. One picture though… He was glued on. Her leg spread, in some purple lingerie, her hair down, flowing down her shoulders in small waves. Nonetheless to say that what he did was in the same category as Ghost. He felt dirty for doing so, but… it hadn't been the last time he went to her page.
Ghost found out that Soap also was in on the secret by accident. Then again, it was Soap's fault for not being careful. They were both in the gym, training when Soap checked his phone. He made sure that no one could see him, or so he thought, and checked his notification. Scotty had posted a new picture. He knew it was risky to open it here, but she hadn't posted in days. Obviously because she was on a mission. So either this meant she was back home or… That was why he had to check! When the picture fully loaded in front of his eyes, his throat went dry. She was still in the fields taking pictures. "Steaming fucking jesus…" He breathed, mostly because it took guts to do this. It wasn't much. Just her with her jacket half way down, revealing her shoulder and her bra.
Ghost walked behind him at the same time that Soap completely forgot his surroundings. He glanced over his shoulders. His water bottle slipped through his hand, splashing the floor. "Fuck!" He cursed loudly. Soap jumped from his seat, shoving his phone away quickly.
"Hey Lt! Didn't see you there!" He nervously laughed. "Need a hand with this?"
"No." Ghost took the towel around his neck to clean. "The fuck are you looking at during work you idiot?"
"N-nothing."
"Don't play dumb with me MacTavish, that was clearly her Only Fan." Ghost froze. He just sold himself to the sergeant. They both looked at each other, cheeks pink from embarrassment. "Let's pretend nothing happened and let's not talk about this ever again… We know nothing and most importantly she knows nothing."
They held the tongues. Till they started talking about her latest post like it was the latest biggest news.
A few days later, while Ghost was staying late at work, he received a text from Soap asking if he saw the latest video. The lieutenant made sure his door was locked, returned to his desk and looked up his phone. The title: Met a girl at the bar and let her fuck me stupid. He was surprised to learn that apparently Scotty was going both ways, she still had secrets within her secret. His eyes glanced at the reports. They were almost done, he could take a break right? He gulped and pressed the play button. The volume of his phone was just high enough that he would be the only one to hear. The other girl's face was blurred, not that it mattered much to him. The only face he wanted to focus on was Scotty. The girl was fucking her doggystyle, pulling Scotty's hair and slamming in her so hard the noise of her hips on Scotty's butt was as loud as the sergeant's moans. She wasn't kidding when she said fucked stupid. Never he heard Scotty stutter with her words or be unable to speak. Right now, she was being a mess.
"F-fuck… me! H-harder!.... Aaaahh fuck yes!"
"Who's a good bitch?"
"M-me!"
"Fucking hell." He groaned, his pants lifting in his crotch area. Scotty was being so noisy, in a good way. Her moans, her cries when the girl would slam hard or pinch her nipples. Any logical thought took vacations. His hand reached for his belt to slip inside, taking a hold of his now fully erect cock. His eyes closed savoring the new sounds Scotty was making. If only it was him making her screams that way.
"Who's a little slut?"
"M-me… please… use..my pussy! Choke me!"
His eyes flung open at this. The girl did so, closing her fingers around Scotty's throat. The smile of pleasure that drew on her lips sent him even closer to his climax. "You are such a minx, Scotty. Fuck." He moaned, stroking harder. The video was 20 minutes long and at half time, he came hard. Head against his desk he tried to catch his breath. He will watch the rest later. He had to clean the small mess he made. It might be under the desk, but it was still a workspace. As he threw the tissues in the garbage can, someone knocked at the door. His heart jumped in his chest.
"Who is it?" He asked with a shaky breath.
"It's Scotty, I got some papers from Price for you." He cursed internally, that couldn't be worse timing! He went to open the door, sweat still rolling down his forehead into his eyes. There she was standing like an innocent, professional officer. A huge contrast to what he witnessed a few minutes prior. "Everything is alright sir?"
"Yes." He gulped. "You said papers?"
"Oh yes. Here you go. Price also told me to remind you to not stay up too late and catch some sleep."
"Thanks for the advice." On this she left. His eyes watched walk away, not even trying to hide the stare on her butt. "Fuck me, she is going to be the end of me…"
The next posts gave him mixed feelings. He started to question if it was only lust that he was having for her. When she posted a short clip of her titled, I met a fan at the mall and let him play with my tits, he hated it. Why wasn't it him? He should be the one to be touching her like that. However he mentally slapped himself for having such possessive thoughts. "Come on Simon, you can’t blame her for this!" He told himself while looking in the mirror. "Isn't like you are her boyfriend or something." But did he wish that? Maybe…
An opportunity presented itself though. Scotty did enjoy meeting a fan, even if it was out of the blue. Well she was lucky he had been a nice guy, not too creepy. But she kind of wanted to try it again. So she held a live where she announced that anyone of her Tier 1 subs will be randomly chosen to have a special date with her. With one condition, they had to be in England. Not like she wanted to travel or have someone traveling all the way here.
Of course both Soap and Ghost were watching with eagerness. How convenient that there were both in her Tier 1. It was only a question of luck. Lots of luck! She was wearing a pretty laced brat and her hair was pulled in a messy bun. It gave a very relaxed yet sexy vibe. "Ok lovelies. Time to spin the wheel and see who is gonna be the lucky one… Or what if…" She bit her lip. "What if I invited two of you? Depending on the winners, maybe we could have a little fun together. I always wanted to try a threeway."
Ghost groaned in frustration. If he was the winner, he wanted her for himself. Well that is if she didn't turn him down… But at the same time, how he could deny her something she wanted. Scotty impatiently waited for the result of the spinning, when she clapped her hands with a huge grin. "Alright, the first winner is O'MalleyB7-1! Time to slide in my dm sweetie."
On his side, Soap was laughing. That was him! What were the odds! He couldn't wait to text Ghost about it. Hopefully his lieutenant wouldn't be too jealous. "And for the second…. Hoemoans! You know the drill." God that name sounded like the worst username. Well Scotty knew she could handle anything, if this one turned out to be a creep, no problem. She can take care of that.
Ghost's jaw almost dropped. Faith and luck were a blessing. A minute later, Soap texted him the news. Ghost felt some relief to know that it was both of them who won. He hated the idea of some weirdos getting close to her. They kept their identity a secret till the end of the meeting.
The day, or more evening, finally showed up. Scotty dressed as her usual. No need for an overly sexy outfit, especially when she might not keep any clothes for long anyway. This was such a risk, but she was still excited. If she brought home people she met at the bar one time, this was sort of the same thing. The pub she chose for the meeting was as she expected busy. Not overly busy, but enough that it would be stupid to attempt something in front of so many witnesses. She double checked her message about what the two men would be wearing to be recognizable. Once she was sure, she sent them a message to say she will be there in five minutes. Make sure she could eye them from far and assess the situation. From the corner, her eyes searched for the two men. Her heart skipped a beat when she was sure to recognize someone. Tall and squared, with a mask? "It can’t be!" Scotty whispered to herself. Panicking, she checked again the description the two men gave and eyed the familiar figure. Till he moved slightly aside revealing another familiar figure who marched the description of one user.
Panic switched to fear and embarrassment. Soap and Ghost were the one who won the random encounter? They were her subs? How long have they been? They did not jerk off to her did they? "Oh fuck, oh nonononono!" She had to get out of here before they noticed her. How could she sleep with them! Soap, maybe. There were good friends and he was good looking. But Ghost? He was her superior! A superior who was watching her when she would be posting nudes and videos. Her face was burning hot. She needed fresh air now! Back against the wall, she crawled out of there, heading back to the train station.
"Think she will show up?" Soap asked, finishing his glass.
"I doubt it. Or if yes, she most likely saw us and ran away." It broke his heart a little that she would but it was understandable. Part of him started to feel really dirty about that. It felt like such a huge disrespect to her. Although their plan in the end, would have just to pay her some drinks and have a good laugh. Definitely not pressure to do something she didn't want to do. Their phones bipped at the same time, both receiving the same message from her. Sorry I can't make it, I got a last minute call from work, I'll be out of town for a few days. Sorry, lovelies. The last part, Scotty wrote it to make sure that they never figured out that she knew.
Another week has passed since this. Neither Soap or Ghost commented negatively on her page. It was mostly assumed, she had a great time but did not share it at the request of the fans. The other thing was that she stopped posting for a whole week. She would usually do at least a few pictures a day or every two days, depending if she was on a mission or not. Now it was radio silent. Scotty hoped that it was all a fever dream that she never saw them at the pub. And she sort of started to believe it. Till Soap came clean. He admitted all from the very beginning, without mentioning Ghost. Even pretend that whoever she saw at the pub with him was not the lieutenant. Back against the wall, Scotty groaned, face hidden in her hands. "That's fucking great…. Ugggh!"
"Is that so bad?" It was a little awkward and difficult to find the right words.
"Not bad, just embarrassing. Fuck, you saw things I didn't want anyone from work to see. Like how are we supposed to work together now?"
"Come on Scotty, I have been following you for a few months now and did you notice any change. Don't we still kickass together?"
She smiled shyly. That was true. Nothing drastic happened in between. Maybe she was a little too dramatic. "Fair enough. It's just so strange that I'm fine with complete strangers, but with you it's like why am I so embarrassed by this?"
"Because we are friends. Don't sweat it, it's not like you also had fantasies about me." He laughed, but stopped death when he saw her face turning red and her eyes avoiding him. "No fucking way? You do?"
"Go fuck yourself, Soap!"
"Only if you help." He teased getting slightly closer to her. His chest pressing on her arm. Her hand was dangerously close to his crotch. She swore he did that on purpose, so she could feel the small hardness.
"You really get worked up with nothing, MacTavish." She purred.
"Well I'm curious to know what I was doing in your fantasies now. After everything I saw, there's many options. Choking you?"
"No, that with someone else." He was taken aback by this answer. But her grabbing his balls through his pants gave him a reality check. "Although, having sex while at work is one of them. You know the fear of being caught by Price… or Ghost. Wouldn't it be terrible if they found you ball deep inside me?"
"Fucking hell, how the fuck did I never knew this side of you!" By now Soap was so hard, his cock was begging for space. Scotty winked at him and dragged him to a storage room. They were in one of the least used parts of the base, if anyone caught them it was only because they needed to access this very specific storage room. Which was in itself barely used. Door barely closed behind her, Soap was already all over her. Kissing her lips as if he would never taste them ever again, his hands holding her against him, running everywhere under her shirt. His hips humping on her. If he could fuck her without wasting time removing clothes he would. But these damn pieces of clothes were in the way. His breath was heavy and warm against her neck when he finally broke the kiss.
"Someone is more excited about this than I expected." She chuckled. Her hands grabbed his shirt and pulled him off revealing his bare chest, warm to the touch. She ran her fingers over him, his muscles twitching at the soft lingering.
"Like a dream come true." Soap hoped that Ghost would forgive him for apparently being the first one to get her. Scotty kneeled in front of him, hands caressing his tight from down up to release his cock. It flipped out so hard and ready to be used. Soap moaned softly in relief. She smiled amused. Scotty then reached for her pocket and handed him her phone. He looked surprised.
"I won't ask you to be part of this, but…" She bit her lip. Soap was so weak to this that he was ready to say yes to whatever she wanted. "Can you at least take some pictures or videos of me? That's gonna make some good content."
"Yes!" The word got lost in a groan as she started to stroke him, slow and steady. She licked the tip, pressing her lips on it before taking half of his cock in her mouth. "Oh fuck!" He let out holding himself to the shelves next to them. She knew exactly what to do, he was scared to come too fast. He had to control himself because there was so much more he wanted. He didn't have to wonder how far she could go, she showed her throat capability in the past, but how did it feel? He craved that so bad. His grip let go of the shelves to hold the back of her head and pushed Scotty even deeper on him. Her nails dug in the fabrics of his pants as she allowed herself to relax to take him till her nose touched his skin. That deserved a picture. As much as he enjoyed this, he pulled back.
"Don't want to spoil the fun time yet. Get these pants off. Now."
The spark of lust that glimmered in her eyes when he said that. To wonder how she kept it so straight when she was getting orders from her superiors. Scotty did as told. Soap handed her back the camera so he could get a hold of her thighs. She didn't have to ask what he would do, it was far obvious when kneeled and plunged his face in her cunt. He ate her out with so much greediness. She could barely keep her voice down as his tongue worked around her clit, pushing in and out. Going slow and fast the next seconds. Scotty had to hold herself on the shelves as her body was sinking down overwhelmed by his work. "Aahh.. fuck Soap! So good."
"Say my name. Real name." He said between two gasps of air.
"Hmmm… Johnny, please don't stop!" His name sounded like a blessing coming from her. Holy shit he never thought that he would enjoy this that much. Soap had heard her moans before in videos, but live? In person? He couldn't get harder than he was! His cock twitched every time his name crossed her lips. Scotty reached her climax, almost letting herself fall from her body releasing the tension that builded. Soap grabbed her by the legs lifting her up and keeping her in place against the cold metal shelves. He took the phone back from her hand.
Scotty didn't have time to complain, he pushed his cock inside her still sensitive cunt. A loud moan echoed in the room. "I'm sure your fans will enjoy that view." Soap smirked. After a few snaps, he threw the phone on the shelves, held her with both hands and roughly pounded her. Scotty wrapped her legs around him for more support but she still had to hold into the shelves to not fall on the ground from his hard fucking. The shelves creaked under their weights: some of the boxes moved from the initial position, papers fell to the floor. They had no care in the world, someone might as well walk in they wouldn't have flinched. They were both too drunk on each other to think about anything else. Soap buried his face in the crook of her neck, panting hard. He was so close. "Come on Scotty, say my name one more time!"
"Johnny!" She moaned. She grabbed into him as she felt her own climax about to release. "Harder Johnny, I'm so close! Johnny!"
That is all it took for him to spill himself inside her. That was the best fuck he had in long time. They stayed in each other's arms the time their heartbeat would come down. Sweat rolling down their back, they looked at each other before laughing. None of them could believe they just fucked their best friend.
Later that day, Ghost was back home. After a quick meal and a shower, he was lazily watching tv. Another boring night. He caught himself checking his phone quite often for any notifications. Nothing new. Not that he desperately wanted more, but he hoped that the fact that Soap and him knew her secret wouldn't stop her from doing what she seemed to love. Maybe after her next post he should quit. Just make sure she was still up to do it. It was close to midnight when he heard the notification. She had posted! Ghost was a little happier than expected. Before looking at it, he promised himself that this would be the last time.
He read the post. Sorry for the wait, work was in the way. And so was my workmate ;). He frowned. What workmate? Ghost carefully looked at the pictures attached to the post. God, she looked gorgeous in it. But, it was the whole workmate thing that did not sit well with him. It had to be someone from the military but who? The base was so big, it could be anyone. At first, he recognized the location, which meant she had no fear of doing this at work. Of course the man getting all the best of her wasn't shown. Not his face. But his forearms were… Ghost was on the edge of his seat. "Fucking bastard…" He raged. He would recognize this tattoo anywhere! The lieutenant never dialed Soap's phone this fast before.
"Hey Gho-"
"What the fuck Johnny!" He cut him off. It was rare to hear the lieutenant yell or lose his cool. "You and Scotty fucked at the base?!"
"Oh shit you saw the pictures…"
"Yes you fucking dumbass! Didn't you think I would? How could to do this!"
"Hey easy Lt! You are acting weird now. Come on, a week ago you would have been totally fine with this and now you all worked up. The hell."
"Shut up Soap! You know I have a crush on her and you go play with her in my back."
"Wait what? You what now?" Ghost's words rang back in his head when he realized what he just confessed to Soap. He pinched the bridge of his nose and groaned. That was why he always tried to keep his emotions in check. The things that could be said under the influence of anything… "Ghost, did I really hear that right? You fancy Scotty!"
"Soap, you keep this for yourself or I swear you will regret this."
The next morning, Ghost was rather silent with both Scotty and Soap. Not that Scotty saw much different than usual. Soap on the other hand, was a little awkward. He was just having a casual normal conversation with her and he would see Ghost in the back eyeing him. The death glare through his mask, it was bone chilling. Scotty never noticed any of this and went on with her regular schedule. She hit the gym around the afternoon. It wasn't busy. Only a few people there. She did her usual reps for two hours before allowing herself a quick break. She scrolled on her phone, catching up on some comments. After posting not so revealing pictures of her flexing in the mirror, she got some requests for a more naughty setup around the gym. Maybe she could try? Looking around, she was almost alone, the storage room was barely used by anyone. The open gym was ok enough that when she had a chance she took a few selfies, emphasizing on her cleavage. Hard to get anything with a sports bra.
As soon as the coast was clear, she nonchalantly made her way to the storage room. It was filled with some extra weights that were not used and some towels. Leaving the door just slightly open, her phone still could snap pictures without flash. Her tank top rolled up revealing her stomach, the zipper of her short open and pulled down so slightly you could see her v line. Whatever was sexy enough for her fans. Would she dare to go even more than? Her hand slided down to her cunt. She started to record.
"Apparently working out doesn't stop the horniness." She chuckled, filming her fingers rubbing herself. Focused on what she was doing she didn't notice the door opening behind her.
"Are you fucking serious!" A familiar voice made her jump. She held down a scream, but she still dropped her phone. She scrambled to get it back and stop everything. Her heart was pounding fast in fear. Ghost was standing there, with an expression she couldn't tell with his mask. Sending him the link to her OnlyFan had been embarrassing, finding out he was a subs and was about to meet her had been mortifying. But him catching her in the act of touching herself? Where was Death to take you when you needed it the most! Ghost closed the door behind him, plunging them in the dark till he turned on his flashlight from his phone. The atmosphere felt scary. "Because being fuck by Soap wasn't enough, you have to have to touch yourself at work. Fucking hell."
"Y-you saw… Oh fuck right…" How could she have forgotten! Ghost closed the little distance between them. Scotty was now stuck between the wall and him. He towered over her in such a menacing way… Why was she so turned on by this! "It was just a fling with him. Nothing serious! We just blew some steam, that's it!"
"I don't give a shite about it." He pressed himself even more against her, her breasts squeezed on his chest.
"L-lieutenant… you are a little too close." She bit her lip. Her hips instinctively rolled. His hand grabbed into her waist to keep her in place. His forehead rested on hers. Ghost was trying so hard to keep control of himself.
"Why did it have to be him and not me? Won't you give your lieutenant a chance?" He held her up with his knee raising between her legs, his other hand cupping her cheek like he was about to kiss her. His thumb brushed close to her throat making up her whimper involuntarily. Ghost chuckled and pushed his knee even more. Scotty grinded on it, her body being sparked up. It was not that she didn't want to give him a chance, she simply wasn't sure that he would truly be up for this. But she also feared that giving in to him would… mix up her feelings more than they were. She could finally get close to him, touch him. He was only wearing a t-shirt, his arms naked and muscles tensing under touch as she grabbed into him. He was probably on his way to train when he noticed the door and went to check.
"Maybe I gave him a chance because he doesn't intimidate me." She moaned.
"Is that so? I won't bite you know. Unless you want me too." That was the thing about following her account. He got to know all the secrets that would get worked up. She could try to hide it, but he knew. All of it. "I wonder if I could also fuck you stupid. I bet Johnny did not."
Scotty imagined this situation. Many times. And none were as close as this! Nothing could compare to the real thing and she was about to give in even easier than she gave in with Soap. "I bet you won't either." The sergeant taunted him.
She was playing with fire. Ghost took her challenge on. "You like being choked, don't you?" He said this more as an affirmation than a question. His fingers wrapped around her neck, slightly pressing. His hand that was resting on her waist ran down to plunge in her shorts. She was already so wet he easily pushed two fingers in. Scotty squirmed under his touch with a weak moan. "Keep it low sergeant, you don't want anyone else to show up."
His fingers pumped carefully out first, he savored to be able to touch like this at last. All these videos where he watched doing the work, it was now his turn. Her cunt was so dripping he had no choice but to go faster. He could feel her clenching on him as if she wanted to keep him inside. "Would you be kind enough to give me a hand, love?"
She nodded, her hand searching for an access to the inside of his sweatpants. After a little struggle, she had her grip on him. She stroked slowly but firmly. Ghost grunted. He wanted more, but he also wanted her to cum as much as she could. A difficult task. He wanted to fill her up, stretch her with his cock, and hear her sweet moan in real life. "Come on Scotty, be a good girl and come for me. Now."
"C-can you use my name?" Her gaze avoided him. So many times she dreamed of how her name would sound rolling out his tongue.
"Come for me, Camille." Her body twitched. The way he emphasized her name! It took only a few more thrusts for her to reach her orgasm. She held her moan down. Ghost's hand never moved from her cunt, the one around her throat let go. He lifted his mask just enough to free his lips and then lifted her top and bra to have access to her breasts. He sucked on her nipple and massaged the other tit. His fingers started to move again inside her.
"Fuck Ghost." Scotty breathed. He hummed on her skin giving her the chill down her spine. She bucked her hips on him. "More please!"
He didn't wait, Ghost went two steps faster, filling her with four fingers while his thumb circled her clit. She grabbed his shoulder. He was glad he still had his shirt on because she would have dug in his skin otherwise. Scotty came around him, muffling her moan in his shoulder. His hands moved away and she let herself slide slightly on the wall. He looked at her for a moment. It was strange to think she was beautiful at this moment; she was beautiful all the time to be fair. But it was how close he was, how he could make up all the details of her face, her voice… her everything. He wanted her. More than sexually, Ghost wanted her for himself. Even though this sounds bad. But it was true, all the sudden this moment who should have been a one time thing turned into more. Ghost didn't want this to be one time. He wanted it all the time, to be close to her all the time.
He grabbed on her leg, lifting it up so he could have access to her cunt. Ghost positioned the tip at the entrance, teasing her. Scotty squirmed, wanting more than that. He smiled, before his lips pressed against hers and he pushed himself inside. She moaned silently in their kiss. Her arms wrapped around his neck just like her legs around his waist. He started to pound her slowly to find his anchor. "You have no idea how much I love you." He breathed after the kiss.
Scotty opened her mouth to ask what he meant, but any words were dissolved in moans that she tried to keep down. He held her with a firm grip forcing himself deeper inside her. Thrusting hard till her wetness overflowed on them, making the most lustful noise. Even with the door closed, someone would still be able to make out what was going on in there. His legs could barely hold both of them anymore. He slowly let themselves fall on the floor, never removing his cock from her warmth nor pouding. When he had her lay down on the cold floor, his hands grabbed on her breasts, squeezing them, playing with them, pinching her nipples. Ghost had his hands full. So soft and warm. Even better than all he could ever imagine. He fucked her even harder in the more relaxed position. Till he came inside her, grunting in her neck.
They remained like this for a minute. No move, coming down from the high of their orgasm and panting hard. That was some workout. "Ghost?"
"Hmm?"
"What do you mean by how much you love me?" Scotty felt him tensing. It was inevitable that she would ask him this. He hated that he used these words in such a situation. Because of course it raised the question. What is her or her body? Was it only the sex or more?
"I don't think now is the good time to talk about feelings. Maybe later, around the table with a drink."
Thankfully it was almost the end of the day by then and the wait hadn't been so much of a torture. It also gave enough time to Ghost to try to figure out what he should say, how to explain himself. Expressing himself was not his forte. Scotty on her side didn't try to think too much of it, but as per her usual the way he proposed to talk felt like… perhaps there was a chance. They met at the pub after work. The ambiance was relaxed, it would be another hour or two before it would pack up. They sat at a corner table, a fake sense of intimacy. They had their fair share of drinks before, but never the two alone. And never after all that unfolded. One of them would have to speak up. "So… what now?" She said after a shot. "What's the deal Lieutenant?"
"Deal is, it's much easier to shoot people then to talk to them." He fidgeted with his glass, avoiding looking at her. A rare thing from him who was never afraid to keep eye contact.
"Should I give you a gun?"
"Hell no!" She could see the smile on his face despite the mask. "Ugh I don't know where to start."
"I know where. What about why the fuck did you even hang around my OnlyFan? I didn't think that was something you were interested in."
"I'm not. I was just in you." She was surprised by the answer. "Alright, you know I'm direct, no need to twist everything. So here's the deal. I fancy you. That was even before you slipped up with that link. I ignored it at first but… I got curious."
"Next thing you knew you were down the rabbit hole. I get it. Now what if…. I… also fancy you?" His eyes sparked open.
"You better not fucking with me."
"We kind of already did." He chuckled. That was true. "But no seriously Ghost. I do like you too. A lot. However…. If we ever do something out of this, should I… you know stop my outside of work activities?"
"No. If you like this, please keep doing it. But, if you are to be mine, no more shagging around with strangers. Or Soap."
"Yeah I can work with that, sir." Not exactly the most romantic thing, but they didn't need more. This was enough. And in the end, they both got what they wanted.
